Excellent large room

The location did not correspond to what was indicated on the map. Also the address was wrong. I selected the hotel because it was supposed to he close to BTS station Asok. This was not the case and it was not in Soi 19, but Soi 15. Not funny when you walk with luggage. This info was therefore not truthful. The upgrade to a superb suite made it a good experience although I didn’t like the distance to Asok station.

Location pined in booking.com and real location is different, difficult to find the location. Cleanness of the sofa.

Very comfortable suite and excellent for two persons stay. You have a lot of room to enjoy. The floor is quiet and noise coming from outside the street. The staff is super friendly and smart and handle Your requests with pleasant attitude.

The showr mixer did not work properly and I have requested to correct this.

It was a spacious place with living room, kitchen and bedroom. It is in a good location.

The reception desk was in a different building a block away.

He Appartment was large with a lounge area, dining area, breakfast bar. Water pressure was good - so a shower was refreshing the large bed was very comfortable There was a family sized fridge freezer there was a modern washer/drier for clothes Nice to see large 55" TV's The free wifi was 'open' and fast Check out was easy just give keycard to security guard there was daily cleaning and maid service

to check-in you have to walk 100mtrs+ to aparrently a different hotel's reception (Later found its owned by the same group) in the kitchen area, there was no pans to use on the hobs and there was only a couple of bowls A minor issue the tv's were not very 'smart'

The room was like a one room condo unit, with a separate living room, spacious kitchen, with ref, laundry machine. Great for couple or family. The location is just 10 minutes walk to Terminal 21 and MRT and BTS Asok. Also a 15 minutes walk to the night bars and shopping area. Not too crowded area .

The carpet in my room was old and could use a changing. It was a bit dirty but still great to stay in. The shower was a bit old and didn't have a good water pressure.

Our impression of your hotel is that it has a very good location! It is surrounded by business districts and is very convenient for taking the subway. Because we were not sure about the location when we first arrived, we asked the staff at the front desk to call. The staff were enthusiastic, thoughtful and told us seriously. They also told us how to use the subway, and the room arrangements were made with the needs of the guests in mind. We are very satisfied with the young man and the young lady at the front desk. The room is also clean and tidy, and it is cleaned every day. There is also a washing machine and microwave. and bathtub. It feels like home. The room is very comfortable. I am very satisfied with this honeymoon trip. I will stay there next time and share it with my friends.

The property is clean, complete amenities from microwave, washing machine, electric kettle..Location is walkable to the train station. Lots of massage shops nearby. Walking distance to Terminal 21 Mall and asok station. Towels were changed and bottled water were replace everyday.

The room key card was always disconnected. Doors could not be open. Ask staff every now and then to replace room key.

I arrived in a fairly poor state, I was sick and clearly in distress The ladies at reception were fantastic and upgraded me to a room closer to reception area so they could monitor my condition. I can not thank these ladies enough. The room was opulent and well presented, bed was extremely comfortable I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

We booked the junior suite and it was lovely to have a kitchen and living area included. The apartment was clean and spacious. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was great, very close to terminal 21 Asoke. Very happy with our stay. We will definitely come back here again

Checking in was across the street in another building. Otherwise everything was great.
