The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the TV offered a variety of english chanels and sport, the wifi was very strong,the restaurant offered excellent meals, then hotel is not far from the Skytrain station. The view in the pool area at knight is awesome.

The hotel is close to everything, but at the same time, it is in a calm, silent place. It is close to the main street, close to bus stops and train stations. That's great. The break fast is very good! Complete and you can eat as much as you like. The people at the hotel are very friendly. They help whenever they are asked. The hotel is clean and organized.

Only one thing I dislike, right at the end. A pillow and a towel were stained by face foundation and hair cream. Nothing serious, something that could be removed in a simple wash. But when checking out this was considered damage. I was quite surprised. It even looked like that scene from the movie "Les Miserables", where the guy at the boarding house charges for some absurd things, which he put in very small print in the contract. But anyway, it was just something that clashed with all my good experience at the hotel.

Breakfast was great, diverse, and plentiful. Would highly recommend! 10/10

Had an incident on the 3rd night where someone was trying to get into my room. The deadbolt was on and they didn’t succeed, but definitely a jarring experience. I did not see the perpetrator. My wife and I went back to bed. Told the front desk that morning and was told another guest had requested a key, giving them the wrong room number. A seemingly innocent mistake, but I never asked why they were given a key in the first place if they weren’t listed on the room? No harm, no foul

We were more than happy with Hotel Icon. Everything was perfect for us. The staff were amazing and very friendly. Very quiet location, lovely pool, great breakfast, room was spotless and bright. Quick check in and out. They stored some of our luggage for a week until we returned to the hotel. The tour operator in the lobby arranged car transportation for some of our travels. Clean high-end cars! We would absolutely recommend Hotel Icon. We will definitely stay again next year. Thanks to everyone at the hotel. 🙏 Bill and Jane. Canada.

Great spot for the property and staff were very very helpful, really liked the room and shower. Bed was quite good for Thailand. Free tuk tuk up to the street if you want, but I enjoyed the walk not far anyway.

I thought the pool was a bit small and when I went up a couple of times it was quite full with people and not all that inviting to me. The pool (somewhat small is size) itself was fine, but the 12 men sitting in it did not feel inviting to me and my partner, but that's me. I am sure as solo traveler it was probably fun.

My trip started in Bangkok and I really enjoyed my time at the Icon hotel! The rooms were spacious and the shower area was so light and aesthetically pleasing. I had to work during my trip – the Wi-Fi was good enough for Zoom calls. I also enjoyed the pool area, even though it was small. Usually, I would go there in the early morning (8-9am) or late evening, when nobody else was there. The location is also great - there are several 7-Eleven stores nearby and a big market, as well as several coffee shops like Starbucks. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The only thing was breakfast - it was decent, but not very varied from day to day. It was enough to start your day, but after five days, I went to another cafe just because I wanted to eat something different. However, once again, it was good.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was big and very clean - especially the bathroom, it was quiet and in a good location for visiting the sights of Bangkok. We loved the rooftop pool at sunset - it had a nice atmosphere. We also liked that the rooms were modern and bright.

One small thing is that the pool could have been a bit cleaner - marks on the waterline and the glass that affected the view, but that's really minor!

As the hotel is a side road of the main Sukhumvit Road so it is a rare Hotel in Bangkok where you cannot hear the noise of the traffic all night. From the other side as it is about 500 m from the main road so if you want a restaurant or just to buy food or beer in 7/eleven you have to walk this distance. As this area is mostly for discothekes, bars and massage so if you want to go shopping you have to walk 2 km till CentralOne warehouse or take the Nana metro station for 2 stops till Chit Lom station. Breakfest is worth for this cheap price.

Not too many sun beds around the swimming pool. If come late you dont find any. Also just 3 sun umbrellas for 10 beds :(

Location is great all major hotels are next to the hotel and the restaurants. It was very convenient as I was there was for a one night so easy movement walking to the restaurants and shopping areas. Breakfast had halal options which was very good.

Pool was small compared to online photos and too much weed smell next to it as everyone smokes it. Cleaning staff started cleaning the hall at 7 am which was a bit annoying.

Loved the staff, loved the cleanliness and vibe of the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and even joked around which really was pleasnt experience. They made up for any shortcomings of the hotel itself that I might have noticed.

The rooms were a little bit hotter than I am used to, I'm not sure whether they lower the temperatures of central cooling for the nights or not but it did seem to be a bit warmer than I wanted.
