Breakfast had nice variety, the pool was very nice and temperature was good. Staff were friendly.

Overpriced, the front desk was not always helpfull. We once asked for a tuktuk to pick us up and the front desk did not send them, after being questioned he said the telephones were not good which was odd. The gym is very small for and lack of machines. There were some bugs in our room and the bathtub had cracks in it. The room service would not clean the bedsheets and even on the day of arrival there were multiple stains on sheet and pillow which was not pleasant. The bathrobe was torn. This overall gave the impression that there were alot of missed opportunities to be worth the amount of money we spend and quality we were expecting of a 4 star hotel.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the hotel prioritizes comfort and quality. The room I stayed in was immaculately clean and well-equipped – everything I needed was readily available and convenient. Beyond that, the staff was simply outstanding. They greeted me with a warm smile and were always happy to assist with any request. I truly felt welcomed and cared for. The hotel's location was excellent – it was easy to get to the main areas of the city. Another significant advantage was the free shuttle service to the train station, which saved me a lot of time and effort. But the highlight for me was the fact that the hotel is exceptionally pet-friendly. The entire staff, without exception, were super friendly to our dog. They welcomed him with joy, took care of him, and made our stay particularly pleasant. This is definitely not taken for granted and made us feel right at home. In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok, especially if you are traveling with your pet. The combination of clean and well-equipped rooms, a friendly and attentive staff, a good location, and excellent services makes the stay a fantastic experience. I would definitely be happy to return in the future!

Everything was perfect, but there are no balconies in the rooms

I was looking for somewhere for a couple of nights stay as a layover. I did not want to feel like I was trapped in the city. Aspira 12th Avenue Asoke was this - green grass, trees and shade by the pool (and a good size pool). Centrally located, easy to get around on public transport and a short distance from the main road. Reception staff were super helpful and were able to help me with any request I had.

The barman who was on afternoons/night: it seemed everything was a hassle. No, I couldn't order ANY tea because they turned the urns off (didn't give me a tea bag so I could enjoy it in my room). No, I couldn't order the cocktail I wanted listed in the menu, only a 'classic cocktail'.

I have absolutely nothing to complain about this hotel, it was perfect for me. Located nearby Asok BTS, the hotel is modern, the staff is super friendly and helpful, from the reception to breakfast, the room was very spacious and had everything I wished for, bathroom also, the air condition worked well, there was free water and coffee (also 24h available on the ground floor) and it had a nice pool but I didn't use it. The breakfast which was 200 THB was worth it and had several options and freshly cooked eggs as you want them. There was also a free shuttle service with a golf cart to bring you to the main Street at the BTS station, otherwise you could walk around 500 meter. Nice modern coffee place around the corner too. Wifi was also fast and reliable. Would recommend and visit again when I want to stay in Sukhumvit area.

Breakfast was great, but instead of a very large salad selection I would have liked to see some Thai rice soup (Khao Tom), but this is just a wish, not a complaint. Nothing else - this hotel was my best choice on this Thailand travel!

The staff is made of amazing people, respectful, friendly, smiling and relaxed all the time, willing to have a chat and ready to give suggestions on everything about the city. There's a comfortable golf car to take customers forth and back from the hotel up to almost the beginning of Soi 12, the drivers are really nice guys and the service is efficient. Location is strategic, not too far from anything, walking distance from the park, Asok, Nana, but at the same time the neighborhood is safe and quiet, different residential buildings nearby, everything is reachable within 15 min walking distance. The breakfast offers a wide variety of thai and continental food, plus a dedicated area for specially prepared eggs on request, tables indoor and outdoor. The pool and the garden is a quiet fresh place thanks to the many trees planted there, there's no noise from the trafficated main road. My room with view towards the park was amazing, big, clean, well illuminated but at the same time the curtains gives the necessary darkness to sleep even during daylight. Huge bathroom and spacious shower with another window facing the park as well, fantastic! King size bed extremely comfortable! Kitchen with courtesy water replenished daily if necessary, furniture not used by me but seemed to be well maintained. Overall a relaxed and pleasant stay!

Bathroom towels are a bit old, at least some of them, with few holes and staines, I would suggested to get rid of them and have only the brand new available.

The room that we had was lovely and worth the extra for a suite... given that it was still a really reasonable rate. The garden area is lovely, and there's a golf cart that takes you to Sukhumvit (literally just up/down soi 12) most of the day on request. KoreanTown is nearby with good food, and Terminal 21 is handy too. Both Nana and Asok BTS stations are nearby too. There's also a really lovely little restaurant (called Doi Soi 12) just 150m away from the hotel... highly recommended!

The only negative I can think of is that I got bitten to bits on the first evening out in the lovely garden area - I mean REALLY bitten! I guess there's nothing really that the hotel can do about this, but it kinda spoiled the rest of my time there as I was very reticient to spend much time back in the garden/pool area.

Loved the quiet location and viacinity to Sukhumvit Rd, Asoke BTS rail, Terminal 21 shopping and dining. Staff were fantastic abs took care of our needs, arranged taxis to airport, floating market and train market. The shuttle buggy to the top of 12th Avenue was a huge bonus, use the Aspira hotel app to send request for buggy to pick you up was a huge bonus. Room was awesome, well appointed. We had an upgrade to a single bed suite with lounge, dining table and small kitchenette. 2 x TV and a full bath with shower. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of healthy options. Restaurant at night was great with a nice selection of meals to meet most needs. The pool is stunning, set in a beautiful garden with lots of shade from trees, poolside bar with lots of deals. Pool was so refreshing and easily accessible from the ground floor.

The bed was too firm and quite uncomfortable for our backs, bonus feather pillows were very nice. Breakfast could have had more western style foods as it was heavily weighted towards Asian buffet style. Curries , rice and noodles aren't most western peoples choice for brekkie.

The location is great, quiet but close to the main road, with shops, malls and restaurants. Better to walk in this area, since traffic is crazy. The pool and garden are great, and especially the pet garden. Our dog could play off leash which is ideal for a pet owner. Staff was nice and helpful, especially the golf cart guy! Breakfast surpassed our expectations; a buffet with several options, and coffee was good.

The room was a bit small, it smelled "old" and stuffy, and some of the furniture was very worn off. The Wi-Fi didn't seem to work, so we just shut it off. The AC is quite noisy, and I had to use earplugs to sleep, but the room itself was quiet. The carpet was stained, and cleaning overall could be better, but the bathroom was well cleaned.

Everything was smooth and we had a fantastic 6 days in to a upgraded room! 2 Lady’s in holiday lucky we 🙏we got from Wanne the lovely manager a nice wooden floor room with 2 twin bed as I told her I m allergic to carpet she made sure to change ne the room on the sane day of arrival… The staff makes tou feel at home. I ll be back for sure Ka Punka 🙏🌈

Loved our stay here. Awesome staff. Nice pool area, central location, clean. It was a little oasis in a bustling mega city.

There was a stale smell in the hallway and our rooms of perhaps cleaning fluids or old carpeting (though we got used to them) and you could see some wear and tear on appliances, walls, etc. nevertheless, positive totally outweigh negatives. I’d come back. Oh yes, I wish the bar were open longer… it closes around 6pm I believe.
