The breakfast spread was really good with a variety of very fresh fruit and salad options. There is only 1 person making eggs, so waiting for eggs to is a pain. Even bolied eggs. However, there are other varieties of food to choose from. A shuttle bus which leaves every half hour will take you only to Nana Station. Front desk staff were helpful with arranging a taxi for me and keeping my medications on my behalf. I was mainly there for my yearly doctor visits, and this hotel was completely comfortable, and at least 20mins walk from Bumrungrad International Hospital.

The hotel is not in a very family oriented place. I did not bring my family with this time, but if you know Thailand, this is the culture of how things go. The streets heading towards the hotel are lined up with many bars and entertainment. I never felt unsafe walking back to the hotel in the later part of the evening. I did, however, enjoy watching how the men would be lured in. If you are looking for a family oriented hotel, this is probably not the place, especially with the nightlife outside in the evening. If you are not going out in the evening then I think the hotel would be suitable then.

We really liked how comfortable the room was (superior king) Some may be overwhelmed by the location, we found it awesome that You go from a calm room to a lovely and bustling street night life. We chose the location due to a speciality tattoo shop being nearby - unknowing what the street was all about so that was a suprise but we’re not mad about it. There’s everything you need and it feels like everything is open 24 hours , felt very safe as a woman walking even when running solo errands. The bed was comfortable - room had all basic amenities. We didn’t care for the hotel food or bar so can’t comment. We’re outside most of the time and for the price I mean wow, cannot complain at all. The street food outside was excellent for late nights and the staff was very kind and helpful. Taxis and moto everywhere.

Breakfast, Since I'm vegan so not many options for me.

We loved the staff at the hotel, they were excellent and so helpful. We also liked how comfortable the room was. The breakfast options were great and we also ate from the restaurant a couple of nights l, the food was great.

The area really isn't good for families with small children, I think that's on our part for underestimating how big of red light district this is located in. But the hotel does provide shuttle service to go to the main area. Even still, we would've liked to go outside at night for a meal but the area wasn't good for a small child.

Because of the location, you get some dirty people on the ground floor. The hotel needs to ensure a better standard on the ground floor. People sleeping on the chairs with their bare feet on tables. Litter on the furniture.

Breakfast is wonderful I loved the variety they have. I would like also to thank all of the staff there, the sweetest people ever! I would like to personally thank Ms. Cathy, who is the Guest Relation Manager. She took notes when I was telling her about the only thing that I would consider negative, which is the issue of electrical outlets that I outlined below.

The electrical outlets, They should work on that. Nowadays, hotels aree retrofitting their electrical outlets with universal ones. Moreover, You could include an option of equipping the headstand light with USB/and or C-type connections. On another note, in multiple occasions, my family and I caught the pungent smell of cannabis in the hallways. While I know that it is legalized in Thailand, I know that the hotel has a strict policy against smoking spliff inside the rooms.

The service was excellent from the moment I got. I had a package shipped in from Vietnam scheduled to arrive the same day as me. As I was checking in the concierre comes up and says mister Edwards we have a package for you. How did he know it was me? I asked for a room on an upper floor with a good view. Naan who was checking me in said well you booked a superior room. She put me on the top floor with a city view😍 Every time I walked through the lobby that called me by my name and asked me if there is anything they could do for me.🙂 The internet wasn't great, until they sent a tech guy to my room to help set me up.

I like the location, very convenient, convenient to travel.

The room is a bit small. I booked a non-smoking room but was given a room across from the elevator. The smell of cigarettes was so strong it gave me a headache. I don't understand why they don't separate smoking floors and non-smoking floors. It's a 4 star hotel, but there are no toothbrushes in the bathroom. And cutton bud, I have stayed in many 3-star hotels and still have everything provided. This hotel is very bad and the housekeeper is very loud when the other guests in the room haven't woken up at 9 a.m. I am not very impressed.

Rooms are really clean and fresh. High floor rooms has nice City view and location of the hotel makes many things easy to do. I offer all to use airport transfer of hotel because they give honest prices and good cars. I have to tell that bed and pillows were really comfortable and big. It was nice to have rest.

Roof pool was closing at 06:00 pm. It is so early:( my daughter planned to swim there after a whole tired day and they said it is already closed:( İt was really surprise for us.. we wanted to have rest and fun at pool after a tired and hot day. I think many guest wish it. Most of hotel pools stay open until midnight.
