The location of the property is great, close to everything you need ranging from food and entertainment. The staff are very welcoming and always supportive. Likely to recommend to Thai visitors and I will be staying at this property if the rooms are available.

They open and close the reception/office quite early for those travelers checking in late and arriving early morning. However, the property will always make arrangements for smooth check in and out.

Staff extremely kind and helpfull. The apartment is very nice and cosy.

The kitchen was empty (no accessory). When we requested a couple of accessories, we were told that we could only use the microwave, although the description includes stoves.

Well kept and clean apartment with nice facilities and comfortable bed. The location is quite convenient, in the heart of vibrant Nana, lots of restaurants and entertainment places within a walking distance. Likely to stay at this apartment next time i am in Bangkok.

The hot shower wasn't working well, with limited pressure

The room itself was spacious and the bed comfortable. The lifts and corridors are tired looking and smelled like cigarettes. It was quiet and had a 7/11 just down the street to get anything you needed. It's close to the Nana Metro station.

Dirty rooms. Unfriendly staff. We got food poisoned.
