Location was excellent! Only a few hundred meters from skytrain (Asok) and subway (Sukhumvit) stations, Terminal 21 shopping mall, and several grocery stores.

do not agree on 1000 Baht guarantee taken by the hotel from your credit card the moment you have booked and after check out and all is approved by them that you left the room as it was, you still have to wait 2 weeks to get this 1000 Baht back. as this is unknown the moment you book, it is an unpleasant surprise. If I had known all this before, I would not have booked ! very disappointed about that ! it leaves you no choice as your money is taken without your permission and you have to accept they keep the 1000 Baht as long as they want

Excellent location that's close to everything in Sukhamvit and plenty of public transport options. Rooftop pool is a great place to relax and breakfast has a ton of options (veggie friendly too).

Interior was getting a bit worn down and getting a taxi from the location is difficult due to being on the corner of one of the busiest junctions in Bangkok.

The location was great and the staff friendly and helpful. Nice rooftop pool area and our room was roomy and bed very comfortable.

The staff are very friendly,helpful and the lobbies are always there for us. Everyone is very respectful to each guest. The staff, room service are very organised and they rearrange the room like we checked in every single day.The location, It is right in the middle of the city,close to every shopping centre,and the night life is super nice and the streets are always busy which makes us feel so good.We will definitely stay at Park Plaza Sukhumvit for our next visit to Bangkok. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nothing to complain.

The location, comfort and facilities are all excellent. The hotel is located in the Sukhumvit entertainment area of Bangkok. It has a nice restaurant which doubles as the breakfast area, and there is a rooftop pool for relaxation. The bedroom and bathroom both had plenty of space, and there was a well-stocked mini bar in the room too. The staff were terrific. I arrived early and since my room was ready, they let me use it. They arranged various things for me during my stay there and gave me good guidance on what to see nearby. I will always be staying at this hotel when I visit Bangkok.

The room was clean and comfortable, very modern and in central Sukhumvit. Bed was really comfortable after a long haul flight. Breakfast was very good, so much to choose from and even had an egg station to have them prepared how you like, we would recommend the scrambled eggs. The lady in the restaurant was very helpful I wish I knew her name. She allowed us to have 30% off lunch on our last day when we had lost the voucher provided in our room. We will be back when we are next in Bangkok. The rooftop pool was amazing, beautiful views too.

We think the mini bar should have been complimentary as part of our stay as we paid more than average for a 2 night stay.

The rooms were big enough for two people and the location is great. The room was clean. The breakfast was great. The pool was also nice for a relaxing whenever the weather is so hot.

They blocked 1000 baht from our credit card in the beginning (we did not have such an experience with any other hotel in Thailand). At the end they told us it will be unblocked in a day. Then another staff told us, it will happen within a maximum of two weeks. At the end, they did not do that until our bank itself unblocked the money after one month for us. They left a bad impression.

Very good location -Had no problem getting around having both MRT and BTS within walking distance. Can use the airport rail to Makaasan, and transfer to MRT to Sukhumvit, one stop, and walk to hotel, if you have light luggage. Terminal 21 and other shops, restaurants nearby. 711 across the street and further down, a grocery, accessible using the overhead walkway .Liked the greenery around the hotel, made it very lush and tropical. Breakfast was nice assortment of both local and western selection. The staff were all very helpful and extremely friendly - the doorman, front staff and restaurant. Lovely park a few feet away. Would definitely recommend.
