Room was just right for a group of dad and 2 daughters. Easy availability of shuttle down to main road/railway station was good. Minded bags between stay of 2 nights and later stay of one night with several days in between. Pool deck was pleasant at sunset. Well-priced airpost shuttle through Booking.com. Lovely staff.

Its in a district with sports bars - okder ,men and younger women - not the worst by any means but because its somewhat off the main road and the shuttle gets you to the corner it's not as affected by the district as it might otherwise be.

Hot water ran out after one 10 minute shower on the first night. The on-site technician was sent to the room within minutes after reporting the issue to the receptionist Complimentary tuk tuk on 24-hour demand to and from the hotel and main road which is only a short 10 minute walk

Towels not changed and toiletries not provided on a few nights but receptionist staff fixed the issues quite quickly.

It's a good location. Their tuk tuk is at the guest disposal and that often comes very handy. Besides that, it has a well equipped gym. The swimming pool is small but overall it's good value for money. The staff is friendly.

I would have appreciated a more thorough daily cleaning.

This apartment building is a fabulous place to stay in Bangkok! The location is minutes from the sky train Nana station. Our studio had a wall window, ceiling to floor window offering lots of natural light. The studio is roomy and had everything we needed for sleeping comfortably and quietly. The kitchen surpassed our expections. It had everything we needed to cook full meals. Everything in the unit worked perfectly. The pictures are true to what the unit looks like. Everything is well maintained and our unit is cleaned every day if you choose. The perks include, a pool on the roof, washing machines and dryers (2) sets. Well-equipped gym. A tuk tuk that takes you for free to the Nana station at our request. There is a restaurant and bar on property. The front desk is always staffed with very friendly and efficient staff. There is a free water dispenser on top floor, free coffee machine and infused cool drinks in lobby. We have stayed here three times and every time we are more impressed with how well Citadines staff run this building.

Muk: The lady at front desk at Citadines. She did an exceptional job. She was very helpful and courteous. The kitchen in the room was very useful.

Booking.com and the Hotel gave an option to upgrade to a room with “a landmark” view for a few thousand Baht extra. The only view i had was the parking lot next door. Very deceptive and disappointing.

Large clean room, good shower, quality bedding.

Would have been better if there was room around the pool to have sunbeds. It is really only a plunge pool , also dislike having the sink separate from the bathroom, it's actually in the living area.

7-11 nearby which is handy to get essentials. The Thai style breakfast was delicious with a mixture of continental and local flavours.

It's a fair distance to walk up to Nana Station.

We had a fantastic stay! The studio room was roomy. Plenty of storage. BED COMFY. Room cleaning on a daily basis, if you desire. Water hot, pressure great. Everything worked perfectly. Kitchen well equipped to cook full meals. Staff is amazing! Free coffee and infused water in the lobby. Well- equipped gym. Pool is lovely for a refreshing dip. Towels provided in pool area. Great view of the city. Room had a big closet. One wall is all windows with lots of natural light. The wndows have double curtains for dark sleep. Very quiet area. Slept so well. Service great. 24/7 quick response. Very professional well run building.We enjoyed our stay so much we extended and we will return.

This place is run by a fabulous management team and amazing staff. We stayed in a studio and it was the perfect size for two people. Our place was impeccably clean and cleaned every day if we wanted. Our kitchen area had everything we needed to cook full meals including an electric stove, microwave, pots, pans, plates and cutlery. Plenty of storage cabinets, closet for clothes and luggage, hair dryer, iron and iron board. Roof has a lovely pool for a cool dip. An entire wall of the studio is windows. Lots of natural light. Super comfy bed and shower. Washing machine area is a plus. Lobby always has free coffee and cold infused water. We could not be happier with our stay and we plan to return.
