The hotel is located in the heart of Sukumvit - its close to MRT and a lot of restaurants are around. The rooms are basic but clean and probably everything you need in Bangkok.

Staff is nice but very distanced. The ceiling of the room is quite low which makes the room itself not very comfortable to stay inside long - but to sleep its enough.

Great location, staff is very helpfful, good Japanese restuarant next door and convenience at that price you cannot find around. Only cleanliness on the hallway to room and elevator need to be bare with it. Parking is very difficult because there is only one car allow.

Bad smell and dirty in elevator, load of dust at the old rug laid on floor to your room, no parking.

the location is what I mostly like. I had to be moved to another hotel the Syama, this is a very good hotel the sister hotel. I would like to thank the manager who rang me and organised my move and putting me in the best room, it was very good of them thankyou.

so close to nightlife terminal21 shopping centre just down from there Soi cowboy so central to everything in heart of Bangkok very comfy bed staff very helpful fantastic manager will be back for sure when ever I stay in Bangkok

was nothing to dislike really no restaurant but dosnt matter your got so many places around hotel to eat even street food outside on Soi 19 food court in terminal 21 shopping choices are endless

Great location. Taxis can come to the front door and away from the worst traffic.

The plugs in he room were dated and looked unsafe, the only 1 I could use was under the bed and a hassle to access.

Location was excellent. Right next to BTS and Terminal21 mall. Easy access to everything. Staff is courteous and very helpful. I had a minor trouble with my room entry card that night and it was fixed promptly and with a smile. Room was big and bed very comfortable. Very clean - which is my top priority with any hotel I stay in. Very happy with the service.

The lift is a little tight but other than that, nothing I can think of.

The location is very good. The staff are exceptional; very friendly, professional and courteous. Room was very clean and well furnished. However, a word of caution; the bedside electric outlets are beneath the bed and somewhat under the nightstands. They are not visible unless you get down and look for them. but they do work well.

The hotel is a bit dated but some renovations have been completed. Although well furnished, the items are a tad old. Would like to have the bedside outlets more accessible.

Location is in the heart of Sukumvit, close to everything while room was quiet, didn’t hear any outside noises.

Nothing not to like.

The place needs a revamp

It suited me well. The room provided everything that I need. And in spite of being very centrally located it was quiet. The only fly in the ointment was the wi-fi. The signal was very weak in my room and I lost connection many times and ruined my participation in a digital conference.
