Before booking I read all the reviews and found a few negatives ones. Decided to try for myself and I do not think the negatives comments justified. The suite although it had no thrills was super spacious, got cleaned every day. I went up and down the road it is in, and I found it by far the best value for money. The staff was friendly enough, even though I witnessed customers being rude to them, they helped me print travel documents and were generally very helpful. Located a short walk from chaos of Nana and Sukumvit, it was quiet and I slept very well...

Location is good 👍🏼 near to BTS and 2 stops to Siam Paragon and city area. The rooms are spacious , clean and big. Include Bathroom 🚽 and tub 🛁. Prices are reasonable. Hotel staffs are friendly.

Need to have Room Slippers because air con and floors are cold enough. Bathroom should have 2 floor-maps. Need Face towel also. Not enough with only Bath Towel. Just to improve otherwise all are good 👍🏼

I like the room for its size, the bed was large and comfortable,the room had a small kitchen with hob microwave and kettle,Ideal for late night snacks and self made tea/coffee. It had a good powerful shower with good temperature range

The staff was incredibly nice and supportive. Clean towels and sheets. Comfy beds. Big and spacious appartment. Big fridge where you can store ice cream. Very fast WiFi with strong signal - private network for every room. Room service does your dishes and they clean them well. There is a modest gym. You van park a scooter in the hotel's parking space. Powerful AC.

The room could have been better lit. The furniture is very basic and of medium quality. Elevator is slow. City view is OKish. There is a balcony that is unaccessible. No way to reach room service or hotel staff via WhatsApp or Line.

The room was huge, and with a kitchenette, which is great for any traveller. The room had a large closet with a working area. No-joiner fee, guest-friendly.

The staff is asleep at night and they don't have change so you cannot buy drinks at night and the closest store is a 12 minute walk because the hotel is deep inside a quiet street.

The room was very spacious, if sparse. The air conditioning worked fine. Good location and decent pricing. A shuttle service as well to get to the end of the street and back. I didn't use the swimming pool, but it looked decent.

The bathtub and shower was leaky. Every time I showered it would flood the bathroom and pool around the entrance. The room could use a bit more decoration, it's big but rather plain. The hotel is quite far down the street. The lift is old and tiny.

Large sized rooms bigger than many hotels, a kitchenette with full sized fridge/freezer, microwave and 2 hot plates for cooking. Good sized bathroom with a shower in the bath tub. Swimming pool at rear of hotel although small was a bonus . Breakfast was good with a variety of dishes plus cereal and toast so good value for the extra small cost.

Bath a bit slippery and high so tricky to get out of after shower but small issue and not a problem for many guests I suspect. Location is a good walk from main road and cut through to soi 4 no longer available so hotel tuk tuk recommended if guests have mobility issues at all.

The location is less than perfect but you are a 10m walk from one of the busiest streets of Bangkok, and they even offer free tuk-tuk rides to said street. The staff is super helpful and I can't recommend them enough. a 10/10

Only the location as I mentioned could be a slight downside for people who hate to walk constantly. But if you could ignore that, there's nothing wrong with the hotel.
