I enjoy my stay there, the staff was amazing, they are keen to help you and give you tips for your days there, in General I would recommend it for short trips or if you’re in a budget, they give us what we paid.

The facilities does not look like the pictures, need an update, pool was dirty we did not enjoy to much that area, rooftop bar is closed and sunbeds with no umbrella, the tuk tuk to the main road works perfect, but is not available all the time and just from the hotel to the road, never from the main road to the hotel.

I love Hotel Solo. Not only is it still standing strong after the Bangkok earthquake—this place truly feels like a second home. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The location is perfect, just 100 meters from Walking Street on the other side of the block. The rooftop pool was amazing, and the modern building adds to the comfort and style. Given everything, especially how well it held up during the quake, this hotel is an incredible deal. Highly recommended.

Very good location, nice and quiet area considering its central almost, close to public transport BTS, just nice and chill, and there are taxi drivers that hang outside will ask politely if you need their service, always said no, asked for taxi last day, they sorted me out cheap and found a person for me to share with

Ummm bugs (I never opened windows or balcony), there was little things in bathroom and toilet flying, and then the mosquitos which I became buffet to, told hotel staff and asked for them to have a spray around and they did, managed to get rid of them, until last day as a leaving gift one got me right in middle of forehead as a leaving gift at swimming pool. Oh swimming pool is direct view of hotel rooms where people was watching me from their bed (little creepy) no fault of hotel

Plenty of places for breakfast close by with more options so didn't have b/fast at hotel. I had a superior room with small balcony for fresh air which is an added bonus. Location is excellent for nightlife and shopping. The hotel also offers shuttle to main road 800-900 meters which is very handy 2-3 times daily.

Balcony could have been bigger. Breakfast was from Hotel next door, they don't have their own kitchen. Expressway is close so you some times get noisy vehicles late at night or early morning.

The rooftop pool is a great place to chill out. My room was fine and had everything I needed, although a little dated. The staff are incredibly helpful, and always happy to offer advice on places to visit and eat. There's a really cool street food marked under an underpass about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Give it a try.

I think the place could do with a bit of an update because things are starting to look at a little dated but that wouldn't put me off booking again.

I found it to be a great VFM property, given the location, the proximity to many key sightseeing locations, quieter surroundings, close to the SkyTrain network and decent size of the room. You can also buy some snacks and drinks within the property. Perfectly fine for solo travelers!

A facility to order in some dinner from the kitchen would have been great - but really no complaints. I think they should place 'soap' in the bathroom.

General layout of room is nice. Room light control device was really cool. Staff helped me understand how it works. Staff was very accomodating, polite and professional

Location is deep in the Soi. Hotel does not have restaurant or coffee shop. Bed was not comfortable for me, but that may just be because of my back. It was firm and most travelers would be ok with the beds.

The walls were a bit thin you could hear conversations in the next room - but overall the hotel was quiet
