Nice size room with balcony and 2 toilets. Kitchen with microwave, washing machine, and large fridge. The bed was super comfy. The shower has good pressure and hot. Room cleaned every day. The lounge room is off the bedroom with a reasonable couch and table. Also, another larger table in the kitchen area. A/C was good, lots of restaurants and obviously near nana Plaza, so a lot going on! but the hotel is off the street so you can't hear any noise. 2 working elevators. I have been to bangkok many, many times, and this hotel was perfect. I'll be back.

The hotel is located on Sukhumvit 4, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. It is also less than a 10 minute walk away from Benjakitti park, a beautiful park with a sports centre, and perfect for an early morning run around the lake. This hotel is exceptional value for money. The bed is very comfortable and the staff are very helpful.

The AC in the fitness centre wasn’t working. A shame as the gym is a good size with lots of equipment.

The service, location and size and facilities of the room

Check in time must be flexible, most of the flights are arriving early in the morning, so we should be allowed for advance check in time and not to wait until 2:00pm because we are very tired from our travel and we need to shower and clean ourselves, to eat and to rest

There is no breakfast, you are surrounded by restaurants and street food lots, 24h 7/11 opposite. Good location comfortable bed. Large comfortable room and bathroom, soundproofed, daily cleaning, bottled water daily free, toiletries, good sized balcony, good internet. Friendly helpful staff, 24h front desk and security, good view of the city. I would recommend this Hotel.

The location is excellent for Nana and the rooms are large and have good A/C units. Bathrooms have roomy showers and staff are friendly. The view from the higher floors is excellent.

Some of the rooms would benefit from a coat of varnish on the furniture and perhaps balcony's should have one or two chairs.

Evening/Nighttime receptionist was lovely and vey helpful.

Would’ve liked A supply of extra toilet paper just left in bathroom cupboard. Small table and chair outside. Lift was a little tricky sometimes. More options on the downstairs restaurant. Then I would’ve had breakfast there everyday.

The room was much larger than expected. A TV in the living room as well as the bedroom. The washing machine was an unexpected plus. Bath and a 1/2 too.

The room is getting a little worn, but nothing serious. No microwave, but we survived. I still highly recommend this place for the price.

Rooms were pretty old, paint was fading. Water pressure could be higher in the shower Cold water for washing hands in sink was really low pressure Toilet lid closes really quickly so you have to be careful or else it will slam shut loudly
