When reviewing I always consider price value ratio and this is absolutely perfect for grand inn in Bangkok. The location is one of the best in soi 3, sukumvit near shops, malls, bars restaurants and metro stations. Staff was exceptionally friendly and let me check in early without any extra payment.

You must know that traffic can be heard in this location in the lower floors. The bathroom’s need a little refurbishing on woodwork, tiles, grout and silicon - which is no big issue. It is no complaint - just a hint or friendly critic so management can improve it. But I can definitely recommend grand inn hotel. Thanks a lot.

Exceptional staff made my stay even better than expected. I read negative reviews after booking, but found find it hard to believe they were staying at the same hotel. It was faultless.

There genuinely was nothing to not like.

The Location was great very walkable to sky train. Good wifi and friendly staff. I extended my stay and they instructed me on how to get the best price. Air-conditioning worked great.

Entry was hard to find, a better picture of the exterior would have helped alot. Pillows/mattress were a little too firm for my liking but that seems to be common in Thailand I still slept well. The close proximity to sukhumvit makes it a little loud so be weary If you are sensitive to traffic noise. And water pressure was low on the shower.

Location, everything around you no need taxi.you. many restaurants,such as Thi,Arab,Western foods. BTS very near. I appreciate the lady helpful staff on reception (NUENG) for a kind deal with guests.

A little worse for wear. In my room 704 the AC blew directly onto the bed. Shower head could not swivel.
