The location is really fantastic with a direct overground connection via the hotel lobby to Asok BTS and Terminal 21. Given the traffic in Bangkok this was great because we could just use the BTS and MRT to get around. We also liked the direct lift from the ground floor. Staff were pleasant and we had lots of quiet and privacy right in the city.

No major complaints. It would have been nice to have more seating in the room, or smaller touches for comfort. The swimming pool and gym have great rooftop views but we didn’t use them because they’re both quite small.

The staff was very nice and friendly, they helped us with directions and advice, and also with room matters. All of the staff was very professional, and we would like to say special thanks to Rena for helping us so much on checkout. Our flight was late night and she made sure that not only our luggage, but the comfort of the family and the parking space were taken care of. The hotel is perfectly situated near Terminal 21 and the metro station, just literally crossing the flyover, 2 mins walk. The swimming pool overlooks the city and it has a very convenient snack bar. The gym is at the very top, a treat.

I have no complaints. The rooms are Japanese style and rather small, but the hotel atmosphere compensates for that.

Location was 10/10 - I loved that the BTS and Terminal 21 shopping mall was literally just on the doorstep (+ aircon to protect against the thailand heat) This was also based in central location - so I could go anywhere on the BTS; commutable to all areas of bangkok, also any klook daytrips also departed 3minutes away T21 mall- also had unlimited food options, post office on the basement floor and it's a popular area. Staff was gracious and friendly Surprised amenity - had own DIY laundry and dryer Smart TV I would definately stay here on again on my next visit!

Price was a little on the pricey side- but for the location it was worth it

Everything was perfect! Firstly, location. I booked the hotel as it was connected to Asok BTS, and I am glad I did. It was raining most days, and this was a life saver. Not only did I not get drenched, but I also avoided the bad traffic, if I were to be taking cabs. And it was connected to Terminal 21. Shopping, food, groceries is just a few mins across the bridge. Somehow the rooms were shielded from the noise outside, which was good. I was also surprised by the breakfast selection available. Staff and decor was excellent, and I could easily imagine that I was in Japan!

Nothing. I will be back!

The room was very comfortable and spacious. What’s most commendable is that the entrance connects directly to both the BTS and Metro stations — the location is incredibly convenient. Thank you to the hotel for the lovely surprise birthday gift and the hand-drawn greeting card for my mum. She absolutely loved it. The hotel truly put in a lot of thought and care .

Breakfast was a set meal with a semi-buffet format. Although it was very hearty and filling, the variety was not extensive.

All! The convenience of the hotel being connected to the BTS Station and to the Terminal 21 mall. Traveling with the elderly never have been more convenient as whenever we had to buy something urgent such as food and groceries, we would only use the connecting bridge which would like only a minute walk to the mall and viola! Everything at your disposal. The hotel was amazing, clean, accommodating, spacious, felt safe and the staff was absolutely helpful and polite. Shout out to Art in the reception who checked us in and checked us out as he was beyond being an employee in helping us out with everything! A++ for this hotel. Money worth itttt. Did I mention that it's a Japanese hotel so all bathrooms have bidets? 💜

Clean hotel at a strategic location above Asok station. The hotel lobby is linked to Asok station and Terminal 21 is right in front too. I personally really like it when hotel plug points are universal so I don't have to carry extra travel adapter with me. Small details like reis really makes a difference. Their breakfast is simple yet homey. It is a semi buffet where you order your mains and enjoy the salad bar.

No major feedback but if I were to be nitpicking, I would wish for a wider selection of pillows. (Eg: memory foam pillow or buckwheat pillow).

Overall the hotel is excellent. Staffs are very helpful and polite. All of them can speak fluent English so we found it quite easy to communicate. A front desk staff named "Art" was unexpectedly helpful and kind. We had some problems with the grab driver and he took the initiative to approach us and offered assistance. We are so grateful for his help. The room is great with all amenities provided. We stayed for 5 nights and the room was cleaned daily. The bed is cozy. The view is normal, nothing special as it is directly faced to Terminal 21. The location is perfect, just a 2 minutes walk and you can reach Terminal 21 (with a BTS station next to the hotel too). There are so many different shops and restaurants nearby.

It is very conveniently located attached to the Asok BTS and Sumhumvit metro station. These two stations are next to one another, separated only by a few escalators. This means there is direct access from these stations right into the hotel lobby. The hotel is only a 2 minute walk into Terminal 21 mall (which also has direct access from the Asok BTS). The hotel is in a great area, with plenty of things within walking distance. For locations more difficult to reach by BTS/metro (eg Khao San road) it’s very easy and chew to book a taxi using the Grab app. Wonderful warm welcome from every member of staff we encountered throughout the entire duration of our stay. Comfortable and spacious room. Very cosy beds! Well equipped yet still modern and minimalist. There was no compromise between shower temperature and/or water pressure unlike other hotels in Thailand we have visited. We were situated on Floor 18 and found it to be very quiet, despite the hectic traffic on Sukhumvit road below is. Great soundproofing! Lovely to have a pool in a city-central hotel with such a nice view. We particularly enjoyed coming back from a hot day of sightseeing to relax in the pool for a short while. Would very happily recommend and stay again!

Whilst we enjoyed visiting the pool, one minor thing of note would be that the deckchair beds and side tables are situated in the water itself. Despite our best efforts at keeping our bags and the edges of towels dry, it was a little tricky to navigate in and out of the pool because of this setup.

Stayed here for 4 days 3 nights. This hotel has everything you need...from a clean and comfortable decent sized room with King bed, Bidet toilet, nice view from Level 16 (requested for room overlooking the Park - and my wish came true :D ), friendly staffs, fast lift, convenient access to BTS Asok and Sukhumvit MRT (Lobby is same level with BTS entrance - my main reason for choosing this hotel), Terminal 21 mall just across the road with many shopping and food options, walking distance to Soi Cowboy for nightlife entertainment (+ cannabis shops), last but not least, never short of free (cold) water throughout my stays. This is definitely a plus. Didn't get to use the pool, gym, bar and dining there though so no comments on that.

Not a big issue but limited breakfast options, not many English movie channels, TV can't connect to wifi + Netflix and probably please put few chairs at lower ground for visitors to seat while waiting for their ride (the staff did asked us to wait at the lobby...but the ride came earlier than expected).
