The location of the hotel is very good and convenient. However, the overall experience did not meet the expectations of a five-star hotel. The room was quite small, and the furniture was extremely basic – far below the standard expected at this level. One major issue is the lack of privacy between the bathroom and the bedroom. The wardrobe area and bathroom are combined in a way that if two people are staying in the room, one can clearly hear everything happening in the bathroom, including when using the toilet or shower. This design seriously compromises privacy. While the location is a strong point, the facilities and room layout do not justify the high rates charged. I expected much more from a Hyatt Regency.

The room is super clean . As I told the staff before leaving " best room I've had in sukhumvit road " I've been in sofitel the day before and jw marriot . Simply love it and will make sure to come back ! And they upgraded my room which was so nice

Wish the tv was more smart so I can enjoy Netflix or YouTube without bothering the staff , the door guy with glasses . Nothing personal but he threw my bag when I was leaving and he's not always next to the door to open or welcome the guests .. the second key wasn't working . That imperesed me which my guest was holding it . The windows system was broken and needed a technition as they told me . that's about it hope every little mistake is fixed on my next visit

The suite exceeded my expectations. Quite spacious, includes two TVs and 2 bathrooms. Plenty of ports and USBs. The highlight was the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city from THREE sides. The bed, and especially the pillows, were very comfy. The gym was one of the best when compared to other hotels, and the daily gym classes with coaches definitely were a big hit. The club lounge was great, especially for the hors d'oeuvres hours. The food was always good, great drinks, and the staff there was great.

In terms of proximity, the location is great. However, I personally didn't feel at ease in the neighborhood. Due to the proximity to BTS station and the main street, noises can bleed to the room, even the 15th floor. So, I would pick the 15th floor and higher, especially if you are a light sleeper.

1. room was good except for the air supply.... some how when come night time, there is kitchen exhaust smell coming thru the room aircon system.... not that bad but it was obvious and we can smell it. 2. the hotel location is great and very convenient, pool is a bit on the small side though. 3. breakfast is good though the spread is not extensive enough 4. Overall, we give 5-stars for the hotel.

My stay at the Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit was nothing short of exceptional. The staff delivered top-notch service and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, while the rooms offered a luxurious retreat with a stunning view of the Bangkok skyline. The hotel's location in the heart of Sukhumvit was perfect for exploring the vibrant city life, making my trip to Bangkok an unforgettable experience.

While the Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit delivered outstanding service and sat in a prime location, an unexpected room type alteration due to my early arrival slightly dampened my experience. Nonetheless, the exceptional dining options at the hotel's restaurants were a highlight, offering culinary delights that added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

Check In was so smooth and quick, thanks to a friendly lady (Sophia) who offered all needed support and information.

Pool was nice but I guess it could be cleaner. Location is good for whom they like to be near Arab street and close to local cultures more than relaxing and luxurious spots. Lobby is so dark with limited options and not attractive to sit there

The club lounge was exceptional. Wonderful, attentive staff and a generous offering in the evenings. The pool had a very relaxed vibe.

The hotel lacked a ‘wow’ factor. Reception area was very underwhelming, particularly for a 5 star hotel . A cupboard in our bathroom was filthy - we notified reception yet this was ignored and nothing was done about it. It remained filthy 4 days later when we checked out.

The room was tremendous, very clean and spacious. The executive lounge is one of the best that I have utilized. The food was delicious and the staff that worked the lounge BB and Mia were extremely pleasant and helpful. They went way over and above. The housekeepers were quick and performed in a very professional manner.

Until I discovered a night later that they gave me the wrong Pool View room, the Hyatt was a rather underwhelming experience. But once I got the room I paid for, it was all good! Weird how the same exact room but with a different inferior view is not as ‘inspiring’! Also great dining experience at the Market Cafe. Great wonderful staff. Location excellent.

Closing the front entrance after midnight, making you walk all the way to the other side to get in/out..

Location was great.. right in the heart of Sukhimvit. Bed was enormous and very comfortable. Staff were attentive and friendly.. even providing a birthday cake for my husbands birthday.

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like!
