Top location for exploring Sukhumvit area, ideally between Nana and Asoke. BTS Nana station just in front of the hotel. Phufa coffee shop and 7/11 next door. Room and bathroom large enough, comfortable bed. Friendly and attentive reception. Small repairs in room were arranged asap.

Water temperature in shower is not stable. AC is not easy to work on, but works good. Wardrobe and wall installations should be maintained better.

In the heart of bustling Nana, lots of F&B options around, 2 min walk to Nana Plaza, the room was always spotless, excellent layout, safety box, robes, hairdryer, kettle @ 2 bottles of daily water. Superb option for short stays in the heart of Sukhumvit. A 2 min walk to the nearest MRT & Skytrain.

Too close to the skytrain and could hear/feel the vibration sometimes...nothing too serious though.

Location was great in middle on Nana, shops and restaurants and terminal 21 mall is walking distance, route to airport is near too, the bed is so comfy and good quality

The rooms don’t have windows but for me I do like blackout rooms rather the sun waking me up early

Great location, right on the main road in Sukhumvit area. Only a few blocks from Nana Plaza and all its excitement. Far enough away where the music won't keep you up. The shower was hot and TV was big (though no Netflix app installed which was a bummer). Friend lost our key and the guy at the front desk let us in at a Kate hour which was nice. And the lost key fee was only 200 Baht. All in all a decent price for a good location.

Room was a bit small but nothing to take away from the quality of the room.

I was just there one week, after long holiday in Nepal, and I just thought it was perfect spot and staff were very welcoming.

Nothing really, I would be quite happy to stay there again.

Unless you don’t realise you’ve booked into a huge Asian city I don’t know what else you could expect , this place was great 😊 didn’t pester me When I was late checking or charge me although they highlight it in the rules , there cool 😎

Best property for location. BTS train station directly out front. Staff were pleasant. Clean newly renovated room.

Very small boutique hotel with very limited amenities, however justified for room, price and location

Very nice and modern rooms. Location near nana plaza (not a plus for family/couples). Easy in and out. Also right next to nana bts station.

Water pressure keeps going in and out. A little noisy but that’s what you have to deal with if you wanna be right on sukhumvit.

Great location with helpful staff - though the rooms facing the main road do get a lot of noise from the constant traffic, sky trains and of course the nightlife of Nana

Overall the room was very good, very good amount of space, very clean, great layout. I was only staying less than 12 hours so did not utilise the room as much as someone staying overnight. It was decent for a last minute booking

There was a live wire hanging from the mirror in the bathroom, also the floor was still wet from the recent cleaning that had been done
