Room was just right for a group of dad and 2 daughters. Easy availability of shuttle down to main road/railway station was good. Minded bags between stay of 2 nights and later stay of one night with several days in between. Pool deck was pleasant at sunset. Well-priced airpost shuttle through Booking.com. Lovely staff.

Its in a district with sports bars - okder ,men and younger women - not the worst by any means but because its somewhat off the main road and the shuttle gets you to the corner it's not as affected by the district as it might otherwise be.

Hot water ran out after one 10 minute shower on the first night. The on-site technician was sent to the room within minutes after reporting the issue to the receptionist Complimentary tuk tuk on 24-hour demand to and from the hotel and main road which is only a short 10 minute walk

Towels not changed and toiletries not provided on a few nights but receptionist staff fixed the issues quite quickly.

It’s location within walking distance to BTS Nana is the reason we selected this accommodation. In addition we used the self service launderette on the 7th floor. We changed room on 2nd day to the room configuration we booked for. The room had s clean, sufficient amenities in the kitchen, scattering kg mirrors in the toilet, bathroom, corridor made it easy when we are all preparing to go out. Comfortable for longer term stay as we had 2 bedroom apartment : one room double bed, the other 2 single beds. Our apartment is adjacent to a small hotel walled up garden is a bonus. The staff are friendly too.

We did not find anything we did not like

The Staff were all very nice. The gym was good has what you need. It was a quiet hotel. Good restaurants and bars on same soi. The bed was comfortable.

It’s a good walk to main road Sukhumvit but since I walk all day it didn’t bother me too much. It might bother some people. The hotel has a Tuk Tuk to talk you to almost the top of Soi 8. Every time I took it I was dropped off around the Monsoon restaurant. The coffee at breakfast was a little off. Maybe too weak or something,not much flavor. I drink it black so it was noticeable to me. A 7/11 is close by and coffee is pretty cheap so not a big deal.

We love Citadines! We have stayed four different times and each time we return we feel we have come home. The staff, including the reception, room attendants and driver are amazing! The room is top notch. We stayed in the studio and there is so much room for two people. Everything worked in our room perfectly. We had lots of natural light from the huge wall window. The free infused waters and coffee are lovely. The pool is nice to soak. The fitness room is well equipped. The free water system is wonderful! We highly recommend staying here.

The only recommendation is that the laundry is expensive for one load. Around $7.00. But it is nice to have machines to use. And this charge does not keep us from coming back again. Our comment is just a suggestion. Thank you!

Date of stay Aug 2025. Studio Executive. Two adults and a child. Let me start with the unusual part. The concept is something like a hotel room but with a well equiped small kitchen. Surprising even dish washing detergent and sponge provided. Not to mention chopping board, pots and such to fix simple meals. Comes in handy when you had enough of restaurant food. There are already two 7 Elevant situated very near to the hotel within few minutes of walking distance. Laundry and dryer: need to purchase token. Each run needs a token of 120 Bath. Comes with a RO water dispenser free for hotel guests to refill at the 7th floor where the laundrette, gym and pool are also situated. Otherwise, excellent room. Clean and neat with things to organise your travel stuffs. Room size slightly small when you have multiple large luggages that take up space. Kids stay for free when no extra bed requested. But with large luggages and an extra bed would anyway be too small to have a neat stay. Last but not least, friendly front office personell and very good location. Nice kitchen that serves dinner and breakfast, though we did not dine from it. I would gladly pick Citadine Sukhumvit 8 for my next stay again.

It's a good location. Their tuk tuk is at the guest disposal and that often comes very handy. Besides that, it has a well equipped gym. The swimming pool is small but overall it's good value for money. The staff is friendly.

I would have appreciated a more thorough daily cleaning.

This apartment building is a fabulous place to stay in Bangkok! The location is minutes from the sky train Nana station. Our studio had a wall window, ceiling to floor window offering lots of natural light. The studio is roomy and had everything we needed for sleeping comfortably and quietly. The kitchen surpassed our expections. It had everything we needed to cook full meals. Everything in the unit worked perfectly. The pictures are true to what the unit looks like. Everything is well maintained and our unit is cleaned every day if you choose. The perks include, a pool on the roof, washing machines and dryers (2) sets. Well-equipped gym. A tuk tuk that takes you for free to the Nana station at our request. There is a restaurant and bar on property. The front desk is always staffed with very friendly and efficient staff. There is a free water dispenser on top floor, free coffee machine and infused cool drinks in lobby. We have stayed here three times and every time we are more impressed with how well Citadines staff run this building.
