The hotel was very nice and clean, and the staff were very polite and helpful. The room was really nice and comfortable and spacious.

I didn't like that some of the other guests approached my girlfriend and asked her how much she would cost for the night. It is very off-putting and makes you feel very uncomfortable with being there. Of all the places we have stayed this is the only hotel where this has happened to her.

Hotel was very clean, rooms were in considerable size, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The best thing is housekeeping of the hotel is so efficient that the rooms are made up immediately after I put make up sign. The hotel is in a prime location. Nana BTS station is just 2 minutes' away and Taxi is always available on the front road. Plenty of restaurants of different cuisine around the property

Though I didn't take room with breakfast, but breakfast arrangement is to their next building which was a different property.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff was on point and very accommodating if you wanted to have some cleaning done soon (I frequently go out in the morning for an hour or so and would like my cleaning to happen during that timespan).

The area is not a good area, and it's not the shortest walk to the BTS. Target audience of this hotel (and street in general) are mainly arabic customers, and I did not encounter a non-arabic customer here.

Staff were friendly especially Ms. Dream who was always smiling. The 2nd non-smoking room 4607 was very clean and cleaning staff at that level were very nice. Hotel close to shopping area in Nana as well as connected to other building that has close access to bowling and restaurant.

Providing me a smoking room without my request of such room 4318. The neighbor of that room were noisy and were smoking heavily. Would appreciate if they had told me from the beginning.

Good budget hotel. I got pretty much everything I needed. It is about 5 -10 minute walk away from craziness of the main street, but close enough to city action and Nana plaza location. Food options are many, but do your homework first. I am not familiar with thai foods, it became a challenge to find a suitable place and on the first night I ended up eating at McDonald's that I am not typically do, which located close to the hotel.

Had a lovely 6 night stay, I was impressed with how big and spacious my room was, very modern with a large bathroom. Staff super friendly and helpful, 5 minute walk from bts nana and 10 minutes from terminal 21 mall, plenty of night life around the hotel, I will be back again.

The area around the hotel at night time doesn't feel very safe, I wouldn't like to be a woman walking alone around there

Little Tears & wears on the furniture. Drainage needs some maintenance in the shower area ( Room 4703) The toilet water sprayer (Shattaf الشطاف) kept on the left hand side , while it should be on the right

Location was very good. Located along a street lined up with 24 hr convenience store, middle east eateries, shops etc. Walking distance to Nana and Asok BTS stations. Hotel lobby was awesome..Looked newly renovated and fresh. Obliging and friendly staff. Felt very comfortable. Room was looking new and smelt good. Very clean.

The location is excellent, with a smooth and fast check-in process. The hotel and rooms are very clean, and the staff—from reception to housekeeping—are all friendly, respectful, and always ready to help.

The hallway leading to the room always had a strong smell of weed, which was unpleasant and gave me a headache all time
