Friendly staff - receptionists, cleaners, everyone The rooms are clean and spacious. We booked two double apartments, and one apartment is slightly better than the other. But we didn't make a fuss as we like to be on the same floor. Superb location: we can walk down for local foods, easy access to a taxi, massage, and Terminal 21 for shopping and more food. We get our rooms clean and change new towels every other day.

The towels need to upgrade - towels have some smells, and it is thin & worn out. The vendor that uses towels and laundry may probably not carry on the hotel standard. (But this is me being picky, as I have sensitive skin & sense of smell)

they charged us for dirty bed which cost us 3000thb. and the dirty bed linen are not our fault. got red stain like wine stain. which all of us are muslim and not drinking. lazy to argue cz tired and ready to going back and catch our flight. very disappointment. please check every single item in the house so that they can’t scam you. lesson learned

The location is great, very close to Terminal 21 shopping centre (check out the food court there for great food at great prices), and to the MRT and BTS stations. It’s off the main road which is nice too. The rooms were large and the beds comfortable. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, each room had a queen bed and a single bed in a tight nook in the corner. There was an ensuite to each room plus a separate toilet of the living room. Living room had 2 couches (a bit old and lumpy but ok) and a coffee table, plus a dining table and 4 chairs. Kitchenette was functional but basic. Full size fridge. As this was an apartment, it came with a traditional key (x2) rather than a key card entry.

Pool was a little cool as it was mostly shaded.

The apartment was huge, clean, and comfortable. Location is right across the street from Terminal 21 (but very quiet!), and the staff was beyond nice and helpful (they even checked us in earlier than the policy allowed and were very sensitive to the fact that we were a family with two children after a very long flight). We stayed for two nights and would have stayed longer had our trip not already been planned.

The only less than perfect aspect was the shower – the water drained very slowly. For those of you looking for a place to stay in the Terminal 21 area, there is no better place. As a family with two children, we might consider a different, perhaps more central, location next time we're in Bangkok.

They didn't replenish the drinking water daily. No coffee /teasbags provided in the room, only at lobby (I'm not sure if we allowed to take them to the room) Hotel charge 3% surcharge for paying with credit card, I didn't bring alot of cash, so no choice but to pay with card. Cleaning fees a little too high, this property is not a hotel, more like Airbnb, so beware of the additional charges.

Great location! Just minutes away from Asok BTS station, easy to find. We are a group of four, our apartment has two en-suite bedrooms and another toilet in the living room, doesn't need to wait or fight for the bathroom. And they got it all, pots and plates, washing machine, microwave, convenient for easy cooking. The whole place was very clean too, overall, we are very happy with the place and enjoyed our stay. The staff are very helpful as well, we willl definitely go back if visiting Bangkok again.

There was a leak at the showerhead, we have to put it on the rack all the time to prevent the water splash.

I am incredibly grateful for my recent stay at this wonderful property. The location is ideal – close to vibrant malls and all the exciting attractions Bangkok has to offer, yet it provides a peaceful and safe haven, perfect for families. The rooms are impeccably clean and spacious, and the staff are truly amazing. These are just a few of the many reasons why I cherish my time here. This was my second visit, and I am proud to have chosen to return. The experience has exceeded my expectations once again, and I am deeply appreciative of the warm hospitality.

Nothing, seriously nothing, this is by far the best place to stay in Bangkok with family.

Location is great, just 2 mins from Asok BTS station. Apartment was big, clean and comfortable. Washing machine with detergent provided, simple cooking with stove and microwave, pan/pot/crockery/utensils/cups all provided with detergent and sponge. We enjoy the stay. Just first night i found stain on my bed, changed bedsheets but it was on the mattress so cant be helped. My showerhead was cracked too but the staff changed immediately and also changed light bulb. Aircon was really cold and good. Happy with the stay just expensive.

The location is great, 2 mins walking distance from BTS Asok. Staff is really kind and helpful. The bed and pillows are comfortable. There is a microwave and even a washing machine. Great suites for friends and family traveling together.

On the last night of our stay, my friends and I both heard the people staying the next door were laughing and talking really loud at 4am. I'm not sure if it's them being too loud or the soundproof is a bit weak. Apart from that, everything is good 👍

WiFi worked well. The speed was satisfying. Also, the apartments are really very close to Blue Line MRT (subway) and green BTS (skytrain) stations. Shopping center is on the opposite side of the street.

The shower - it was nearly impossible to set and maintain comfortable water temperature. Moreover, the hand shower had really small holes what resulted in very high pressure of water coming out of it (almost painful). If you decreased the pressure, the water temperature changed even more often.
