The way of approaching the customer by the reception wasn’t up to that level . and there is a a lot of questions by the Bags porter where are you going and how many days to stay . But i stop him . Please be careful and educate the guys to watch out of these intelligent questions .

Good location near BTS station (Nana). Beds are good, but the room could use some renovation/painting.

Great location very near public transportation. Major shopping mall terminal 21. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The one thing I look forward to in any hotel. Stay is my beautiful buffet breakfast. That being said, the restaurant catered mostly to Muslim very, very little on offer. Limited selection of food and not served hot. The staff was not very attentive. It's really not their fault. They must be taught.

Location was great and quite central so you can get to shops, transport and social areas in matter of minutes walk.

Staff is helpful and smart Wi fi is excellent Overall hotel in good location and quit Price through booking is good

Location is very good & easy proper location in Sukhumvit, just 200m Nana BTS Sky Train station & very near Bumrungrad International Hospital. very easy walk & movement any place in Bangkok city. all hotel staff are friendly & helpful. Room is very good & all room & toiletries facilities was very excellent. Nice sky scrapers view from rooms. Halal food is available this area.

Cleanliness facilities need improve. daily not clean the room. Not provide any welcome drinks.

Clean rooms love the window aesthetics from the bathroom to the bedroom good pressure showers location right in the midst of everything which is great and close to Nana station if you need to go to Siam for example and walkable distance to Terminal 21, Soi Nana , Soi Cowboy , Korea Town

The lighting could be better in these room If you don't get a room facing the main street prepare to stare at a wall (but tbh I only use a hotel to sleep so go out and explore!)

FRIENDLY STAFF (VIK) WAS NICE. OTHERS WERE FINE AS WELL AND HELPFUL. OVERALL VERY SAFE AND BEAUTIFUL MY FAMILY LOVED THE STAFF FOR THEIR HOSPITALITY

THE WINDOW PANES DO NOT STOP NOISE FROM THE BUSY ROAD. SHOPS ARE OPEN UNTIL 2AM AND THE TRAFFIC IS WAY WAY TOO BUSY ON THE ADJACENT ROAD AND THE NOISE FROM THE ROAD KEEP YOU AWAKE ALL NIGHT. UNCOMFORTABLE . SUGGEST THE WINDOWS CHANGED TO DOUBLE PANE GLASS OR NOISE RESISTANNT

5 minute walk to BTS. 30 minutes to Skywalk Shopping Precinct and 20 minutes to Benjakitti Park, This area has many Arabic Shops However if you want to find Themed Bars and a variety of restaurants for all type of cuisine this is a good area.

The internet is very slow, I could stream videos on my phone however I was unable to log into my workstation due to the low 4G Wifi speed
