I booked the room with balcony. This was my second stay at this hotel. This room was smaller then the previous room with balcony. It had a good shower and luckily this time there was warm water. Staff was friendly.

As mentioned above. The room and balcony was smaller then the previous room with balcony where I stayed. If you wouldn’t know better. It would be fine. Only big thing is that this balcony is so small. There isn’t any room for sitting outside. And hasn’t got any seating. So basically your paying for a balcony you can’t use. Further cleaning could have been a little bit better. Room in general looked good. But in the fridge there where pieces of food from a former guest.

The Location - it’s close to all the madness, however tucked in to ensure your stay is peaceful. The staff - They are an awesome bunch of people - courteous, helpful and always there with a smile

The last 2 times I stayed here in 2 years, there were problems with the A/C units. The A/C unit both outside and inside were older models and made a lot of noise which made it uncomfortable to deal with. Did speak to the mgmt. and they apologised and assured me it will be addressed. Hope that it is

AC not working in gym on arrival. Gym then closed on second day of my stay for rest of my stay without prior notice. Disappointing as this was part of the reason I booked this accommodation. No apology offered by front desk. Shower needs a curtain so the bathroom floor does not get wet. Housekeeping use the wrong size bedsheets for the bed.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just steps away from restaurants, massage parlors, a 7-Eleven, money exchange, and the Nana BTS station. This incredible convenience made it the perfect base for exploring the city. The hotel itself has a refreshingly simple and uncomplicated design, ideal for those who prioritize a comfortable room to relax and sleep after a day of sightseeing. While the hotel focuses on providing comfortable accommodations, it's worth noting that it doesn't offer extensive dining or entertainment options. However, with the vibrant neighborhood right at your doorstep, you'll have no shortage of choices. Our room was spacious and clean, with exceptionally comfortable bedding and a large TV with Netflix access, which was a welcome bonus. Overall, this hotel perfectly suited our needs and provided a fantastic stay.

The elevators were extremely small, made it a little inconvenient.

Welcomimg staf. Clean huge rooms. Great balcony. Breakfast facility set for local and foreign needs. Flexible in extensions. The feeling is that employees are really there to comfort you.

Non smoking policy on balconies goes a little far. In rooms fully understandable. But on their balcony the guest should feel free.

I was initially a bit skeptical about choosing Park Royal after reading the reviews, but I’m so glad I went with it. I have no regrets at all—in fact, I would definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Bangkok. Everything about my stay was excellent. The staff, from reception to housekeeping, were wonderful, and I couldn’t find a single fault. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and well-maintained. Despite the central location, I wasn’t disturbed by any noise. The hotel is also conveniently close to the BTS and several convenience stores, making it even more convenient. Terminal 21 shopping mall is just one station away by BTS or 10 minutes uncomplicated walking. Most importantly, the area felt very safe, making it a great place to stay. (Dont under estimate this hotel base on negatives review) Netflix and in room washing machine is a big plus.

Centrally located. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Very quiet. Nice big suite. Great air conditioning Close to Nan train station and Grab pickup point is at the lobby. It was a quiet little oasis in the hustle and bustle

We were there 4 nights and sheets were not changed. Room was straightened up but not really cleaned. Every day we had to ask for the water and soap which should have been provided The balcony with as city view was an exaggeration. in reality it was just a dark area for the airconditioning outlets. we didnt use the kitchen except to make tea. outside the street was lined with girlie bars which isnt our interest

PARKROYAL is in a very convenient location within Bangkok, within walking distance to BTS Nana station, and two 7-eleven convenience stores. The staff were very hospitable and accommodating to our requests, including exchanging bigger notes into smaller notes. Their free tuk-tuk service was also quite useful and made getting to BTS Nana station much easier. Our room was upgraded for free upon check-in, and the room itself was clean, and its facilities were very nice. We used the laundry during our stay. The hotel amenities including the gym was well equipped, and pool with the city skyline view was great. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay and look forward to staying here again during my next trip to Bangkok.

Very pleasant and quiet hotel, which is quite close to one of the livelier parts of Soi Sukhumvit. Room was fabulous and had ample space for clothes etc. Had a quick look in the gym, which looked very good, but didn't get time to try it out or see the pool. Given the proximity to Nana Plaza, it's no surprise that there are many restaurants and bars to choose from and everyone should be able to find something to satisfy them. Mention in despatches must go to Fitzgeralds Irish bar for the food, beer and friendly Thai staff and to Tuk's for the superb massage. Would certainly stay at the hotel again.

Nothing of note, TV channels were a bit limited but nothing else worthy of mention.

The room was huge and came complete with stove and utensils for a simple dinner of instant noodles etc. Very comfortable and quiet, bright and spacious. The service we received from the receptionist to the bell boy was thumbs up as they were all very attentive and accommodating. We requested for late check-out on a week day and they were gracious to grant us the flexibility. We felt very safe staying here. Location wise was excellent too, about a 5mins walk to the Nana BTS station otherwise they also provide free tuk-tuk service. Lots of 7-Eleven around.

The area outside of the hotel one street over was too lively to our liking with lots of working girls and hooters bar and weeds/cannabis shop. The massage parlours around that area are also more pricey. The bathroom in the room kept getting wet on the floor as you shower as the water flowed right from the edge of the tub over. Don't know if even a shower curtain would help. Probably should fix a screen or something to keep in the flow as wet bathroom floor was super annoying.
