Good size room, huge bed, they had a safe, good storage facilities, having a lift in the hotel was ideal. Breakfast was tasty, great bathroom, big bathroom.

Well the location can be argued. Ideally in the centre of town, close to everything but it being Bangkok. Extremely noisy at night. Considering you are right on the side of the road. The prices for the breakfast were expensive for Thailand. I asked staff a reception to order me a taxi at one point, they gave me some sorry excuse that there land line wasn't able to contact a taxi firm

Staff were great at check in/out. Cafe was nice cosy ,good coffee with choice of 5 breakfast sets/ combinations. Thia young guy at the Croissant cafe was delightful. Room was spacious but the bed rather firm. My room was second floor and facing main road, so a bit noisy though balcony wand sliding door helped reduce impact. Good location as by BTS and shopping at Terminal 21 mall.

Only the bed was a bit hard button I did sleep ok

The Connex Asoke has an excellent location. You can go there by the Airport Railway Train connecting to the MRT Sukhumvit. It is a walking distance to a fabulous spa Urban Retreat, doctor clinic, money changer, pharmacy, restaurants, and a grand mall Terminal 21--a great mall for shopping, dining, or even repairing your phone! The room is small but comfortable. The breakfast menu is pretty decent, although limited.

Every room with the last number four is located next to the elevator, making it noisy at night if you need a peaceful slumber. Having a white noise could help. The bed is a little bit hard. A decent bed topper will enhance the sleeping experience.

the cleanliness of the room and the staff is very friendly

first day, the air con break down and we’re staying in the highest floor. the room was super hot tat cos the folks unable to sleep at nite. tv unable to tune and watch, the safe box is faulty. we did req assistance from staff but nothing can be resolve. was inform the we can only change the room on the next day. the next day, another staff came and solve all the issue. mentioned that the remote has not battery which leads to unable to tune the tv and air con. as for the safe box, the other staff doesn’t know how to reset it.

Check in was very smooth. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options from sets A to F was very yummy and delicious. Fast service. The rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable and firm. Water pressure was great and shower was hot. They allowed us a late checkout of 3pm so that was wonderful and very much appreciated.

Rooms facing the main road are VERY NOISY with road traffic noise very evident. Remember to ask for a room behind or not facing the main road.

Budget friendly. The location of the property is very convenient to venture out. Next door to Terminal 21 and other eateries. BTS and Metro easily accessible. Helpful and friendly staff. The amazingly tasty croissant they make at the in-house bakery. Excellent value for money. Special mention for their staff, Wuttichai Bunme and Daisy for making the stay comfortable.

The location was fantastic, just a few minutes' walk to the BTS, shopping mall, and Benjakitti Park. It's very convenient for traveling around. The room was great, offering a view of the Asoke intersection and Terminal 21

A Little bit of noise from the road

A lovely little hotel with a gorgeous patisserie in the foyer that serves fantastic croissants. The staff are helpful and convivial and the rooms are spotless and well appointed. Bed was comfy and the wifi was fine.

The location is perfect for terminal 21 and Asoke BTS but ... the noise from the main road is terrible. My room overlooked the BTS and main intersection - great view but hard to sleep. Perhaps they can supply earbuds like they do at the Raumchitt?

The location right opposite twrminal 21 and near bts and mrt. Good breakfast options. Was set but good enough for us. We needed early breakfast one of the days and the hotel obliged to gwt the staff to prepare it earlier than usual. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Small acfe area for breakfast. The mattress are a bit aged and maybe need to change soon.

Amazing location: BTS, MRT, Terminal 21, SuperRich Exchange Office (best rates) and Soi Cowboy are all in the vicinity. The hotel is almost new. My room was big and clean. I didn't miss anything. The staff were polite and helpful.

My room was oriented towards the street. The view through the window was nice, but it was a bit too noisy. I have no complaints otherwise.
