The place was extremely clean the cleaning stuff was excellent and when we arrived we had a problem with our aircon. No sooner, we mentioned it, and the maintenance guy came and fixed it straight away. In fact, as my partner is Thai, we ended up having a laugh with him. I found everybody very welcoming. Also the guys at the front the doorman they were brilliant, every time we went to get a grab they would ask us where we are going and made sure that we had got the best price as well as gave us little hints of places perhaps we could go and nothing was too much for them even when we were leaving they helped us with our luggages to put it into the vehicle I will be back there without a shadow of a doubt next time I'm back in Thailand

When we arrived there had been a little bit of a mix-up due to payment and the receptionist at the desk was a little bit of hand and sarcastic. To which my partner being Thai didn't appreciate at all. In the end, it was sorted as unfortunately my account had been hacked through booking.com, and this is what caused the problem

The place was amazing. It was near to all the main attractions & for the few people complaining about the distance from main road to the hotel, it was a 5 minutes walk on top of that they provide a shuttle service free if charge so no big deal. Pool & gym was great. 7/11 supermarket just behind the property for all your grocery needs. Cleaning staff cleans on daily basis. Massage centre (luxe massage) located 2 minutes from property where i had the best massage (descent place not dodgy) don’t forget to try the coffee & choclate croissant from the coffee shop “Zen den” at the reception area, it was amazing. overall 10/10 top tier place. Will stay here again whenever i visit in BKK.

There wasn’t anything at all tbh that i didn’t like. I was happy with everything that the property provided me with.

This is a very good place to stay in Bangkok. The room was spacious, with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, washing machine in the bathroom and a small balcony where I could smoke. All very useful. There's a restaurant and cafe/breakfast place in-house, with a courtesy tuk tuk which will take you up Soi 2 to the Ploenchit Center on Sukhumvit (and back) on demand. From there it's 300m or so to the BTS train. Out the back on Soi 4 there's a 7-Eleven and a small (but quite good) local restuarant, both close by. The location is cosmopolitan but feels safe. Whether you agree that the atmosphere of the area is fun probably depends on your tolerance of ladyboys, passing bar girls and spaced-out expats. Personally I enjoyed the whole vibe. The staff in the hotel are a pleasure to deal with; uniformly helpful and friendly. Overall, very good indeed.

I have very few criticisms. It would be helpful if the cafe remained open into the evening, and the restaurant closing from early afternoon is a real pity, especially if you've arrived to check in after 2.00pm and need somewhere convenient to eat and drink. So that seems a rather odd choice. The courtesy tuk tuk is great, but it would be super-helpful if the destination was slightly more flexible. For people like me, who can't easily walk very far, a drop off at the BTS rather than 300m away from it would be very much appreciated. But these criticisms are minor compared with the many good things about this hotel.

Exceptionally clean, very friendly staff and housekeeping was amazing! It’s tucked away a few blocks from the chaotic fun and yet, only 2 blocks to the most amazing park! Free use of Trek bikes to explore the park, full of exotic flowers, bike paths, park police who are only focused on safety for everyone. Hotel handled a delicate situation that I had with a local with tact and dignity for all. I would recommend not prepaying for breakfast, it’s about $7 USD, but kind of similar things every day, but still a deal: eggs to order, 5 hot dishes daily, salads, fruits, pastries, juice, coffee, etc…but after a day, go out and eat like a local. Rooftop pool was beyond amazing, great view, you can order poolside service and very well maintained! Overall, I’ll be back! No doubt about it! 😎

Leaving

Place is near to everything. Soi 4 is famous for its bars and pub.

Breakfast is not worth taking as there is nothing to eat except eggs. You can save your money if you don't have the breakfast. You can make it your self

Room was good, the swimming pool and the garden area was good. Good access to 7 eleven, it was very helpful.

Breakfast was almost the same everyday, could have variations. For guests staying for short trips may be ok but for longer stays it became too boring. Kitchen utensils and amenities may need to increase for eg. number of plates, a small pressure cooker. Since we were travelling with an infant we needed to prepare food for him. Some toilet seats are little too old. Rest all fine. Some guests staying opposite to our room came and confronted due to the toddlers noise, which wasn't expected, but the hotel staffs assisted and gave us a better room, which was a good gesture.

The swimming it was not that good and the facilities it looked a little old.

The location was good as described, near by supermarket and lots of pubs and restaurants around were you can access from the back of the hotel road, but I dont recommend to walk at this road if you have kids specially at night time. the hotel itself was acceptable according to the price I paid, so I should not expect perfection with the amount of money I paid. Beds and pillows were comfortable, nice swimming pool and mini jym at the top floor.

Old and overused furniture's in general, no room service after 2 pm.

Amazing location. Right near Nana Plaza, and the back exit opens to Sukhumvit Soi 4. It's a heaven for food & bar lovers and just a 1 km walk will bring to Street 11 & on to main Street Sukhumvit where the party scenes are happening. There's a big Park if ur into running and cycling and LOHAS provides you complimentary bike rides. They also provide you complimentary pick up drop daily to the main Street. The room itself is good, with a washing machine, refrigerator, cooktop and decent bed & bathroom. Quite Spacious. I enjoyed my stay, for it's functionality and super location.

The PILLARS bar where breakfast is served in morning is totally DEAD. In such a lively street, this is a dampner, and if the property develops it to a decent pub & bar or even a lively cafe, it could be amazing. As of now it's totally dead, and I didn't choose breakfast option as there are plethora of options on the street. While coming from airport or anywhere from the front side, there's tremendous traffic and u always get stuck.

Location , location , location. If you like to stay in this area this is perfect. You have the hotel at the end of Sukumvit 4 , the party street but also exit to more quiet Sukumvit 2 .and from this side the hotel offers you free shuttle to main road . The BTS is close, MBK is walkable and also other big Shopping centres . I love this area so this hotel was perfect.

Only two things if i have to say something negative. Breakfast buffet was not so good, eat outside instead or at least try once before paying for all nights , you might like it. And second thing was that they closed down the top floor at 10pm wich was sad but also a little understandable.
