The staff here is friendly and helpful, and the rooms, though a bit small, are comfortable. The location is excellent, providing easy access to the BTS, local shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.

I enjoyed my stay here and have no complaints.

Grumpy receptionist (especially one particular one, who has no idea of the fact that she has to make sure customer satisfaction feedback will help the hotel’s reputation, she was not helpful at all even I asked her to check out at 12.30, she was not flexible at all, and same lady was not very helpful also when I asked her to change my room when I stayed at another occasion and the room had no windows to open and very dark, perhaps she is fed up with foreigners who are not behaving well or maybe she hates her job) Breakfast is very basic and I didn’t have any beans or mushrooms for full English breakfast

Like the pricing and location, staff friendly and helpful. I also, had a problem with double booking thru Booking.Com. Took me a while, but problem was resolved. It was my computer glitch, so my fault and Booking and Hotel handled it and I got a refund for the extra booking. Very large and comfortable bed. Housekeeping was great, asked for an extra pillow and towels with no problem. Always happy returning to my room after a morning walk to see that it had been cleaned. Oh, all most forgot. Liked the light and a/c control box next to the bed.

Rooms a bit worn. Water wasn't as hot, as I like it. I like a steaming hot bath, after a long day. Taxi and Grab pick-ups a slight problem, no parking on road outside hotel. I just used Hooters, as my pick-up spot.

Location. Ideal for wide range of restaurants, bars, live-music, access to sky-train and Benjakitti Park/Green-Walkway/Lumpini Park for exercise. Room. Good size, clean and despite location and adjacent night-time social scene not noisy. Breakfast. Did not take breakfast at hotel but other people staying at MS did take breakfast.

Choice of English Speaking TV channels was limited to BBC News and American Football. All other channels in Thai or Chinese. But no big deal. People watching from counter overlooking Sukhumvit Soi 4 more than made up for the lack of English Speaking TV movies.

Staff, as always were outstanding. They went above and beyond expectations to help me recover my passport that was not returned at the airport great location

I really liked this hotel. It was better than other hotels I tried in the area. This hotel has everything worked out. Good security on the door. Polite staff. The rooms have card keys rather than metal keys. The air conditioning is good. The room is very quiet (despite being next to the train line and one of the best party districts in Thailand). I would like to buy this whole hotel.

There's was nothing I didn't really like about this hotel.

I have stayed here multiple times over the years, it is well placed for nightlife, bars, restaurants. Very short walk to the BTS if you want to get around. Only a short walk to terminal 21 for a large choice of foods. Very reasonably priced considering its location. I needed to book an extra day (forgot when I booked) because my flight was late at night. No problems with the request and was charged the "special" rate I got for the room. Room was really good, with a welcome tray for coffee and everything you could need provided in the bathroom.

Due to a spot of bad planning, the toilet is situated too near the bath (room 408) - I am just about 5ft 8" and it was challenging to sit comfortably anybody taller would have had to stick their legs in the bath.

Very close to everything. Has everything you need for a stay in Sukhumvit. Friendly staff & helpful. Great breakfast. The late checkout was not a problem and very much appreciated!

1. The hotel has no area for taxi drop off. Be sure to make a quick exit as Sukhumvit Rd is VERY busy. Thankfully the staff are very aware of this and are very helpful with the bags, both arriving and departing. 2. The room I had this time was very noisy due to the proximity of the Nana Plaza clubs.

This was my 4th year in Bangkok and 4th year in the same hotel. Had no thoughts whether to pick something else or not. Location is prime for nighttime entertainment , beds are very comfortable , staff was very friendly , was happy to see the same familiar faces and also couple new additions. Shout out to the cleaning staff who did a very good job at keeping the room refreshed on day to day basis.

This being my 4th visit , there's little that I don't like. The rooms themselves are still dated , they haven't done much to change that , but hey at least they are improving the toiletries selection and packaging , so I guess it's something.
