The hotel offers a delightful Thai atmosphere and helpful staff. Its proximity to Nana BTS is ideal for exploring Bangkok. Clean rooms and good amenities make it a great value for travelers.

Liked the swimming pool it's on a great part of the building and much needed to cool down and relax and could be improved to make it an even better place to be enjoyed.

The swimming pool was not very clean and sealer used to patch up the old pool tiles got on my swimming cloths and skin when I came into contact with the sides of the pool. The pool and the whole pool area including toilet and bar and the leaking roof above the steps leading to the pool area are in need of a major renovation. The pool and the whole pool area is a great asset for the guest that use it but sadly is run down.

Room wasn't clean, especially under and behind the bed. Also the king size bed is two twin beds put together and it kept moving the whole time

Very satisfied with room and facilities. We had lots of space, comfortable bed and all gadgets were working. Also, we liked the guest facilities, especially the pool table. We’ ve been playing for years so it was a nice surprise to find such a thing in a traditional Thai hotel.

I rented out Deluxe Double Room and was totally satisfied with that, no mold smell, wooden floor, clean bedsheets. Shower water is fine and you can get free water from cooler on the same floor. Did not use any other facilities, but for a one day stay it was perfect location with great value-price combo. It is not noisy at the street and you can walk to malls and restaurants and metro.

Excellent customer service, offered lots of information and we're really friendly, there were some ants in the bathroom but this wasn't a big problem, great location for access to central bangkok, only 10 min walk from BTS Nana station and very easy to get grab/bolt. Shower was slightly cold but this was great as it helped to deal with Bangkok heat. Very close to some of the wilder sides of Bangkok nightlife (Nana plaza, Soi cowboy etc.) So do your research and find somewhere else if you'd rather stay away from this. All in all was a great stay and perfect for our two days in Bangkok sightseeing. Would stay again

Good location, very quiet but still next to bar area. 7/11 and food just next.

The location is excellent. The room was larger than expected and always kept nice and clean by the cleaning staff. The Check-In staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. I did not use the restaurant facilities so I cannot comment in that respect. There is also a 7/11 store which is very close by, that you can purchase almost anything you may need to get through your stay. (Toiletries, Food, Drinks, Medical items etc etc). All in all, I had a very enjoyable time at the Royal Ivory and I would return there on my next visit.

If I had to pinpoint one thing that I think could improve, would be a coffee machine located down by the reception or restaurant area for when you wake up in the morning. But as I have mentioned earlier there is a 7/11 very close by that I used often.
