Truly giving 10-0 to a lot of 5 starts around the world. The people are THE BEST. You'll be at home. The confort and big rooms, cleaning, pool, conceiged, breakfast, spa, everything is really really taken well cared and organized. They noticed my birth date was coming while I was there and surprised me with a lot of things during the day. I would always come back happy to this happy knowing the employees are genuinely happy to received you back. Huge special appreciation to Man who is10 starts and a true asset for the team.

Hotel should talk to Maison management about allowing its customers to ust the alley as they wont let you walk throgh so you need to go to main road then back up

Great location. Close to a grocery shop and lively streets. Nice and clean hotel with excellent staff and rooms.

The gym was under renovation but they had set up some alternatives.

The Hotel is located at the center of Bangkok and next to Nana Street (Arab Street). The staff are friendly and the rooms are spacious. We were offered a ride from the Airport to the Hotel with BHT 1,800. There is a small mall on a walking distance that has Halal Lebanese Food and two coffee shops (Tim Horton's and Starbucks). The hotel is secured and there is a food delivery point to prevent strangers from entering along with the security in the elevator where you need to scan your room card to go to your floor. The Hotel provides a daily complimentary water and has water hose in the bathroom. The hotel is almost 45-50 minutes away from the Airport and it is easy to get a Taxi from there.

Staff are very helpful and friendly, breakfasts was amazing every morning!

Only problem was having to get Grabs everywhere, but location is ideal as it’s not very busy and no disturbed sleep

Room - We booked 2 rooms, a deluxe king for 2 and premium king for our 3 teenage girls. The reception tried their best give us two rooms on the same floor but they could not. We were not too concerned as the girls could manage themselves. It was slightly inconvenient because we could not go to each other's rooms but it also meant the security system and access system was good. It was not a big deal for us. The rooms were adequately sized, and very clean. Toilet/Bathroom: The shower had good water pressure and temperature. I particularly love the toiletries given - Crabtree & Evelyn. The Lobby : Not too big or opulent, but decently grand. It can get a bit crowded during peak check-in or check out times, but the staff managed situations well. The Spa: I must say I love spa and massages and have been to many places in Thailand and Bali. Makkha Spa on the 7th Floor is probably one of the cleanest spas I have ever visited and the therapists were very skilled. The 2 massages I had there was simply divine. Definitely pricier than outside, but the class and cleanliness is different level. The service level - The hotel contacted me day and night daily via Whatsapp message to ask if all was ok with our stay. We truly appreciated the level of service/response time. They even accommodated our request for late-check-out as our flight was much later in the evening. Convenience: The hotel is located in one of the best areas in Bangkok - Ploenchit in Sukhumvit. Walking distance to shops, food, pharmacy, the train station and the streets were clean and safe.

The Breakfast - We found the breakfast to be slightly disappointing - mainly because as Muslims, the choices are limited and not as great. Even the common stuff like bread and pastries were a bit hard. We found better options outside. Nonetheless, there was variety. The toilet in the room - the flushing pressure was not great, needed two flushes most times. It was not a big deal for us, so we did not bother complaining.

Very clean and well maintained property. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The warm signature DoubleTree cookies at the reception are always a nice and yummy touch. Great location, 2-3 minute walk to Sukhumvhiit road but it's nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main road and other sois.

There were times where there was a bad sewer(?) smell in the lobby that creeped in from outside. We had a faulty/stuck flush in one of the toilets upon check-in but it was fixed, although it took a while to fix it. The toilet doors slide open/shut and it wasn't always easy to keep them in place or lock them.

Breakfast was good, a good variety of food and very efficient staff. Well laid out, and very good presentation, clean. Easy access to metro. Concierge was very helpful, despite the English barrier. Check in was a bit shaky but the incorrect charge was quickly smoothed out with an instant reversal and charge of the correct amount.

The transport recommended, was good however not keen to recommend anyone else to use since he used the excuse of not having change when we offered to settle the bill with a large note. We know these scams. It doesn't bring the Hiltom group being associated with such people.
