Loved the location of the hotel, located right behind Terminal 21 mall and the Asok BTS station (less than 5 minute's walk). The room was spacious and comfortable, had good water pressure in the shower, and was overall really quiet. We did not hear any noise from the hallways or from the street. The bed was large and comfortable. Although we did not opt for breakfast, we had some meals at Cafe Gigi (which is part of the hotel), and it was really good! (although on the pricier side). Will definitely be returning the next time we are in Bangkok!

Directions to the hotel could have been clearer. We could not find the hotel on Google Maps using the written address provided on Booking.com and also using the name 'Uno Express'. Turns out Uno Express is part of Sacha's Hotel Uno, but just with rooms located in the adjacent building. So look for Cafe Gigi (where the lobby for check-in is located) and you will find your way just fine.

The Hotel was clean, came with tolietries, had a mini fridge, a desk, and had a great location. The staff were very friendly, and the restaurant downstairs had amazing food. Overall the hotel had great value for the price, and it was a great pick.

There was no view from the bedrooms, but it could get a bit bright during the mornings. There wasn't many facilities, but overall, the hotel was great, and It was a good choice.

For me, needed just what this sort of hotel provides. While in middle of Sukumvit, area was quiet, clean and nice breakfast albeit 3 simple options (Asian soup, Western meat, Western veggie) - only tried restaurant for breakfast which was good, did not try dinner. Limited off street parking out front. Walk everywhere but BTS/MTR stations just 5 mins walk away. Sukumvit!!! Lot of bars, massage, restaurants!

We really appreciated the room upgrade from Uno Express to Uno Premier room with the view of Soi 19. The large shower with rain head and handheld was terrific.

We thought the room might have slightly smelled of someone smoking before. No vacant power plugs near the bed for charging phones or laptop.

2 man and 2 girl serve us , the other 3 staff give us a good service , but the girl we meet at 1st night we check in and pay ,the girl need to improve her attitude and the way her talking to customer

I originally was given a room that was a bit noisy facing the main road and had a sewage smell coming from the toilet. But a quick check with the front counter staff - and they promptly gave me another room. I am so appreciative of this. Staff are superb, friendly, efficient and super helpful. I really love staying at this location - such a prime location, feels safe and very convenient.

Location near metro and sky train, very comfortable bed, very clean room, the shower was large and with good pressure!

The windows are not soundproof, you can hear every noise from the busy street- ear plugs solved the problem! The breakfast was continental, basically 2 eggs and 2 slices of bread or a local soup!

The room is large with a comfortable bed, very good for relaxed sleeping. I liked alot the way the bathroom was integrated into the room and the modern style of this one. All stone flooring is modern and clean. The location very close to T21 mall and BTS skytrain intersection to MRT underground metro is perfect for travellers. It is also very close to night life, restaurants and pubs, the best way to spend the evenings. Checkin/out is in the adiacent building, while the rooms building has no loby and access through keycard only....so maximum of privacy is guaranteed. I will come again for sure!

The floor carpet outside the rooms are in bad and dirty shape, they should be replaced asap. Also there is a bad kitchen smell outside the rooms. Luckily, the rooms itself are just great!

Closeness to the mall , a short walk to public transport ie the MRT and BTS Asoke station. Comfortable enough for two people on a short stay. Overall it’s an excellent choice of stay.

I was upgraded to the main building room, with a nice 3,5* standard. Room was large, bed comfortable, everything ok. I appreciated the walking distance to MRT/BTS at Sukhumvit/Asok intersection, and obviously all night entertainments in that area.

There wasn't anything I did not liked.
