I like the clique and modern designs, I stayed in Lyf in Singapore (Funan, one-north) and when my business trips started to be more frequent in Thailand, I was pleasantly surprised to find Lyf opened a branch there too, it has been my go-to choice for staying in Bangkok. Food, amenities and even some night entertainment are all close at hand.

Soundproofing: Some rooms are too near the BTS rail line, making the night sleep sometimes uncomfortable, perhaps Kyf can consider better soundproofing. Privacy: in the same observation, windowed rooms are always an attraction, but some rooms we can clearly see the occupants in the other building - suggest if the window can be changed to one-way mirror on the outside.

Location, location, location. The hotel is very close to Nana BTS station so it's very easy to take the BTS to other parts of Bangkok. The Sukhumvit MTR / Asok BTR station is a ten minute walk away. Or one can take the BTS one stop if one is in a hurry. Since the hotel is in the middle of a touristy streets there are many good restaurants nearby. One can get a nice takeaway box with Thai food from one at the hawkers for almost no money at all, and they often work late. There's also a 7-11 opposite of the hotel which I believe is open 24/7. The hotel is clean in general. The beds are comfortable. The AC works fine. There are machines that provide free drinking water on each floor. There are tables next to the reception where one can sit and work and the WiFi works very well. The tables have power outlets compatible with American, European and UK plugs.

There is no mini-fridge in the room. There are shared fridges next to the reception area, but I find that a bit inconvenient compared to having a fridge in the room. As others have mentioned the shower and restroom are more designed for being cool than being functional. I would have preferred a normal bathroom with a proper door. The rooms are rather noisy. I could hear when my neighbor turned on the light switch or when they took a shower. The windows barely shut out noise at all. When the BTS passes by every few minutes it gets very loud in the room. And since Sukhumvit Soi 8 is a busy party street one can hear that too.

I had a great stay at this hotel — super convenient location, just a few minutes’ walk from Nana MRT! It made moving around Bangkok a breeze. I did several trips between the Siam Paragon–CentralWorld–Big C–Platinum Mall area and loved how I could quickly drop off my shopping at the hotel before heading out again without carrying everything with me. The breakfast staff were incredibly accommodating — they even asked how I preferred my eggs cooked, which was a nice touch. Initially, I was given a room near the main road where I could hear loud music from nearby pubs, and there was a strong smell of smoke. But the staff, especially Wuth, was so helpful and immediately arranged a room change for me. The new room was perfect! I also appreciated the small conveniences that made a big difference: a water dispenser on each floor (so handy!), bottled water already in the room, and even a washing machine available for guests. It really helped make my stay easy and comfortable — no need for extra trips to 7-Eleven just for water! Would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again.

The location close to Nana BTS is great. The bed mattress and pillows were very good. I normally get neck issues if the mattress and pillows are not firm. Here I did not have any issues with2 my neck.

The room design was not the best. The sink was outside close to the bed and this made the room cramped. There is no mini fridge and hot water kettle in the room.

Really lovely staff, let me check in early even though I only intended to leave my bag. The room was great, no fridge or kettle but they did have a filtered water dispenser next to the elevator with cold water. And there’s the communal kitchen if you’re into that. Air con was great, room/level decor was awesome and unique. Really great value, great location to bus and trains as well as walking distance to a lot of shops/stalls etc. and a really nice experience all around. Keep in mind if not travelling solo that the shower door and toilet door are the same door that slides on a rail, but they are separate rooms. There was some construction going on but I always bring earplugs when I travel so wasn’t an issue. Bed was on a raised platform, not sure if all rooms are like that but if you have mobility issues, maybe double check.

Hotel is located at an excellent spot, 2 minutes walk from Nana BTS , staff is excellent & very helpful specially Nathasa , she assisted me in my things & made my stay very comfortable. Rest of the staff was also very helpful and cooperative. Last time i stayed in this hotel about a year ago i mentioned that the water in the shower is not hot but Luke warm this time the issue had been resolved & water was nice & hot for showering.

1, Alternate day cleaning of the room , change of bedsheets & towel. If you want daily cleaning you have to pay THB 500 extra. 2, The ironing room was like a sauna there was no fan , no air conditioning & no ventilation. I had to iron a few clothes & was there for 15-20 mins & I was sweating like I had been in sauna , I repeatedly asked one of the female staff for a fan & she kept telling me its coming , its coming but the fan was never provided & the female staff also disappeared from her spot so i could not get her name otherwise i would have mentioned her name. I request the management to kindly put a fan in the ironing section for the comfort of their guests.

The location is amazing—close to seven eleven, restaurants, and public transport. It’s very easy to get around from here. Terminal 21 mall is also in walkable distance. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. They made me feel welcome from the start. The price is affordable, and the hot water was always available, which was really nice after a long day. Overall, a great place to stay if you want comfort, good service, and a great location without spending too much.

How openly the hotel supports LGBT causes, which may not align with everyone’s personal values

The staff are great. The location is good because it's back from the main road so it's nice and quiet from road traffick. Great roof garden space too. Mainly has good budget facilities, shared kitchen etc.

The rooms are small, kind of Ikea-ish, so if you're travelling a little heavy, you'll have trouble finding space to put any of your stuff out. No wardrobe or fridge in the room. You can hear the people in the room next door quite easily at night. If your only staying a couple nights it's perfect.

Location is great, super close to Nana BTS station. Nearby malls like Terminal 21, Emsphere are totally walkable too. Room is considered big for 1 person, still spacious for 2pax. But i think there might be some awkward moments if you're staying with a friend...There is only 1 sliding door for either the toilet or the shower. Closing one means the other will be open. And the shower glass facing the bed is slightly frosted so yea. Just something to consider if you may not be comfortable with any of those.

my room was on the side closer to the BTS train tracks, so i could hear the trains running so clearly at night and in the morning (BTS operates from 6am - 12am). Not great for light sleepers like me.
