Everything was nice Location, cleaning, apartment size and I want to thanks Ms, Fatu in reception cos she was very helpful and kindly lady.

Little noise in the back side of apartment.

We booked a two bedroom apartment, one room with double bed for my parents and another room with two single beds for my brother and myself. The master bedroom had an ensuite bathroom and there was another bathroom outside. The living room is spacious with a reasonably sized kitchen. There is a washing machine and the balcony is large to air dry the clothes. There are plenty of activities at walking distance, including some really good coffee shops, Central Embassy and some rooftop bars. We walked to the Phloen Chit BTS station during our stay to reach other parts of the city. Terminal 21 is a bit further away, but the walk there is lively. Staff was quite helpful and flexible with our payment options.

Everything was perfect for our stay and there isn't anything to complain about for our trip. I would not hesitate to stay here again, especially with a larger group where you want privacy for the night, but still have a private common living area to socialize within the group. The stretch between the hotel and Terminal 21 is a bit sleazy compared to other parts of Bangkok, but it can be ignored and you can say the same for the JW Marriott next door. The TV in our room was a bit older, no internet options or Bluetooth connection to our personal devices and only had basic channels, but didn't really matter for us. As with all hotels in Bangkok, you need to log in with username & password to the WiFi from time to time.

The stay at Shama Hotel Apartments was excellent. The apartments are clean and luxurious. The hotel is close to almost everything: Arabic restaurants, shopping malls, and hospitals. The daily cleaning and arranging of the rooms is excellent. The reception staff do a great job in providing comfort for the residents and meeting all their needs. Here I would like to thank Ms. Fatima and Brother Max for their professionalism in dealing with the residents, answering all their inquiries, and making their stay as comfortable as possible. This apartment is in between 2 soi with different vibes; Soi 2 is the quiet peaceful while Soi 4 is the busy and full of activity till late. Within walking distance to either Phloen Chit or Nana BTS so accessibility is fine

The apartment is clean & huge but pretty dated with some faulty appliances within the apartment eg. Faulty dryer and leaking kettle for unit 1503 etc. The pillows are way too soft and the tv is also way too small for such a huge apartment. It should be upgraded to bigger smart tv as the cable channels are too limited. The breakfast option are also too limited although we do love the creativity of the latte art of the cafe. The rooftop pool lighting can be improved as it's too dark at night

The local area was bustling with lots of things to do. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The Cafe on site had some delicious food! Room was clean, we loved our stay!

Nothing really worth mentioning. The road (Nana strip) is obviously quite busy and has a lot of nightlife, but we knew that before we booked.

The location is amazing. It is right on Nana Plaza, closed to bars, clubs, shopping and resturant. The back door of the hotel has straight access to Nana Plaza. The facility is specious and well equipped. It has everything you need. Will definately stay their next time as well

some of locations room infront of the nightclub we cannot sleep at night and then we order to change our room and they chage it to other side , need to renew the Furniture .

I have stayed in Shama Sukhumvit every year ever they opened. What made me chose this hotel, was the fact that the appartments have bolconies and thus you can open the door and window and do not have to use thr aircon to get fresh air. The appartments are large with all the amenities needed and staff are very friendly and helpful.

The appartments facing soi 4 always were loud because of the countless bars with extremely loud music and prostitutes. Now it seems to me its even extremely noisier and and, even with earplugs, it is not easy to sleep. I always could avoid this by chosing an appartment on the other side of the hotel, but now there is also loud noise from a construction site plus this building takes away free view. Under the given circumstances, for which Shama is not to blame, I doubt of returning.

Excellent hotel with great location and facilities. Comfortable and big size rooms with living room and balcony. Good Breakfast . Nice swimming pool but water temperature can be controlled as it was a bit cold. Special thanks for the great reception staff for their support and hospitality during my staff (Mint and Jannie)

Very impressed with Jen your met and greet girl at Reception,nothing was too much trouble, went above and beyond what was expected, Also a nice breakfast Cafe with very good food. Lastly a very cheerful Cleaner that kept the room in tiptop condition.
