Room was immaculately clean, cleaning staff/man was always there and attentive, The bed was big and comfy with clean sheets, there was a plug socket and lamp by the bed, there was also a desk in the room and I was given clean towels when I asked, shampoo and shower gel was also provided, the room I was in was very quiet (room 204) it was on the back side of the hotel, nice hot shower and no complains with the room.

I thought the staff seemed very miserable, I stayed for 6 nights and they didn't say hello once or smile. I didn't like the rules sheet which is in the room, I think it's unreasonable to state that you can't drink alcohol or eat in the room and no guests are allowed from outside, especially in the Sukhumvit area where many people go to enjoy themselves.

Wifi not very strong. No hot water for 3 days and staff did nothing to adjust it. Electricity cut in my room one day. From 2022 to 2023, the prices went up 50%, but quality & service decreased. Really pity, I like this place.

I booked this place for 2 people although I’m a solo traveler. It’s a bit far from BTS/Metro but it is in the center of the city, just next to terminal21. It doesn’t look like a hotel from outside but it is look and feel like a hotel from the inside. The window in the room should not be open because there’s a lot of smoke and soot trapped between the window and the glass covering the building. Yet the room is very spacious and doesn’t feel stifling. It was very clean but a small parts in bathroom of black mold stains. The bed is HUGE and comfortable. You also have mini fridge and a TV, but I didn’t use them. There is a safe in the room but it isn’t attached to anything, you can just grab it and go. What’s the point in that? Didn’t use it because of this. The staff super nice and helpful. In the nights I used to bring joinery girls and it was totally okay with them, not even asking for their passport/id. I would definitely book there again.

Very good location for a very good price. Make sure to be on the side of the hotel that is not facing the street otherwise it can be noisy. The other side is very quiet.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants also BTS Asok Station (~400 m) and MRT Sukhumvit Station (~200 m) – excellent for exploring Bangkok quickly.Soi Cowboy (~300 m) – a famous entertainment street known for its vibrant nightlife.

This hotel is a family-friendly heaven. With their strict "no external guests allowed" policy they are protecting the sanctity of the masses of families staying there. One can almost hear the collective sigh of relief from the patrons as they're shielded from the contamination of outside influences. They've essentially declared that the only acceptable human interaction is that which occurs between pre-approved, paying family members. How protective of them.

The housekeeping team did only clean my room when asked not on a daily basis. The hotel shakes a lot because of the metro passing under it so people should be aware before booking as i was thinking it was an earthquake on the first day. The room can have some newer facilities like the ac

Absolute value for money, you get more than you pay for. Hot shower, comfortable mattress and pillows, everything very clean! Fridge, kettle and basics in the room. Easy access and great location. Staff all very friendly and the young lady at reception is very helpful. 2nd time I've booked and will be booking again!

Bed was extremely comfortable and large. Room size was large. Large fridge. Right around the corner from the good things in Sukhumvit and cheap for the area. Room serviced daily. The reception staffing I was reading about in other reviews was no problem for me and I personally like when reception isn’t always there looking over your shoulder.

Bathroom was a bit run down, but clean and everything worked fine. Lighting in the room a bit dim, but adequate and I’m not there to hang out inside much.

Excellent location! Everything you need is just a short walk away — malls, massage parlours, 7/11s, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff are incredibly friendly and cooperative, making the stay even more comfortable.

The house cleaning is every 3 days. If you are travelling with a group then it becomes a mess in 3 days.
