Best pet friendly, western style hotel in this category in Bangkok The Building and the amenities are shared with the 4 Star Novotel so you get a gym and a rooftop pool you probably wont get in other ibis hotels. on our long-term stay in bangkok we visited almost any western, pet friendly hotel in this price category in bangkok just to finally end up here for 3 weeks. We found no other options in this quality and price category. We also visited two oakwood hotels they are not even near the standard you get here at almost double the price if you add the pet fee. If you travel with a pet for longterm you may know the problems, this hotel might solve them all. other western hotels offer: 500 baht pet fee AND: dirt, loud traffic noise, loud AC, pet floor full of pee, deep fry smell, bad public transport connection and dog unfriendly surroundings. the ibis styles offers: new and modern rooms which looks like on the photos, a big gym, a awesome pool, clean pet floor, no pet fee, no smell, quiet AC, soundproof windows, a outdoor grass area on the 7th floor, 300m to the Nana station and a superb dedicated dog park nearby.

Its located in a Hooker Street, the breakfast is a joke but there is a option in the Novotel restaurant which is in the same building, the AC is freezing even at the lowest setting so we ended up turning it off and on every other hour, no outside drinks allowed at the pool, pool bar super expensive

The pool and views from the 25th floor, we truly appreciated afternoon sunsets there ! There’s a decent amount of chairs. Room wise, beds are comfortable, we were on the 7th floor where the gym is. The gym has close to 10 cardio machines but only one bench to workout. Luckily, i was almost always alone there so it wasn’t a problem. There’s also access to the garden, a smoking area on the 7th floor (otherwise you have to go all the way down, in a small corner).

The hotel is located in the middle of a major red light district, it doesn’t take anything away from the hotel, but perhaps i should have researched a little more about Nana’s neighbourhood and soi 4 itself 😂 😝 there are lots of ladies working in front of the hotel, so any in and outs can get intense sollicitation wise if you are a man by yourself 😉

room was lovely and loved the location. was in a very busy area but you didn't hear any noise. The pool area was amazing

they closed the pool at 6pm when it was still packed and told everyone to leave so they could set up for dinner. Which in my opinion is missing a trick. Sun was still setting so if they had a cocktail hour 6-7pm sure they would make more money than people eating for 7pm

The staff were absolutely amazing. They are friendly and are always available and happy to help. Room service is extremely fast. There’s nothing we did not like about it. Breakfast is fresh and tasty could use a little more variety for vegetarians however the kitchen were fine with making whatever you requested if you were not happy with the buffet. They have a shuttle to Nana. Which is great saves time instead of walking. (By walking only 5 minutes) The room is isolated from outside noise which really very good. They have a amazing swimming pool on the roof top which is breathtaking. The price is very very good. Overall a terrific place to stay.

Rooms are about small but it’s fine considering the amazing service and everything else.

Everything about the hotel & location. I am a 5 mins walk to Nana BTS, or 5 mins from Benchakitti park. There is enough nightlife within a 2 min walk from the hotel, but it is well soundproofed that any noise does not filter through. I was here Feb 2025. The staff are excellent at their jobs, and make sure that any requests are dealt with professionally. There are enough plug sockets & USB charging points in the room, a small fridge, safe & hairdryer. Multiple languages on the TV & fully air-conditioned rooms. Breakfast is served on the 6th floor, the gym on the 7th floor & rooftop pool for extra peace & quiet. Within a 2 min walk is the 7-11, laundry & Barber shops.

I am struggling to find something I didn't like.

Price & Location: The hotel offers excellent value for money — the price and location are a steal. Staff: The staff is consistently exceptional, providing friendly and professional service throughout my stay. Room Service : I tried the room service, and it was both prompt and delicious — highly recommended. Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast buffet is standard and could use some improvement, but it still offers a decent variety. I appreciated the inclusion of vegan and vegetarian options.

Although it was beyond the hotel's control, the room next to mine was quite rowdy, which affected my overall comfort. Something to keep in mind for light sleepers.

Most things were as you would expect from a hotel in this price range. Good breakfast selection. Room service was nice and the food was very good (but expensive). Serviceminded staff. Nice facilities. Nothing to complain about really.

Overall the hotel has a high standard but a few things made me not give it a 10. The staff was mostly friendly but it sometimes felt like they didn't have time for you, I tried to bother them as little as possible. The cleaning was good some days and some days a bit sloppy. Breakfast was mostly good but the hot food wasn't really hot. The bed was comfy but the pillows where too high/thick for both me and my partner, we both got neck pain. We asked for smaller pillows but they didn't have.

The hotel is really nice - everything is modern and clean. The room was ready even before the official check in time. There is a nice swimming pool on the roof with great sky line view. 2 complimentary water bottles at the room for the guest. The room is a little bit small but acceptable for few days. Internet connection has the annoying login wall but after login runs smooth and quick. There is a 7 eleven right opposite the hotel - very convenient.

Thanks to the rooftop bar next to the swimming pool you cannot swim after 6 pm and also cannot bring own food and drinks. That would be absolutely ok if the rooftop bar did offer drinks for reasonable prices. $16 for 2x 0,33l beer is too much for Thailand. Be also prepared for 17% extra cost for all the taxes etc when paying the hotel. The drinking water could be available somewhere for free just for refill. It is really annoying always to buy new 7 eleven water just to survive at the hotel. The TV always turns on some Accor promotion videos when you “turn on” the electricity at the room. Although the videos are really nice and perfectly made, it is a bit stupid to watch them for a hundredth time.

We got into wrong Ibis Hotel as shown on the map but the staff from Ibis Hotel immediately called Ibis Style and we got a free ride to our Ibis Style Bangkok Sukhumvit 4..Very convenience location and the staffs are really helpful. Had my vegan birthday dinner at Food Exchange ( hopefully I got the name correctly ) arranged by my boyfriend with the help from the staffs, (*happy me ) Drinks at the rooftop bar are awesome too. Everyone are so nice. Really enjoyed our stay there and definitely will come back again. Do not hesitate to ask for help from the staffs as they will assist you. Room service lady is so friendly, always greet and smile whenever she saw us.Kudos to Ibis Style Bangkok Sukhumvit 4 Staffs. Thank you for making our stays a memorable one.

Location is walking distance from BTS Nana. There's also complimentary shuttle every half hour to the BTS station. There's a 7 Eleven across the street and a pharmacy. Great Rooftop swimming pool. Lots of food options around the area. Smart TV, fast internet connection. Well maintained and very clean room. Comfortable bed and cozy linen. Amazing and friendly staff. 24/7 Front Desk. I have insomnia and suffer from anxiety. I am thankful the hotel accommodated my request for a room on a quiet floor. I had a great a view of a garden. I stayed for 1-week.
