Nice pool area and great breakfast.

2AM being woken up by another guest and a local sex worker arguing over money. Not hotels fault.

Location is great, 5 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Nana but quiet enough for a peaceful night. Spotlessly clean and modern.

The hotel has a cannabis shop and guests smoke it outside so it can smell of it.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the TV offered a variety of english chanels and sport, the wifi was very strong,the restaurant offered excellent meals, then hotel is not far from the Skytrain station. The view in the pool area at knight is awesome.

The hotel is close to everything, but at the same time, it is in a calm, silent place. It is close to the main street, close to bus stops and train stations. That's great. The break fast is very good! Complete and you can eat as much as you like. The people at the hotel are very friendly. They help whenever they are asked. The hotel is clean and organized.

Only one thing I dislike, right at the end. A pillow and a towel were stained by face foundation and hair cream. Nothing serious, something that could be removed in a simple wash. But when checking out this was considered damage. I was quite surprised. It even looked like that scene from the movie "Les Miserables", where the guy at the boarding house charges for some absurd things, which he put in very small print in the contract. But anyway, it was just something that clashed with all my good experience at the hotel.

the central location, only a stone's throw away from the skytrain station - the fact that the location is quiet despite being in a very central location of Bangkok, close to the nightlife and well connected by public transport - the rich breakfast buffet - lot of eating options in the surroundings - nice skyline view from hotel pool - the offer to bring me to the skytrain station by golf cart upon departure, really appreciated this service as it was pretty hot that day and walking with my suitcase would have been a sweaty affair

- the additional charge they are asking for for checking in a bit earlier, only 1.5 hours before official check-in

Breakfast was great, diverse, and plentiful. Would highly recommend! 10/10

Had an incident on the 3rd night where someone was trying to get into my room. The deadbolt was on and they didn’t succeed, but definitely a jarring experience. I did not see the perpetrator. My wife and I went back to bed. Told the front desk that morning and was told another guest had requested a key, giving them the wrong room number. A seemingly innocent mistake, but I never asked why they were given a key in the first place if they weren’t listed on the room? No harm, no foul

We were more than happy with Hotel Icon. Everything was perfect for us. The staff were amazing and very friendly. Very quiet location, lovely pool, great breakfast, room was spotless and bright. Quick check in and out. They stored some of our luggage for a week until we returned to the hotel. The tour operator in the lobby arranged car transportation for some of our travels. Clean high-end cars! We would absolutely recommend Hotel Icon. We will definitely stay again next year. Thanks to everyone at the hotel. 🙏 Bill and Jane. Canada.

We liked everything.

Very clean rooms comfy bed good quality sheets helpful staff. Youtube on Tv. Large modern rooms. Convenient for Phloen Chit BRT.. we ate breakfast at the street vendor across the street and it was good.

Pool area needs a little attention, clean the glass around pool would take this up a level, some of the pool edging and decking needs repairing near the frangipane tree.

Great spot for the property and staff were very very helpful, really liked the room and shower. Bed was quite good for Thailand. Free tuk tuk up to the street if you want, but I enjoyed the walk not far anyway.

I thought the pool was a bit small and when I went up a couple of times it was quite full with people and not all that inviting to me. The pool (somewhat small is size) itself was fine, but the 12 men sitting in it did not feel inviting to me and my partner, but that's me. I am sure as solo traveler it was probably fun.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was big and very clean - especially the bathroom, it was quiet and in a good location for visiting the sights of Bangkok. We loved the rooftop pool at sunset - it had a nice atmosphere. We also liked that the rooms were modern and bright.

One small thing is that the pool could have been a bit cleaner - marks on the waterline and the glass that affected the view, but that's really minor!
