I loved everything about the hotel, its relatively affordable and extremely new, clean and with so many friendly staff. The location is quiet as well, and there are no strong weed or smoke smells like other hotels that I've stayed in, in Bangkok. There is a tub, as well as a free shuttle service to and from the nearest BTS/MRT station, which is a stone's throw away from Terminal 21 Asoke. I will most definitely be returning when I head back to Bangkok, no hesitation!

Staff was excellent, rooms are big and the pool and gym are fabulous. The free shuttle is convenient.

The only thing missing is a pool bar.

The hotel is modern and really well designed. We got upgraded to an apartment studio-style room which made us feel at home. The staff is helpful and welcoming, breakfast is tasty and having a daily choice of a warm meal was amazing. Location is extremely central in the business area making it perfect for work-travellers. The hotel is 10 minutes from the sky train and there is a free shuttle service that can bring/take you close to the station.

Spacious, neat, modern bedroom with good lighting. Free shuttle to terminal 21 and start of sukhumvit blue line metro with easy access to the chao prya river with the hop on off boat. Washing machine, big fridge and a space to have dinner at a table in the room. We were able to use the pool after checking out since we had a late flight. Ability to walk to benchakiti park which is exquisite and good for a morning run, walk to ikea at emsphere, emquarter. Super friendly staff. Our room was upgraded from a bachelor to a 1 bedroom.

Slow internet, we ended up using our Saily esim, which was fine.

The room was excellent, a really good size with plenty of facilities, everything we needed for our stay. It was kept very clean and was quiet. Location of the hotel was excellent for exploring the city and very close to the BTS station and shopping areas, and the pool area was also really nice.

Breakfast was disappointing for the cost, very limited options and a very small buffet compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Bangkok. One coffee machine was available which meant a lot of queuing each morning waiting for others and no real variety; not sure I'd pay for breakfast if I stayed again.

Nice option in the center of Bangkok (Asoke). Spacious rooms, more "apartment-style" with everyting you need: washing machine, cutlery, plates, glasses and so on. Outside pool with great views, especially in the evening. Helpful staff. Good location with a range of local restaraunts nearby, as well as BTS and other communting options.

Limited breakfast options. Squeezed juices, more fruits and vegetables and NICE coffee would solve the issue immediately. ...and we killed a cockroach in our bathroom, but it's ok, considering everything can happen :)

Everything was perfect. the facilities were great and new. The room was super clean. I am a bit OCD but it was really clean. The staffs were super friendly. No deposit was required. I requested for water and soy sauce for my mid-night treat and it was delivered asap. The hotel itself needs a bit of a walk to the closest bts station. BUT the hotel does provide free shuttle service!! So please do ask the staff about it. The welcome snack was tasty. I loved everything about this hotel. Definitely going to recommend this to everyone!!

The floor of the bathtub is a bit stained even I didn’t use it. but i can understand that as normal wear and tear.

We were upgraded to the Executive Studio and it was pretty great - washer dryer, comfy tub, and plenty of room to spread out after a few weeks of traveling. The pool was a nice surprise (great rooftop view) and there was a limited shuttle service - overall it exceeded our expectations.

The Location, while very central to Bangkok, was a bit far out from the more "touristy" locations - if you like malls and nice restaurants, this is a very good spot, but if you are looking to explore Chinatown or other "downtown" areas, it's not so easy to get around. Traffic in Bangkok is crazy - plan accordingly.

I stayed in the executive studio. The studio and common areas (pool, lobby) were very clean. Had a nice swim in the pool. There are sunbeds in the shade. The staff is lovely. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel because of the negative reviews, so cannot comment on that.

In a four star hotel I expect the free wifi to work well. It didn't. As an indication: I couldn't even use apps like Grab or Instagram. In this day and age, I don't think hotels should charge guests extra for fast internet - especially if guesthouses that only charge 15 euros a night do provide good wifi. The shower pressure could also be better, as well as the water temperature (not constant).

large room with large comfortable bed, and well equipped bathroom with shower over large bath. Nice pool on 7th floor. Also appreciated courtesy transport from hotel to interchange (metro). Not too noisy inside or out. Walking distance to lots of Malls.

Pool was a little cool. Neighborhood was interesting with lots of nice bars and good restaurants but nearby there is also lots of massage parlours and a red light street ( Cowboy). However these could be avoided whilst walking back to hotel.
