Travelling with a friend and we were to have 3 days in bangkok before splitting ways. He booked the last double room on hotels,com just seconds before me so I had to book a suite to stay in the same hotel. price difference weren't to bad. The suite is the same as a double room, except when you enter there is a kitchen table and a lounge group, and a full size fridge, then another door and it's a standard room with bathroom and two beds. So unless you are going to watch movies on the TV in the lounge or play board games on the kitchen table it's not worth it :) We went on a 2 day excursion, and when returning to Bangkok we were so happy with the hotel we booked it again, 1 day for my friend as he was going to visit friends, 5 days for me as he'd be back in 4 and we'd figure out what to do. I got a room on the 9th floor with a malfunctioning AC, after the first night asked the reception in the morning if they could check it, when I came back in the evening they said maintenance had checked it and it should be working. Still to hot for me that night and I packed my bag, and I hate to argue with receptionists, because they are just doing their jobs, but i were psyching myself up to start an argument with the receptionist to let me change rooms. Came down and luckily it was the same guy in reception as the day before when I complained about the AC and I started with "Hi, good morning, remember I complained about the ac yesterday?" and he was "Yes I remember, maintenance said it was ok, is it still not working? Do you want to change rooms?" Didn't even let me complain :) Then he told the bellboy something and said to me "Please, if you follow him, he can show you some rooms" first room we came to I checked the AC and it was ok, so the bellboy took me to my room and we picked up my stuff and moved it, then back at reception give back the old key cards and get new ones.

Nothing to dislike, service and location was superb :)

We booked the Family Suite and a Deluxe Room at the Citrus Suites Sukhumvit 6. Love the rooms! Both rooms are excellent and clean. The beds are indeed very comfortable. Nana BTS is located about 5-7 minutes walk away which provides a good option for transport besides taking the cab. Easy to find food around the hotel. Plenty of eateries on the other side of Nana BTS.

The hotel location is just next to the red light area. However, the red-light area can be avoided by turning right. There is nothing impressive about the hotel lobby, but it is okay. There was a big downpour the first evening we were in Bangkok when we arrived back at Nana BTS. We were stuck at exit of the Nani BTS as the alley road leading to the hotel were flooded.

The staff are amazing and helpful, including the cleaners. The location is good as it is roughly 5 to 7 mins to Nana station and walkable distance to Terminal 21 and Asok station. 2 7-11 stores are nearby. We stayed in a family suite with a much lower price compared to the other 4 stars hotels. The air-conditioning system is new and cool. The beds are comfy. The shower room has a bathtub and both hot and cold water. There is a nice gym and rooftop bar with a nice view.

Some towels are stained. The family suite only has 1 shower room. 1 bed is a bunk bed. There is no microwave in the family suite room.

Staff were great and friendly especially Kae. Greeted us with warm smiles all the time.Room was cleaned so well. They left us plenty of bottled water knowing we were a family. Breakfast was not that extensive but whatever was there was tasty. They also provided 2 trays of halal chicken sides for us. Fried rice and noodles were mindfully cooked wihout meat so vegetarian food is also not an issue. Beds were super comfy with fluffy pillows.Walkable distance to Nana station.

Leading to the hotel is an alley of open bars and patrons and service crew. A bit awkward walking out at night with kids but it is generally safe. They respect families with children.

If you're looking for a place in the middle of all the activity but somewhere super quiet and comfortable then this is the place for you. The hotel is tucked down a side street off Soi6 but it's in the middle of a super busy area. We're particularly adverse to noise after a big night out so we're always looking for somewhere quiet and with curtains that effectively block out the light. The rooms are big, the beds are exceptional, two different types of pillows, super clean, excellent water pressure and HOT water. Only a few minutes walk to the station, easy to get around and plenty of dining options close by.

We don't mind it but after hours may be a challenge for families. Was super calm...but the united nations working the street corners at night may put some off.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. For this price we did not expect the luxurious feel of the place. The rooms were very spacious and very clean. The staff was friendly and super helpful. The rooftop bar was great! It is not a real swimming pool (only 1.2 m deep) but still, after a day of walking around the city, it felt nice to sit in the pool and have a cocktail. Two in our group were smokers and were very happy that you could smoke in the rooftop bar and outside bar, the rest of the hotel is non smoking.

There were a few tiny flaws in the room, but because the rest was so fantastic, we just had a giggle and didn't care. Though I would recommend the hotel to change the doors on the bathrooms in the rooms with 2 separate beds. I almost shared a room with a cousin and would have felt uncomfortable to have a bathroom that open.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. It was much more spacious than I had anticipated, which made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room itself was well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed. One of the best aspects of this hotel is its convenient location. It's just a short walk from the BTS station, making it easy to get around the city. Additionally, there’s a 7-11 store nearby, which is super handy for picking up any essentials or snacks. However, it's worth noting that the hotel is quite close to Nana Plaza, a well-known nightlife area. While this might be a concern for some, I found that the noise from there didn’t reach the hotel at all. It was peaceful inside, and I didn’t experience any disturbances. The only time you might encounter the crowd from Nana Plaza is if you take a wrong turn while walking around. Otherwise, it doesn’t impact the hotel experience at all. Overall, I found the hotel to be a great place to stay with its spacious rooms and convenient location, offering a quiet retreat despite being near a bustling part of the city.

There were some stains on the towels and the bedroom slippers provided. But the hotel was happy to provide replacements once it was made known to them

Perfect for a stop over in Bangkok we stayed 2 night before travelling and 1 night before heading home , the staff are so helpful rooms are amazing and super clean we didn’t eat there as there are so many food place around and we were just blown away with Bangkok hotel is located like down town .. but easy to travel around … don’t be afraid of the public transport it’s so easy to navigate and gets you anywhere you want in super fast time .. enjoy your trip 👌

Can’t think off one thing other than i actually book a smaller room ( which was still big) but the suites are amazing

Easy, clean and relatively quiet (considering it’s so close to Soi 4) and close to many things including a 7-11, hair dresser, laundry and of course bars and massage parlours. Staff were friendly and helpful, and overall I was impressed with the size of the room and the value for money.

Food a bit luck-lustre in the burger bar, (I didn’t try the breakfast). But there are numerous places nearby and the Dawin hotel does western food if that’s what you want.

Very spacious room for the price i paid. Amazing staff (special shoutouts to: Jajah, who checked us in smoothly. Kung, who makes up our room everyday. Kae, for our nice chats and assistance to me at the restaurant. Another lady that I forgot to get her name, thank you for accommodating us at the restaurant before closing time. Payu, for assisting us with our luggage. To the guys [at the reception, restaurant and security] that I forgot to get their names.), thank you all for making our stay wonderful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back! :)
