I booked the room with balcony. This was my second stay at this hotel. This room was smaller then the previous room with balcony. It had a good shower and luckily this time there was warm water. Staff was friendly.

As mentioned above. The room and balcony was smaller then the previous room with balcony where I stayed. If you wouldn’t know better. It would be fine. Only big thing is that this balcony is so small. There isn’t any room for sitting outside. And hasn’t got any seating. So basically your paying for a balcony you can’t use. Further cleaning could have been a little bit better. Room in general looked good. But in the fridge there where pieces of food from a former guest.

The suite we booked had one of the best hot water systems ever experienced in a hotel, powerful and hot delivery every time. Suite was a very good size and comfortable just what we needed for a 7 night stay.

Only one issue, our suite had a combined bath and shower so you had to step into the bath to use the shower. This could be a problem for elderly or infirm people as there’s very limited grab rails to hold onto. The other big issue is that every time you use the shower the bathroom floor gets flooded and there’s no way to avoid this, and I mean really flooded it’s not just wet in a few places the whole floor gets very wet. The hotel really need to resolve this problem.

Super modern reception & luxury room., Comfortable sofa, Has the wow factor when walking in , Bed was firm not soft but that’s just my personal preference. Tv in loud & another in bedroom & works really well . USB outlets by the bedroom sockets so really convenient. Bundles of quality hair & shower gel with a super nice skin lotion in bathroom. By paying a big more gives a warm comfortable feeling when entering plus a free TikTok ride to bana bts but on 5 min walk anyway but a nice touch. Tried a few hotels locally but will definitely return to this one . As always 7-11 opposite plus a loan service

As I mentioned I prefer soft bed , This was a medium firm but didn’t feel uncomfortable

The Location - it’s close to all the madness, however tucked in to ensure your stay is peaceful. The staff - They are an awesome bunch of people - courteous, helpful and always there with a smile

The last 2 times I stayed here in 2 years, there were problems with the A/C units. The A/C unit both outside and inside were older models and made a lot of noise which made it uncomfortable to deal with. Did speak to the mgmt. and they apologised and assured me it will be addressed. Hope that it is

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Park Royal Hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness, efficiency, and most notably, the professionalism of the staff throughout my stay. The hotel itself is impeccably maintained from the lobby to the guest rooms, everything was spotless and well-kept, which added a great sense of comfort and peace of mind. Efficiency was evident in all aspects of the hotel’s operations, from check-in to housekeeping. Everything worked seamlessly, making my stay smooth and stress-free. One standout feature that added to the convenience of my stay was the in-house washing machine, which functioned excellently as both a washer and dryer. It was incredibly user-friendly and a huge plus for travelers like myself who value self-service options that are easy to navigate.

I was hoping that by extending my stay, there could be a discount on the next few nights, but seems like it was cheaper booking it via booking.com instead of direct with the hotel.

AC not working in gym on arrival. Gym then closed on second day of my stay for rest of my stay without prior notice. Disappointing as this was part of the reason I booked this accommodation. No apology offered by front desk. Shower needs a curtain so the bathroom floor does not get wet. Housekeeping use the wrong size bedsheets for the bed.

Due to the heavy schedule, I extended my stay at Park Royal because of the exceptional service I received from the receptionist, Fook. Despite managing the night shift on her own and juggling calls and other responsibilities, she went above and beyond to assist me. Her in-depth knowledge about Bangkok's local culture and food hotspots was invaluable, and her recommendations greatly enriched my travel experience. Her patience, calm demeanor, and genuine willingness to help even during busy moments did not go unnoticed. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated and composed under pressure. Fook's professionalism and warmth truly reflect the high standards of hospitality at Park Royal Hotel. I am grateful for her support and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others. A big thank you to Fook and the entire team for making my trip to Bangkok so welcoming and smooth.

The card tapping for main entrance access at the lobby door makes it challenging whenever guests are visiting to wait at the lobby etc

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just steps away from restaurants, massage parlors, a 7-Eleven, money exchange, and the Nana BTS station. This incredible convenience made it the perfect base for exploring the city. The hotel itself has a refreshingly simple and uncomplicated design, ideal for those who prioritize a comfortable room to relax and sleep after a day of sightseeing. While the hotel focuses on providing comfortable accommodations, it's worth noting that it doesn't offer extensive dining or entertainment options. However, with the vibrant neighborhood right at your doorstep, you'll have no shortage of choices. Our room was spacious and clean, with exceptionally comfortable bedding and a large TV with Netflix access, which was a welcome bonus. Overall, this hotel perfectly suited our needs and provided a fantastic stay.

The elevators were extremely small, made it a little inconvenient.

I was initially a bit skeptical about choosing Park Royal after reading the reviews, but I’m so glad I went with it. I have no regrets at all—in fact, I would definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Bangkok. Everything about my stay was excellent. The staff, from reception to housekeeping, were wonderful, and I couldn’t find a single fault. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and well-maintained. Despite the central location, I wasn’t disturbed by any noise. The hotel is also conveniently close to the BTS and several convenience stores, making it even more convenient. Terminal 21 shopping mall is just one station away by BTS or 10 minutes uncomplicated walking. Most importantly, the area felt very safe, making it a great place to stay. (Dont under estimate this hotel base on negatives review) Netflix and in room washing machine is a big plus.

Centrally located. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Very quiet. Nice big suite. Great air conditioning Close to Nan train station and Grab pickup point is at the lobby. It was a quiet little oasis in the hustle and bustle

We were there 4 nights and sheets were not changed. Room was straightened up but not really cleaned. Every day we had to ask for the water and soap which should have been provided The balcony with as city view was an exaggeration. in reality it was just a dark area for the airconditioning outlets. we didnt use the kitchen except to make tea. outside the street was lined with girlie bars which isnt our interest
