Really great location, great facilities and all to a high standard with really friendly staff

We booked a family room which has two double beds, my daughter is 16 yrs old and this information was submitted when making the decision to book and select the room with double beds. At check in they advised an extra fee has to be paid for the child as they are over 12 yrs old. This was an extra 6000 baht and they couldn’t really explain why we had to pay this. So if your a family be aware of this !

Liked the bathtub, was not too high, manageable getting in and out. Location was great, near the train stations, both MRT and skytrain. Breakfast was good, though it could do with a bit more variety. Service was very good. Well-maintained and very clean. The concierge team was very helpful in getting a cab for me each morning and even negotiated good rates for me when the cab drivers refuse to use the meters.

The chambermaids cleaning the rooms could have been more consistent. They sometimes forget to take away empty water bottles and/or replace them. There should be a Do Not Disturb button at the door, it only has the Clean Room button. Worries me a bit if they think there wasn't anyone in the room when I'm in.

It’s in the heart of a busy area with extremely easy access to both the BTS and the MRT. The frontage is very attractive and the staff were extremely welcoming. The food was very good.

The swimming pool is okay But doesn’t have the great views that some hotel pools have. Also, they had a pool party during my stay which didn’t really suit me so I couldn’t enjoy the pool on that day. I stayed in one of the executive rooms which gave me access to the lounge but the first time I tried to use it it was packed and they don’t allow prior booking. Other times I used it and it was less crowded and there is also the option of complementary cocktails and Tapas at the main bar on the seventh floor to be fair

Amazing breakfast with a lot of options, even from yogurt.

They mixed up our transportation from the hotel and instead of the big car there was a regular one and it was not comfortable at all to fit 4 people with 4 large suitcases there. The pool has almost no sun beds, so it will be hard to use it.

Location was perfect- 1 mall beside, 1 mall across and convenience store across the hotel; the Asoke BTS and MRT stations are a few steps from the hotel entrance. Room was spacious, very clean and has a nice view; bottled water, fruits were replenished at all times; very satisfied with the bathroom amenities. Services (room, housekeeping, front dest, concierge) from arrival, during our stay and on departure date were all exceptional. Personnel and staff were very courteous, helpful and honest. Concierge transacts with taxi driver to make sure you pay the right amount at all times. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Transportation to hotel from airport. Welcome from the hotel staff leading me to executive check-in on 24th floor. They were very friendly and welcoming! The daily housekeeping was phenomenal!

The pillows were too soft. I need fimer pillows or an option for firmer pillows. Daily charges for using the mini-bar. These should be free for executive level room charges. I was woken up every day to provide my laundry and pick up my laundry. If I had the Do Not Disturb light on they would still call me. Honestly this all didn't bother me that much but could use improvement.

Location of the hotel was perfect stayed many times before and it does not disappoint. Staff were amazing. Checked in very early 10.00am normal check in 2pm room was made available. Our flight was early evening and they offered us a late check out at no charge. Perfect 10/10

Nothing everything was better than you would expect

1. The location was great as it was boxy to the metro system. 2. The staff were WONDERFUL and very welcoming!! I specifically want to thank Poenjit who cleaned my room and Worawit who always provided great insights about Bangkok, using the rail system and where to shop. 3. The food was so delicious, local and plenty! 4.

Nothing! To me, everything and everyone was just so wonderful and made me feel at home away from home.

The service standards of the entire team right from when you arrive at the door,to reception,F&B staff, housekeeping, club lounge were the best I’ve seen in all my years of travel.You only had to ask once and the execution was always faultless.I’m going there again in a couple of days and Marriott group should be commended as doubtless the training must have been fantastic. Every staff member made eye contact,smiled,greeted and executed outstandingly.

Honestly one can always nit pick but all my needs were flawlessly addressed. Perhaps the restaurant could stay open beyond 2300 hours.
