You can never get a better location for the kind of price you paid. Close to the BTS, eating places, shops, malls, everything. Staff were helpful.

The hotel should stated in the menu that the rooms doesn`t have windows. The images on the site misrepresented showing that rooms are with window.

This time I came to Bangkok with my son who has mild autism and it was a carefully planned trip to make sure that the hotel location is very near the BTS and convenience stores. This Hotel is located right next to Nana Bts Station. Once you reached Nana Bts Station, take the Exit 4 and take the lift down to the streets. From the lift exit, you can already see Raja Fashion store and the Hotel Lobby signboard. Go through the Raja's Fashion store and straight away you will enter the hotel lobby! It was so convenient about 10m from lift. And the room is spacious so was the toilet so spacious and all amenities are there! The Manager for the hotel is Ms Pong and she was ever so polite to help with anything. The hotel also is opposite a 7-11 and a lawson station convenient store located in the Nana Bts Station with ATM. We will definitely come back here again next time!

The card to access to the hotel lift was a bit tricky and may need some repairation but it did not happened all the time only 1-2 times. The kettles need some changing but all other amenities are good!

Great location for transport and eating and drinking places within steps. Nice lighting options . good shower and bathroom. Nice bed with large wall mirror. Good sound proofing.

The air con was rather loud for sleeping, even using earplugs. The bathroom mirror back light wasn't working. All four pillows were the same thickness so difficult to sleep for someone who prefers a thinner option. No window, though for the location I'm not sure what it would be looking over. This probably helped with the good sound proofing.

Located in the very busy entertainment center of Bangkok and yet the room is very quiet. The lobby is quiet all the time and you get the feeling you are given a lot of privacy going in and out. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The AC was not working too well but they were fixing it when I was checking out. It has a safe and a fridge.

There was no window but that was OK as I used the room only to sleep in. The ventilation fan in the bathroom is not strong enough.

If you like small boutique hotels right in the very heart of the throbbing excitement of downtown Bangkok, then this is the place for you. There are two entrances to the property, one from the main street through a high class gentlemen´s tailor shop and right next to the Nana BTS Skytrain station. The other is through an alley filled with the exciting atmosphere of Thai life all around, which is off the Soi 8 street leading from the main Sukhumvit road. A substantial, satisfying breakfast can be bought from a separate enterprise in this alley. A friendly lift ( elevator ) will take you from the lobby up to you room on the relevant floor. The rooms are spacious within the confines of a small building, comfortable,and satisfying. There are no windows but the decor gives an impression that there are. Finally,let´s not tell anyone about this hotel - it's a gem that must be kept secret!

Was dumb enough paid extra for late check out then found out i didnt need late check out. Girl in reseptione took that matter seriosly and paid my money back immediatly. She even offerd to help me if i needed with my boarding pass & other things thanks. Hotel is located very central you dont need google map to find things international restaourants from all the world corners. Just walk around you find evry thing city have to offer from street wanders to luxury.

the room was quite and comfortable...water pressure is excellent ..too hot but it was good for me....The location and accessibility to BTS Nana station were excellent. The morning and night shift at reception were friendly and helpful, The Eng. gentleman was efficient and helpful also ( couldn't find where was the switch of one particular bulb and he helped without judging how silly was my request :) Reception helped me booking a taxi for a very early flight at 3am, I liked also the fact that elevator was accessible with room key only.. the two ladies of Housekeeping were sweet and friendly...I will definitely book again. PS: my apologies I didn't write down the names...next time I will :)

The afternoon shift lady (red hair) was not friendly and was rude to the sweet trainee in front of me ..

Saffron King room (407), Clean, Big, Comfortable bed, 4 Big pillows, Big Bathroom, Big Shower, hot water, Nice TV with a lot of Channels, Excellent location...close to restaurants (Viva Sports Bar), Message, Street Foid, Nana Station is a 1 minute walk...Embassy Row & Huge Parks are an easy 20 minute walk! I highly recommend The Breakfast Story chain of restaurants that are within walking distance. Terminal 21 mall is a 10 minute walk...7-11 is a 5 minute walk. You can hail a Taxi, Grab, or Tuk Tuk very easily!!!

It was NOT a problem, however there are no windows or balconies...I really didn't mind, however should be mentioned.

The location is fantastic - very central and within walking distance to many eateries and malls. Also, the BTS is at the doorstep so exploring your favourite places is easy. Street food is at arm's reach too. The room is comfortable with the necessary essentials. The pillows are large and fluffy. Love it! No breakfast this time around as we opted to have hawker food. Overall a really good place and value for money experience. The staff housekeeping and receptionist were very helpful too and willing to assist.

A slight issue with shower drainage. The water is slow to drain so a fix is required. The water pressure and aircon are superb.
