Newly refurbished building, great location, only 5 minutes walking to Asok BTS station and conveniently tucked away from the Sukhumvit fuzz, spotlessly clean, extremely safe, very kind staff at the counter, stable WiFi connection, comfortable (but not XXL) french size bed.

External soundproofing needs improvement. You will need to wear ear plugs due to the non stop traffic on the motorway. A few minor details, such as placing a plastic glass near the bathroom sink and one more chair in the living room.

Location. On a quiet street but at a stone’s throw from Sukhumvit and Asok stations. Excellent staff and management- they promptly took care of any minor issues we highlighted. Good attention to detail. The apartments are fully equipped for both business and leisure travellers. Good breakfast. Freshly cooked and different items each day. Very thoughtful of the management to extend Diwali wishes to us along with a box of sweets!

Only point was the small size of the window. A tiny balcony was there but occupied by the AC unit.

This is my second stay. The staffs were very good and very helpful. Special mention of fornt desk staffs Feem, Yam and Praew who went out of their way to help me with a problem I had. All three were Very understanding and kind. The HQ call to check with me too were very professional and kind. Cleaning staffs were always on time like clock work and left my room fresh everytime I went out and returned. Because I returned, they let me check in early and check out late (of course, this depends on the room availability) This is more in line with serviced apartment type of rooms and its perfect for those who want to chill in BKK and also work remotely. Perfect chair and desk for doing that. Rooms are adequate and clean.

Gym needs more weights in pairs. But its not a deal breaker for me.

This hotel is located near to Sukhumvit road which is the central tourist area for shopping / foods / getting around / skyway. furthermore, there is easy access to Queen Sirikit convention center, which takes aproximately 25 minutes by walk. I stayed in the room with the kitchen, since I wanted to cook my own food during my stay. kitchen is working, there are pans, tools for cooking, pots and cups as well. there is ans electric inducer, as well as a mini oven.

the razor, toothbrush and cotton buds should be taken from the front desk. these materials must be available in the room. This is the standard, and it should be followed. I asked for the invoice, but the facility says I need to get the invoice from booking.com, not from them.

phenomenal service, incredibly nice staff who are always ready to help and always very welcoming. the room is very clean and cleaning is done every day. no unpleasant smells from the air conditioner, which is very common, at the end of my stay after 10 pm I noticed that the air conditioner started to drip, the repairman came and fixed everything within 10 minutes. in the lobby you can get coffee and other drinks, which was very useful. the pool and all areas of the hotel are also very clean, everything is actively maintained. The location is great, very close to everything, but the area is quiet. I went to all 4 shopping centers in the area, the metro is also within walking distance. When it rains, you can take an umbrella at the hotel. I liked it so much that I stayed 6 days more than planned, and I will definitely come back. The staff and cleanliness are my top priorities, and I am eternally grateful to all the staff for such a comfortable stay

We liked the location as the property was near some malls and the train station. The room was spacious and the layout was functional. We appreciated the cleanliness of the room, bathroom and good daily housekeeping service. We were able to make use of the gym and launderette. The check in and out process was smooth and the staff was very helpful.

Really very minor inconvenience such as all of the lights needing to be turned on, even if just needing to use the bathroom so sometimes had to use the toilet in the dark to avoid waking up partner. There was just one time when the dryer did not heat up so had to re-run the cycle but maintenance man helped us immediately to fix the problem.

The hotel is located in a perfct place. Only a few minutes away from MRT/BTS, Terminal 21, street vendors, 7 Eleven, restaurants and spa places etc. The room was very spacious, had a kitchenette, a desk and a sofa, and was furnished in a modern way. I really loved the staff at a hotel. They helped me when I needed to do laundry and provided me with a laundry rack free of charge. Even the security worker always greeted me with a smile every morning and night. I felt perfectly safe in the area. The minor problem was AC, which was way too strong, even when I had it on high temperature, so I had to periodically switch it off. Also, there seem to never be water in the water dispenser at the top floor, or maybe it was just my bad timing. Overall, I'd highly recommend this place.

Well located, spacious, the staff let me check-in early and also leave the bag on the day of leave. Location is close to metro (5 min walk) and and a park (good for runs). Breakfast is ok, mainly four coocked Thai options (rice, vegetables, meat, noodles), but the coffee is good and orange juice seemed genuine. The pool is a good addition and was empty in the mornings. Good impression, recommend!

Not that much apart from some guests that let their kids play in the foyer for ages or a cleaning lady who had her baby with her on the job that cried a lot and I couldn't take a nap during the day...

The apartment rooms were a large size for Bangkok standard. We did not need to use the kitchen except for coffee and noodles, but it had everything. Shower and bathroom were both good size. No accessible balcony, but that was not a big deal. Great work desk and office chair. A couch if you needed it. Good TV channels. The staff were excellent, answering any questions we had and booking a very clean & reasonably priced private taxi to BangSaen. Sukhumvit Soi 16 was new to us, but it had a 7-eleven 100 metres away, and also had restaurant options and a great happy hour not too far away. Taxis and TukTuks were always quick to get us back to the hotel.

The mattress was Thai style, but it helped straighten out my back :-)

Our room was spacious, clean, well-maintained, with good water pressure in the shower. The hotel felt new and in great condition. There was also a mini kitchen equipped with all the essentials, making it convenient for anyone who prefers to cook. The hotel arranged a taxi to the airport for us at a fixed price, which was very helpful since we didn’t have to rely on transportation apps and worry about car availability. The location is good, it’s just a short walk to a 7-Eleven and very close to the subway. While we only used the subway once, it would be a great option for those who plan to rely on it. The rooftop pool comes with complimentary towels, and there’s a small but well-equipped gym with essential workout gear. They also have a scale at the front, which is great for weighing your luggage before heading to the airport, a nice touch!
