Good value for money compared to other 5 stars. Great hospitality and speedy service. Good location next to Nana sky train to get to places. Good breakfast. Nice room. Got upgraded.

The streets immediate next and opposite are a bit dirty and smelly though it is beyond the hotel management.

The pool area and rooms

The Lobby area is pretty empty with no proper seating or for people to relax if they waiting to see guests or checking in Also it can be quite noisy with in supervise children at the pool Also there should be no smoking signs around the pool area

Perfect location. Access to all amenities. I took the corner room which was quite spacious. Compared to the premium room, it has additional furniture, a bathtub and a full size mirror in the bathroom. I didn't try the breakfast. The staff was super accommodating to let me check in early and to check out late. My requests were all attended immediately as always ( this is my third stay at the property ).

I was a bit surprised to see I was charged a bit more than what was quoted while I was booking the room and later found out that payment was affected by the property not on the same day as I booked, but at a later date when the Thai baht exchange rate was different. It was full advance payment with no refund and I expected it happen immediately with the rate shown in booking.com at the time of my booking. It was not a big issue anyway. I would forget it because of the treatment I received at the property.

The swimming pool and the spa. It was also close the to skyline train which made it very easily accessible to get around.

The noise but this was due to the refurbishment that is happening.

Large rooms, very friendly staff, good room service, nice Chinese Resturant on location. Location is central.

Hotel room is a bit outdated and could use an update

The location of the Landmark Hotel being right next to the Skytrain gives you immediate easy access to all of Bangkok and the Nana area is very safe and close walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and even high-end Malls. The breakfast is outstanding and is well noted by many travelers around the world. The staff is very courteous, pleasant and tries to help with every need. Finding the jacuzzi heated in the pool area was a long overdue surprise and benefit.

The Landmark has been going through various renovations for the last 10 years and I found the new breakfast area didn't flow as well as before and was disappointed my room on the club level floor 26 had not been touched in the 20 years of staying at the Lanmark. So, the furniture is old as is the bathroom and in need of some TLC or replacement. The pool area is beautiful, but the umbrellas are old and too small and in need of replacement. Also, the pool needs to be open until 9pm, closing at 6pm is ridiculous. Finally, there's no security for the elevators giving anyone access to the rooms, not good.

The Landmark is a premier hotel in the very heart of the action. The renovations are amazing - everything is modern and clean! The rooms are good size and the bedding and pillows are super comfortable. The upstairs bar and restaurant have some of the best views unto the city. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Also, BIG PLUS: guests workout for free at Fitness First on the 4th floor - it’s a premium gym with all the equipment and classes you can wish for! I will definitely return to the Landmark! :)

Rooms were clean, hospitality was good, bueffet breakfast had good variety, though we had to struggle to find something suitable for our Indian taste of food.

1. We were asked to pay deposit of 4k THB while check-in which we were not aware while booking from booking.com site, They should have mentioned it at the time of booking itself. Later when we negotiated they agreed easily to accept it at 1k THB, it looked they were just trying to get some extra money. Though later they adjusted same in final bill, so it means we need to be alert while they do our final billling. 2. Except few (2-3) staff at reception, no other staff could speak English, this is a hotel of Intl standards conducting intl conferences/business meetings, one of which we were attending, so we expected staff to speak at least some common intl langauge, which made our requests not understood by them well so they couldn't fulfill them properly. Rest all things were good.

Great location, newly renovated rooms, polite and friendly staff

1) Sauna, which is operated by private gym, need a renovation. The stoves are broken, not hot. They should change them, or at least change the stones. If you buy a night in 5 star hotel, these facilities should be good, not broken. 2) it's very difficult to get code at the breakfast. The coffeeshopissa delivery is not well organized. I had to ask 4 times and wait 15 min just to get a cup of coffee.

Love this hotel! I stayed there twice already and there’s nothing I would change about it. The location is simply perfect for exploring Bangkok. Breakfast spread in Atrium Restaurant was incredible and I can’t praise enough the staff for being kind and helpful. They offer quality services plus if you work out I bet you won’t find better hotel gym then here. I do also recommend booking a club room. You then get a room in a higher floor with better views plus the access to their club room where you can enjoy complimentary afternoon tea and canapés.
