The hotel's Location is great. Within walking distance to the BTS and MRT which will be useful to avoid private-hire cars or taxi in the notorious Bangkok traffic. It is also near to Terminal 21 Asok which offers a wide range of food and shopping options. The room is a very good size for 2 pax, and the bathroom door provides good sound isolation so you won't wake your partner up late night.

The breakfast option is limited but it is a small hotel after all.

Great location! Super close to Terminal 21 shopping centre, multiple restaurants/cafe for brunch or dinner, Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT which made travelling convenient. Multiple 7/11's located around the surrounding streets with 1 across the road! Staff were super friendly and helpful when required. Appreciated that the mini fridge was stocked with free water during my stay. The hotel also provides baggage storage services which was helpful on my last day as my flight wasn't until the evening. Overall, I had a great experience staying here and would consider coming back on another visit :)

Noticed some minor stains on sheets/pillowcases and on the laundry bag provided to my room

The location is excellent! It’s only a 3 minute walk to both the BTS and Metro. Terminal 21 is right next door, and there’s a 7-11 just across the street.

On the first day of my stay, I noticed the toilet seat was old and damaged, the floor felt sticky, and the amenities tray had visible dirt around the edges. I reported this to the front desk, and fortunately, the situation improved on the second day. Still, the toilet seat definitely needs to be replaced. Overall, I would rate this hotel closer to a 3 star experience rather than a full 4 star one.

We have been coming to Bangkok every year for the last 4 years and we always stay at SQ Hotel. The location is perfect with its very close proximity to Terminal 21 mall, the Asok BTS Skytrain and MRT, multiple excellent restaurants and walking distance to the lovely Benjakitti park. The staff there are always extremely gracious and accommodating. The rooms are quiet and bright with large windows and very comfortable beds. The air conditioning is perfect and reliable. The hotel is very clean and well appointed and is consistent with boutique style lodging. The lobby area is beautiful and inviting with 24 hour staffing. There is a good restaurant on the ground floor.

Sealing or waterproofing between shower and toilet needs to improve. Water leaking to toilet floor can be hazardous.

It is a very nice hotel, located in a popular area in Bangkok. It is really well connected to other parts of the city, you can get either the skytrain at Asok station or the MRT ar Sukhumvit station. We had a room on the 8th floor, it was big and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was clean, we did not have problems with setting the water temperature as other reviews were mentioning. We chose not to have breakfast here and we ate somewhere else, but if you want it is an option at 350 bath.

The only downside is the fact that the canal nearby smells bad. However, in the room there was no smell.

The location is one of the best, close to both BTS and metro stations, as well as Terminal 21 mall. The hotel staff was extremely nice, both at the reception and at the restaurant where we had breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was really good, we chose to have omelette every morning served with sausage, bacon and stir fried veggies. They also offer coffee, fresh juices, salads, fruits, cereals, etc. The room was not very big, but clean. The bed was big enough and very comfortable. They offer all the amenities you need in the bathroom.

We liked pretty much everything. Only the hot/cold water switch at the sink was a bit confusing, but nothing too bothersome.

I stayed at the Belmont Hotel on August 2 - 5 and 25 - 27 this year traveling from Paris - to Bangkok and vice versa. SQ Boutique Hotel is a decent place to stay for days. When it comes to cleanliness, it is 10/10, I must say. Hence, if you are OC (obsessed with cleanliness) like me, this is the hotel for you. The Price. The price of the hotel room is a bit upscale but you pay for what it is worth. The Staff. They were all very friendly, honest, and helpful. No request for assistance was a problem for them. They helped me book my taxi from the hotel to the airport for THB500. They assisted me in weighing my luggage. Lucky me because there was a room available. Hence, they let me check in early. I was also able to leave some things and then got them back when I came back after three weeks of visiting the Philippines. Hats off to the staff! The Hotel Room. The room was clean with the essentials. The bed was soft. I can sleep all day. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV but I had an issue with how to switch from one channel to another. Excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Housekeeping. Superb housekeeping staff and services! After roaming around the city, I went back to my hotel room with new bedsheets, new towels, and new basic toiletries. The Nearby Facilities. The hotel is well situated, being close to Terminal 21 (5 to 8-minute walk). A lot of restaurants to choose from. Massage spas are everywhere. 7/11 is in front of the hotel plus there is another one on the way to Terminal 21. The BTS and MRT are accessible (10-minute walk from the hotel). I am in love with this area. I will recommend this hotel. 10/10. I will come back. Thank you, SQ Boutique Hotel!

The Restaurant. It was under renovation when I arrived. It would be better if their restaurant were open, especially for travelers who come from a long flight but it is not a big issue as there is a 7/11 in front of it plus there are street-food stalls nearby.

Clean, new style hotel. Comfortable bed, clean modern shower room/toilet. Great big window, good tv and good wifi. Kettle with tea and coffee and a fridge. Location is good, 5 min walk to terminal 21. I enjoyed staying here. The lighting in the room is very good.

Air-conditioning is a bit loud. The breakfast isnt open Monday and Tuesday. If you booked breakfast for these days, you have to go outside somewhere to get it.

Location is superb- with gigi cafe just next door its so convenient. They are also opening a restaurant downstairs which will make it more appealing. Its good value for money for being just waking distance from terminal mall and asok train station. Housekeeping was superb- on time and good job. Great WiFi.

What u see is what u get. The washroom and shower area is very small so be aware if u are big size. But if you plan to be outside the room mostly then it's good.
