Location is perfect for party lovers, many nearby night clubs. Even otherwise all the shopping locations are around 10-15 min away by taxi or tuk tuk. Our bed was comfortable, room had everything we needed and common amenities looked below avg. sized (pool and Gym), we didn't get the chance to use it.. Hotel staff was friendly and checked on us if we needed additional water or coffee in the room. There are many good restaurants around this place and getting a taxi from here was always easy.

Nothing major but for claimed 4-star hotel status they could do better upkeeping like bathrooms could use a little more caulking in some areas. We mostly used elevators but once when we didn't, the carpets on the stairs looked like it needed cleaning. These are all minor feedbacks. Overall, I would still recommend this to you all!

Check in staff excellent very helpful however checkout staff not so helpful, I asked if she could phone a taxi for us to go to bus station, she said we don’t have any taxi numbers but she would phone her friend who wanted to charge us double the fare, my husband went out on the street in the rain and got a taxi which came and picked our bags up, took us to the station for half the fare the girls friend quoted, so be careful even hotel staff can scam you.

This hotel was conveniently close to the Nana bts station making it easy to travel around Bangkok. It’s also conveniently located on the popular street of soi 11, though it was very quiet in our room. The pool was nice and relaxing with happy hour prices and superb service. The service in general around the hotel was great and we felt welcomed. Special thanks to Ian (manager of food and pool bar (we think that is his name)) for his attentive service. The bed was comfy. The view was of another building though we were out during the day and night so we particularly didn’t need a view. Free breakfast included which we enjoyed.

On our final night, we decided to treat ourselves to room service. Unfortunately, this resulted in my boyfriend getting food poisoning from the chicken burger we ordered. However, Ian the manager refunded us for that meal and apologised which was appreciated! While this is a small detail, the TV remote claims the TV is a smart TV but it is not.

1. I was provided with the room with ‘no view’, it was adjacent to another building though I had requested for a room with the city/ pool view, 2. Electric kettle wouldn’t turn off automatically, the wire had to be plugged ‘off’ after boiling 3. Wish the ‘pool’ was a little larger

Hotel is newly renovated, clean, up to date interior (no tacky interior designs). Comes with a gym and small pool, which is a plus point. Walking distance from Nana Station, makes travelling easier

Heard the neighbours when they raised their voice, not sure if they were really really loud or soundproofing issues. Needs more lights in the room, sleeping area was lit only by the bedside lamp and the table lamp. Had to adjust the table lamp to shine towards the ceiling for the room to be brighter.

The room was big, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked too. There’s AC in each room, which you can adjust. The hotel is close to Nana station, which can get you to a lot of places around Bangkok.

The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear your neighbours. Mostly muffled, but still there.

Was okay and bit more variety would be good

Perhaps the roof top bar could also include some form entertainment i.e. pool table, gaming

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful,everything about ramada was excellent.. swimming pool ,view and location was exceptional.. I would love to stay at this hotel again .♥️♥️

It wasn’t hotel fault, but on the very day of my arrival ,while i was still on the plane , my booking was apparently cancelled without my knowledge since, my sister had made the booking for ne , i wasn’t aware of it, and as soon as i landed and headed to my hotel iwas informed that the booking had been cancelled.the staff also told me that without a booking, I couldnt stay here. I went around searching for hotels but couldn’t find one which was very very stressful &it was already 10pm later my sis booked same hotel for me please booking.com should take responsibility for this matter and make sure such things wont happen again ..😀

Ramada has been amazing for us in Bangkok. The location is unbeatable, and the view is spectacular from the King Executive Room. We were later upgraded to the King Suite, which was a two-room apartment-like room. It was also spectacular completed with a tub. They have a nice cozy pool and gym area. I liked sunbathing almost daily. The staff are kind, respectful and helpful. The breakfast was really good, it had varieties every day. Switching between, fish/chicken and different main items. There were fresh juices and fruits every day. Karak and coffee machines, and a pancake maker. Everything was HALAL. The location is in the heart of Bangkok, Sukhumvit area. The hotel has two 7/11s, a pharmacy, a money exchange, restaurants everything right next to it. The nearest laundry is also 5 minute walk. Nana and Asoke MRTs are within 2 minutes walking distance. Excellent value.

There is honestly nothing to not like. A small note would be that the housekeeping was a little pushy.

The location is ideal for the BTS and the MRT. The room was clean, comfortable and just the right size. All staff were extremely helpful, polite and always on hand to answer questions and fix any problems that arose. The swimming pool was ideal for a dip albeit a little small. The pool restaurant is 50/50 Indian/Thai food and I loved the chicken tikka masala, not too keen on the chicken fried rice.

The pool and adjacent restaurant is managed by another organisation and you’re not able to charge to your room. A bit pricey and you always had to hunt down the waiting staff. They’re very friendly and informative when you do find them.
