The staff is very nice and helpful, the pool with the views was the best!

The location okey but take into account that you’re surrounded by streets with lots of night life and “company bars” with lady boys and girls, so maybe not the best for families with kids.

We mentioned this trip was for our honeymoon when booking, and so when we arrived there were flowers/decorations placed on the bed which was a lovely touch. Staff are incredibly helpful/kind, and there is even a golf buggy which will take you to the end of the road (handy if visiting the busy strip one street over). Location is ideal, the road/hotel itself is quiet though one street over is a busy street with lots of bars etc. We would also highly recommend Breakfast Story for breakfast or lunch, around 5-10 minutes away. The rooms themselves are lovely and have everything you need for your stay, including fresh water being provided daily. The rooftop bar/pool is also great, and nice way to pass a few hours with reasonably priced drinks/snacks.

There is a section of the rooftop bar designated as "non-smoking" but this didn't seem to be enforced as there was always people smoking there and ashtrays being provided. This isn't ideal if you are a non-smoker as there was a separate smoking section which didn't seem to be used.

I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and anyone else I know. My brother and I recently holidayed in Bangkok and the whole experience exceeded my own expectations. The location is fantastic....close to BTS train station and connects to the underground train very convenient....lots of food stalls food markets and general markets around to eat cheaply....food at hotel was lovely and so was the food from many little stalls we come across. Staff were amazing and so helpful with directions and how to get to places, swimming pool area beautiful and so were the cocktails. Also very conveniently located to plenty of banks and money exchange outlets. Shopping centres to die for all in walking distance 20mins max. All the staff are super friendly, chatty and go above and beyond to help you and to also help you enjoy yr stay.. I can't wait to stay there again when I next go to Bangkok.

Everything was great, the food, the room, the staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel for staying.

We don't smoke, so it was very inconvenient for us to stay at the pool (and we booked 13 nights) because of smoke. If I were the owner, I would devide the smoking area (in the bar) from a non-smoking (at the pool), because when someone smokes, I feel sick and giddy, not to mention the fact that it ruins my health and I had to endure that during my whole stay. My goal was to lay under the sun and to swim in the pool, if I knew about that problem, I would have made a reservation in Samui in a non-smoking hotel. So please devide the areas for non-smoking people to enjoy their time at the pool.

We had such a great time! The location is amazing, you can walk to so many night markets, shops, and even big malls. We used motorcycle taxis a lot because Bangkok traffic is no joke, but honestly, everything you need is really close by. The staff was super friendly from the moment we arrived until we checked out. One of the caretakers helped us with our luggage straight from the taxi to the room, which was a huge help and made check-in really smooth. Our room was spacious and VERY clean. Housekeeping always made sure it was spotless while we were at breakfast. It smelled so nice every time we came back, and you could tell they really cared. The rooftop pool was a highlight – stunning views of the city and the sunsets were just beautiful. It was the perfect place to chill in the evening with a cocktail by the pool. If you’re visiting Bangkok and want a hotel that’s in a great spot but also gives you a place to relax, I totally recommend this one. We felt really well taken care of and enjoyed every minute!

Only the shower head should be changed in the room 510 but it's a small detail that can be fixed in 1 minute, they already now :)

The place is located in a very central area, you can get there from the Alexanderplatz station, and it takes about 5 minutes by foot. I got there by taxi, and it was not that hard to get there from the other hotel I was staying at. Other places were also not that far from the hotel. The room was very clean and specious, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, I didn’t have that much time to walk around the place and try things out, since I was on my last day in Thailand, but I’ll definitely will give it a try one more time whenever I visit Bangkok in the future.

1. I love the kindliness and the accommodating urge in all of the employees have to anying i have requested. 2. The loyalty towards the guests is second to none. A person from your staff had returned by iPhone that i had forgotten and left behind in the public toilets. HE literally save me from a lot of hassels if it was stolen. If you wish to know more about this, I gave the person a nice card to which i give consent should you decide to publish, and of course I gifted him with something to show my appreciation.

1. The swimming pool is not that clean at 7.00am, i was swimming laps and note a lot of debris at the bottom, hair included, and normailly I expect to smell some chlorine at that our of the day. 2. That food room services and breakfast close too early

The location is great - it takes 9 minutes to walk to the nearest metro station, and sometimes a hotel employee can give you a ride to the station in a small car. There are many shopping centers with food courts nearby. Also, there is a currency exchange point at a distance of 500 meters - with a person and an automatic one. The pool is great - beautiful view, there are places to lie down, no need to bring a towel with you - you can take it on site and all for free. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Room service and towel change every day. The room itself is clean.

I didn't like the speed and stability of the Internet in the room - this is the only significant disadvantage. This speed is not enough for video calls or watching TV shows online in average quality.

The hotel is in a good location, close to restaurants, shops and pharmacies. Also, very close to Nana's Plaza if that's to your liking. The pool was nice to relax in, with a view of the buildings. The gym had basic equipment, enough for a quick work out. Depending on the time of day it does take 20-40mins to get to the river (Iconsiam) but it wasn't an issue getting a grab.

This isn't the hotel's fault but unfortunately, we had the worst people stay next to us. We called the front desk to make a noise complaint and they did remedy this, however we constantly woke up each night due to them being very loud and slamming their door. I did ask to be moved, the receptionist advised the hotel was fully booked. Other than this we had a good time in Thailand, just wish we could have slept more.

We absolutely loved surestay for an economical stay. It was in an excellent location, within walking distance to busy food districts, nightlife districts, whilst still being away from the bustling side of things. It’s also close to a BTS station which makes transport very easy. The rooms were spacious, beds were huge and comfy. Everything was really clean, unfortunately we didn’t use the pool but it looked beautiful. We would stay here again for sure!

We didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on how this was. Other than that, we don’t have anything bad to say about it
