The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with lots of amenities. The TVs are old and lack HDMI connectors, which was a bit of a problem for presentations I had scheduled but not a show stopper. The location is fantastic - a few meters from Sukhumvit, but in a quieter area. Both hotel buildings have great ambiance. There's a 7-Eleven within a short walk, and some of the best restaurants with views within a 10-min walk radius (Belga atop the Sofitel and Above Eleven on Soi 11). Access to Terminal 21 and to the BTS metro system via the sky way. I will probably make Night Hotel my new base of operations when visiting Bangkok. Great experience.

The breakfast wasn't worth it. Go to one of the many places within walking distance. Mediocre selection, preparation was OKi. Good if you're in a hurry AND hungry.

Great location and good service from the front desk and lobby staff. Quiet room from city noise.

The room had a distinct disinfectant smell. Also, since my flight was not leaving until late the day of my check-out, I opted to keep the room another night in order to keep my luggage secure and take a shower before my flight as I had time to sightsee more of the city before I needed to got to the airport. I later found out I could have purchased a 6pm checkout. This was never mentioned by the desk clerk when I was discussing extending my stay. When I later asked if I could take the late checkout instead of paying a full day room charge I was told the transaction was already done and there could be no refund. It would have been helpful to know the late checkout option was available when checking in.

The breakfast was very good. Lots to choose from and very strong coffee. Very good service from the staff. My room was very clean and very comfortable. It was well located within walking distance of shops and the train lines.

My only criticism was the lack of tea bags in the room. Also no milk in the fridge in the room to go with the tea bags.

The Coran Spa Boutique. Although services we exceptional, there is poor privacy guidelines. During my private massage, other people were in the room. This was however denied by the staff after my massage. I also had money go missing from my wallet during my massage and the Spa took no responsibility of the loss of cash from my wallet and could not come up with an explanation. Instead, they blamed it on poor memory or that I was coming up with lies.

new and modern - suite was spacious (gold suite with sofa and dining area) and wifi was pretty good (47mbps) compared to many hotels in Bangkok no reliability problems as I had video conference calls all week. Staff were super friendly. Air con and bathroom all excellent always hot water with waterfall shower, nice big towels. Really great location in a quiet side street off the main road very close to Terminal21 and BTS/MTR

some small issues only:- 1. no utensils, glasses, plates, cutlery no microwave, etc. just 2 small coffee cups although there are plenty of food options outside, and one small bottle of water a day is a bit mean. Rather wasted the dining area even for take aways. 2. sorry the bed was very hard much too hard for me even though I booked here because many reviews said the beds were super comfy which was a clincher for me as I have a back problem 3. TV is located away from the sofa so you can't actually sit/lay on the sofa and watch TV and a poor choice of channels no netflix, youtube available or streaming options from my tablet

Night Hotel is in a nice neighborhood and conveniently located next to various restaurants and shopping centers, including Terminal 21 mall (which the hotel offers free tuk-tuk service to), Above Eleven rooftop bar, and a very cute cat cafe. The hotel itself is quaint and clean, and staff are pleasant. The continental breakfast included with my room was varied and delicious. I visited the pool twice, and while it was a bit crowded during the day, it was quiet and chill at night. Their spa service is nice, and I also reserved their business conference room one time for a brief video call, which was well lit and clean.

The bathroom door in my room was a sliding door that didn't entirely seal the doorway and muffle sound; I'm not sure if this is a standard door design in Bangkok, but it was the one thing about the experience that was less than ideal.

Our stay at Night Hotel was nothing short of exceptional! We booked the Family Room and were blown away by the size and comfort. The room was super spacious, which was perfect not only for us but also for our pet rabbit, who had more than enough space to hop around freely – a rare luxury in most hotels! The room service was outstanding, offering delicious and affordable food that exceeded our expectations. One of the biggest highlights was the daily room cleaning – fresh bed sheets, pillowcases, and covers every single day, something you don’t usually get even in high-end hotels. We were pleasantly surprised by the daily servings of fresh fruits and cookies. Unlike other hotels that only offer these on the first day as a welcome treat, Night Hotel provides them every day – such a thoughtful and generous touch! They also offer complimentary water in generous amounts, which was much appreciated. The staff were truly excellent – always smiling, polite, and constantly saying “thank you” and “enjoy” in such a genuinely pleasant way. The breakfast hours were very guest-friendly, running until 11 AM, which is rare and extremely convenient for late risers. The happy hour was another wonderful surprise – 99 baht per cocktail from 5 PM to 10 PM! Most hotels limit happy hour to just 1–2 hours, but Night Hotel goes the extra mile again. We also appreciated the extra pillow options – we chose the memory foam pillows and slept like babies. Every detail at this hotel showed attention and care. In summary, Night Hotel is the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. We just hope they maintain their high standards and fair pricing, because with the level of service they offer at such great value, they can easily outshine many top-rated hotels in the area. We will definitely return – and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly excellent stay.

The breakfast buffet is exceptionally good and varied. Hygiene is impeccable, so you can eat any salad without worry. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is friendly, as is the case almost everywhere. The hotel has its own spa/massage salon (very sophisticate) where traditional massages are offered; reservations are recommended. The rooftop pool is small and well-maintained.

Although the restaurant and bar are very nice, they are not very popular. Presumably because it's on the first floor, there aren't many passersby. And where there's not much going on, it's boring.

I like that you have brought back to frozen fruit kebabs when sitting around the roof top pool.

I think you need to sort out the WIFI login through the TV. Currently when trying to connect WiFi through the TV to get wifi connection for Netflix and Amazon Prime , you need to explain how to connect using your Room Number and Name through the TV connection. This could be explained when the staff take you to the room and ask if you would like connection to the APPS.

One of the highlights of my stay was the invigorating shower with excellent water pressure. The staffs were very helpful and pleasant at all times. The other most convenient aspects of the hotel was the on-demand transportation to and from Terminal 21 everyday 8am-8pm. This service made getting around the city a breeze, and it added an extra layer of convenience to my stay. It’s those small touches that can really make a difference, and we certainly appreciated it. Speaking of convenience, the hotel’s proximity to both the MRT and BTS stations, just 7 minutes away (by foot). Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable! We can’t wait to return on my next trip.

The soft pillows were not to my liking, and I found them less supportive than I prefer. While this may be a personal preference, it’s worth noting for those who prioritize pillow comfort. Additionally, there was a faint musky smell in the room when we walked in. Although the smell wasn’t overpowering or pungent, it did catch my attention. It’s possible this is a minor maintenance concern that the hotel might want to address. Despite these small drawbacks, my overall stay was still enjoyable. The positive aspects far outweighed the minor issues, and I left with a generally positive impression.
