Well it wasn't plannend to stay here. Booked another place first. The other one was way cheaper but not acceptable at all. In the evening and after a long day of traveling I arrived at this place. Still not dressed to check in at a beautiful hotel like this. I mean I am heavily tattooed and travel still like a backpacker even if I am able to spend a bit more. Just hoping for a clean room and a nice bed I never expected what I have seen as soon as I entered. A lovely lobby including a bar. First they asked me to take a seat and I got offered a fresh coconut. When I got my room it was almost as big as my flat back home in Germany. The room was huge. A nice and huge bed. A desk, big enough to work (if you have to), a small toilet bit next to it - a huge rain shower plus a Jacuzzi. A separated dressing room. Didn't even made it to the pool because I was mostly in Bangkok to visit some old friends who I met more than 10 years ago. This place is absolutely amazing.

Not even worth a sentence in general, but the only tiny thing I can maybe say is that underneath the bathroom sink the wooden floor looked a bit moldy/wet. Not sure maybe one of the pipes was broken.

nice boutique hotel with great interior décor making it unique and great option to bigger chains hotels. Location is very good, rooms large, although the bathroom is the same size as the bedroom which is maybe a bit overkill, nice wardrobe, lovely breakfast served when you want. Staff very helpful and attentive. Overall very good and would stay again, if you wanted more facilities then a bigger chain would be the option, but this is the opposite, small, boutique, different and personal.

Beds slightly hard for me, and next door is currently an on-going constriction project so a noisy after 9am.

The room is very big and very bright, a lot of light from the big window. Ovrrall a very comfortable roo ! It is very well equipped with a very good TV set and collection of TV programs and movies (netflix...) including a Bose sound system. There is also an expresso machine with capsules, for free. A very good price for value . Location us also very good as it is in the centrr and walking distance from both underground and sky train.

Not much to comment. It is obvious the room , and hotel, is a bit aged but rahjer well maintained. At least the room i got. It is a bit strange that the lobby opens on the bar and not on the check in counter. But that's not a real issue.

Comfortable beds and very accommodating staff.

Excellent location. Friendly, helpful staff. Front desk staff were helpful with sights to see and things to do. Organised taxi’s and transport. I was in an upgraded room which was spacious, walk in robe, and a spa, comfortable bed. Helpful and friendly manager too. Highly recommended for tourists.

Was happy with the food but maybe a few more breakfast options.

The quiet elegance, the deluxe room layout with an inner wardrobe room for luggage storage too, the big jaccuzi bath tub, the extra large bed, the friendly staff, the convenient location and the good breakfast set.

I didn’t like the pint-sized toiletries. Shower gel, shampoo & conditioner and body lotion come in 30ml bottles, not even 100ml !! More like sample size. So these are used up quickly daily. I would think it would be more environment friendly with bigger bottles as many small bottles are being thrown away.

beautiful room, great location, comfortable huge bed, great breakfast that can be consumed between 06:00 and 13:00!

One lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. She had no reason to be rude. it was pretty shocking

Room was massive, fantastic value, wonderful coffee bar in lobby.

Toilet was broken upon arrival. It was partially fixed when I let staff know, but never worked correctly. Toilet paper never replenished (ran out). Was promised early check out when arrival, but it was not communicated to other staff, who asked me if I could leave at standard time. Never any offer of assistance with my bags.

The hotel is in a good position, clean and tidy. the staff is very friendly. Drinks in the bar in the room are free (water, sprite, coca cola, tea and coffe). Breakfast is delicious and you can have breakfast until 1 PM. The rooms are spacious and Air conditioner works great.

if you should mention something that could be improved, then for breakfast you should be allowed to choose dishes without restrictions, because when you stand for several days, breakfast becomes a bit boring. Otherwise, the waiters are super friendly, so they go out of their way to meet guests and requests
