Location is perfect for party lovers, many nearby night clubs. Even otherwise all the shopping locations are around 10-15 min away by taxi or tuk tuk. Our bed was comfortable, room had everything we needed and common amenities looked below avg. sized (pool and Gym), we didn't get the chance to use it.. Hotel staff was friendly and checked on us if we needed additional water or coffee in the room. There are many good restaurants around this place and getting a taxi from here was always easy.

Nothing major but for claimed 4-star hotel status they could do better upkeeping like bathrooms could use a little more caulking in some areas. We mostly used elevators but once when we didn't, the carpets on the stairs looked like it needed cleaning. These are all minor feedbacks. Overall, I would still recommend this to you all!

This hotel was conveniently close to the Nana bts station making it easy to travel around Bangkok. It’s also conveniently located on the popular street of soi 11, though it was very quiet in our room. The pool was nice and relaxing with happy hour prices and superb service. The service in general around the hotel was great and we felt welcomed. Special thanks to Ian (manager of food and pool bar (we think that is his name)) for his attentive service. The bed was comfy. The view was of another building though we were out during the day and night so we particularly didn’t need a view. Free breakfast included which we enjoyed.

On our final night, we decided to treat ourselves to room service. Unfortunately, this resulted in my boyfriend getting food poisoning from the chicken burger we ordered. However, Ian the manager refunded us for that meal and apologised which was appreciated! While this is a small detail, the TV remote claims the TV is a smart TV but it is not.

Hotel is newly renovated, clean, up to date interior (no tacky interior designs). Comes with a gym and small pool, which is a plus point. Walking distance from Nana Station, makes travelling easier

Heard the neighbours when they raised their voice, not sure if they were really really loud or soundproofing issues. Needs more lights in the room, sleeping area was lit only by the bedside lamp and the table lamp. Had to adjust the table lamp to shine towards the ceiling for the room to be brighter.

The room was big, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked too. There’s AC in each room, which you can adjust. The hotel is close to Nana station, which can get you to a lot of places around Bangkok.

The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear your neighbours. Mostly muffled, but still there.

They didn't advise the customer about changing the name of the Hotel. From Oakwood hotel to Grandswiss hotel, That's why the taxi driver could not find easy the hotel. During my stay they still didn't put the sign with the name of the hotel.

The location was really good. It readily accessible to stations and lot of restaurants. Property was also good and the manager and Sonya were specially helpful. They helped with early checkin and provided 2 hrs late checkout.

Checkin process should improve. Ester was the person at reception who did not allow us for early checkin even when we upgraded the room. The experience should improve.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Both the Pool and bar had excellent views over Bangkok. The room was a good size and clean. I would definitely recommend.

The breakfast could have had a little more choice.

The comfort of a Ramada combined with the location made this an ideal spot. The rooftop Japanese restaurant was fantastic. The front desk crew was top notch—world class hospitality!

The carpeted staircase between floors appears to not have been cleaned, vacuumed, washed in years. It’s disappointing as I use the staircase at hotels that have them and its filthy condition was a huge slight to an otherwise very clean hotel. Breakfast selection and service did not seem to match the high quality offered everywhere else in the hotel. It’s hard to complain about something that’s complimentary but the hot foods are often lukewarm, the food items were incorrectly labeled, and it just seems that the staff was never ready to go upon opening. It made it so that I had no desire of stopping at the hotel restaurant for other meals.

I stayed here originally when it was Swiss Park Hotel. There were a few noticeable changes to the building. It is ideally located to the Sky Train Station with plenty of local restaurants around the area offering a variety of food. The hotel was clean and staff very friendly, always on hand to give assistance if needed. It was nice to sit outside by the pool in the evening enjoying a cool refreshing drink.

I would like to have seen more of a selection for the breakfast i.e. cheese, croissants, a selection of pastries would have been nice as there was only bread available.

Booked a standard room at first. I had to upgrade. Standard room was cramped, dark, (no window) and smelly (no window). You'll want to book at least a premium room if you stay there. Those are nice.
