New Very clean Staff fantastic & friendly Location was perfect & close to everything in Sukhumvit Survived the earthquake without any cracks appearing!

This is not a criticism of Hotel as it is out of their control but - The land next store is currently under construction with a new building being built at foundation stage so you get woken up when work starts everyday at 8am if your room on that side of the Hotel. They finish each day around 3 - 4pm & its noisy the whole time.

good location with access to public transportation (skytrain stop Nana around the corner and subway stop Shurkumvit within 8 min); local eateries and bars just outside the hotel, a bit more relaxed than on many other streets, since the street is closed to thru traffic (!!), roof top pool is a fantastic treat, even late at night after a sweaty day in the city, breakfast is OK, our room was actually a two bedroom apartment, very spacious with two batthrooms, a washer and a kitchen with huge fridge.

you should ask for more WIFI vouchers since they are locked to a single device

The location, nearby Nana BTS. Big suite room. Opening time of swimming pool (until 10 pm). Nice personnel for breakfast.

In the room photo it was shown the complete kitchen, but only the fridge was running. All other items for cooking in the room were to be paid and not included in the rate. Limited choice for International food for breakfast. After reservation I received many spam email asking me extra payment terms: be aware from sospicious messages! The property, I called, always suggested me to ignore, such the spam! Be careful!

great location, large clean and modern rooms, mostly fair prices (depends the season). swimming pool roof top, Tuktuk (don’t forget to give a tip to the driver), free coffee at the lobby. cleaning, door and Tuktuk very polite and friendly.

Front desk staff, arrogant, highly unpolite, very basic English, head down with her mobile phone the whole day. Never hello or even a smile to us and all the customers we saw. We spent with my wife a whole month there at the opening of Hope Land Soi 8, before covid. Front desk staff were very polite and professional, now it’s the complete opposite, such a shame. Breakfast is a mess, don’t ask the same girl at the front desk, or she will comment bad with her mgr in front of you, my wife is Thai and she understood well what she said, again such a shame for such a high end Hotel.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Quite with no street noise from our room. Good location.

Girls at the front desk are not very friendly. No tea in the room only coffee. Lift doors were dangerous and kept closing on us.

The rooms are nice and spacious. The location is great, far enough away to be nice and quiet but still close to restaurants, pubs and the BTS station.

Maintenance in the hotel could be better. The shower glass door wasn't aligned right and it couldn't close properly. Some tiles are loose and gathered water underneath. The little shelf in the shower is loose. Nothing major, just little things that could easily be fixed and would lift the quality of the room.

The Family Suite was perfect for our requirements - it can be difficult to find hotel accomodation with fully separate rooms for parents and one child, plus a living / dining / kitchen area. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the extra shower was a bonus. It's a great location with everything you need within a short distance and just far enough from Sukhumvit road to be quiet. Building works next door did not impact our sleep-in. We only stayed one night on stopover but would happily come back for a longer stay. Internet was fast too, much better than some 5-star places we've stayed in. All staff we encountered were pleasant and efficient

The only drawback was that there was nowhere for hotel staff to lock our bags as our flight was not till the evening and we checked out at midday and had four hours to kill. We would have been fine to leave our suitcases in reception next to the front desk but not our unlockable carry-on items, which were too big to lug around with us. It wasn't a huge issue as the reception sofas were comfortable enough to sit around on and one of us went out at a time for a massage

Nice clean hotel

The front desk staff who works night shift from 10 pm to 7 am is very rude, she will not just won’t answer you but even turn her head to the other way, no verbal communication also. All other staffs are very courteous and nice, except night shift front desk girl.

Cold AC in Bangkok! Great pool and vibe! It would’ve been a perfect day however they are beginning construction on a giant building directly next-door. So prepare for that we were early risers and didn’t mind the noise as we were up by 8 AM anyway, but beware if you’re late night person and like to sleep in make sure that you get a room on the other side of the hotel from the construction site next-door but we have no complaints about the room or the hotel it was great everything was awesome, the staff was really cool, the pool was fabulous!!!
