Breakfast was incredible!

Breakfast had nice variety, the pool was very nice and temperature was good. Staff were friendly.

Overpriced, the front desk was not always helpfull. We once asked for a tuktuk to pick us up and the front desk did not send them, after being questioned he said the telephones were not good which was odd. The gym is very small for and lack of machines. There were some bugs in our room and the bathtub had cracks in it. The room service would not clean the bedsheets and even on the day of arrival there were multiple stains on sheet and pillow which was not pleasant. The bathrobe was torn. This overall gave the impression that there were alot of missed opportunities to be worth the amount of money we spend and quality we were expecting of a 4 star hotel.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the hotel prioritizes comfort and quality. The room I stayed in was immaculately clean and well-equipped – everything I needed was readily available and convenient. Beyond that, the staff was simply outstanding. They greeted me with a warm smile and were always happy to assist with any request. I truly felt welcomed and cared for. The hotel's location was excellent – it was easy to get to the main areas of the city. Another significant advantage was the free shuttle service to the train station, which saved me a lot of time and effort. But the highlight for me was the fact that the hotel is exceptionally pet-friendly. The entire staff, without exception, were super friendly to our dog. They welcomed him with joy, took care of him, and made our stay particularly pleasant. This is definitely not taken for granted and made us feel right at home. In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok, especially if you are traveling with your pet. The combination of clean and well-equipped rooms, a friendly and attentive staff, a good location, and excellent services makes the stay a fantastic experience. I would definitely be happy to return in the future!

Everything was perfect, but there are no balconies in the rooms

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained—cleanliness clearly a top priority. The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and welcoming—always eager to assist and make us feel truly valued. The overall atmosphere was delightful, and every interaction left a positive impression. The hotel’s location was fantastic—very convenient, central, and close to everything we needed. It made exploring nearby attractions so easy. it was a perfect experience in every way. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future!

Great location, deep in the heart of downtown Bangkok, but far enough away to be in a quiet, beautiful, relaxed hotel setting. Loved the outdoor pool and the lush gardens surrounding it. Made it seem like we were vacationing in a small, tropical town instead of Bangkok. Staff were super friendly and helpful, this place is truly a diamond in the Bangkok rough.

Construction was going on from connection road to Sukhumvit (main road for Bangkok). It was nice of the hotel to provide shuttle service all day and evening back and forth, but the construction meant the shuttle could only drive us half the way.

Sora is super close to Sukhumvit Road, Soi 11, Soi Cowboy, Nana Plaza and all the great nightlife of Bangkok. However it is comfortably remote from all the noise. A tuk tuk takes hotel guests to the main street of Sukhumvit for free 24/7. The rooms are large, cosy and beautifully decorated. The swimming pool is large and really pretty. It is surrounded by a lush garden, with loungers and sun beds. Breakfast is varied enough and tasty. All in all our stay at Sora was amazing, we will gladly return whenever we have a chance.

The staff were very accommodating as they did not initially have two twin beds as requested. They found a solution and were very helpful. The breakfast is simple: bread, fruit, yoghurt, cereal in individual boxes, eggs cooked ot order, asian breakfast, good coffee, tea, juice. The setting is very restful at the end of Soi 12. The shuttle uggy is very helpful and responsive to run us to Sukhumvit, the main road. It is fine to walk, just easier quicker in the buggy. The pool area is peaceful and green - very restful.

Maybe wider range of breads/pastries - not a major issue.

I was looking for somewhere for a couple of nights stay as a layover. I did not want to feel like I was trapped in the city. Aspira 12th Avenue Asoke was this - green grass, trees and shade by the pool (and a good size pool). Centrally located, easy to get around on public transport and a short distance from the main road. Reception staff were super helpful and were able to help me with any request I had.

The barman who was on afternoons/night: it seemed everything was a hassle. No, I couldn't order ANY tea because they turned the urns off (didn't give me a tea bag so I could enjoy it in my room). No, I couldn't order the cocktail I wanted listed in the menu, only a 'classic cocktail'.

I have absolutely nothing to complain about this hotel, it was perfect for me. Located nearby Asok BTS, the hotel is modern, the staff is super friendly and helpful, from the reception to breakfast, the room was very spacious and had everything I wished for, bathroom also, the air condition worked well, there was free water and coffee (also 24h available on the ground floor) and it had a nice pool but I didn't use it. The breakfast which was 200 THB was worth it and had several options and freshly cooked eggs as you want them. There was also a free shuttle service with a golf cart to bring you to the main Street at the BTS station, otherwise you could walk around 500 meter. Nice modern coffee place around the corner too. Wifi was also fast and reliable. Would recommend and visit again when I want to stay in Sukhumvit area.

Breakfast was great, but instead of a very large salad selection I would have liked to see some Thai rice soup (Khao Tom), but this is just a wish, not a complaint. Nothing else - this hotel was my best choice on this Thailand travel!

The staff is made of amazing people, respectful, friendly, smiling and relaxed all the time, willing to have a chat and ready to give suggestions on everything about the city. There's a comfortable golf car to take customers forth and back from the hotel up to almost the beginning of Soi 12, the drivers are really nice guys and the service is efficient. Location is strategic, not too far from anything, walking distance from the park, Asok, Nana, but at the same time the neighborhood is safe and quiet, different residential buildings nearby, everything is reachable within 15 min walking distance. The breakfast offers a wide variety of thai and continental food, plus a dedicated area for specially prepared eggs on request, tables indoor and outdoor. The pool and the garden is a quiet fresh place thanks to the many trees planted there, there's no noise from the trafficated main road. My room with view towards the park was amazing, big, clean, well illuminated but at the same time the curtains gives the necessary darkness to sleep even during daylight. Huge bathroom and spacious shower with another window facing the park as well, fantastic! King size bed extremely comfortable! Kitchen with courtesy water replenished daily if necessary, furniture not used by me but seemed to be well maintained. Overall a relaxed and pleasant stay!

Bathroom towels are a bit old, at least some of them, with few holes and staines, I would suggested to get rid of them and have only the brand new available.
