Didn't tell me about the deposit. We booked 2 rooms for one night and they charged a deposit for both rooms, 10,000 bath. We had to wait almost 14 days for our money! Very disappointing! Bad information from the hotel.

The hotel is located very close to the main shopping area and night life of Sukhumvit. There is the sky train station just 2 minutes away from the hotel. The hotel staff are very friendly and their buffet is elaborate.

The bed linen should be checked for bugs and mites. We saw few bugs on the bed however we were not certain whether it was an infestation.

Hotel was in a great location - walking distance to both the BTS (Asok) and MRT (Sukhumvit) stations. 7-11s within walking distance, with lots of great food nearby too for both local and other options. And a 5 minutes walk brings you to Terminal 21, a large shopping mall with plenty of amenities. Room was clean, large, and well-furnished. Especially loved the layout and the multiple mirrors making it feel even bigger than it was. Service was top-notch - exactly what I'd expect of the Hilton brand name and a 5-Star hotel. Staff noticed the smallest things, for example, after calling for extra water once, they made sure to stock extra bottles of water (6 compared to 2) whenever making up the room. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Special mention to May at the front desk for being very polite and friendly.

The room was comfortable, though it could have been a bit cleaner. We encountered a problem during our stay, but it was quickly and efficiently resolved. The staff are extremely polite and helpful, which really added to the overall experience. The ambiance of the hotel is very pleasant, and the location is good—although it's a little far from the city center and access to BTS and MRT stations requires some walking. The breakfast, however, was absolutely wonderful with a great variety and quality.

I have to say that the room ,staff and food was excellent. Especially the staff was great. Also Mr. Eve -the bell boy did an excellent job and he was kind and showed attention and showed interest to me and my Mother. We enjoyed our stay and I will come back. Highly Recommened.

At the check in ,it gaves some difficulties what I did not like very much. My reservation went pretty much wrong. But we sorted it out. The reception should pay more attention to their reservations.

Excellent location. Close to sky train and metro stations. Malls also close by and within walking distance. Close to good spots if you want to enjoy the night life. Rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast options were quite good and loved the vegetarian options. Polite and courteous staff ! Certainly my preferred choice if I visit Bangkok again.

No complaints whatsoever! Only minor point would be that the corridors towards the rooms were not air conditioned . Quite stifling and musty as you walk towards the room. Not much of an inconvenience.

Location 10/10, Staff 10/10, Food 10/10. Room size was great and did not feel like you are staying in a box. Housekeeping was on top of everything and the room was sorted every morning.

The only thing I would say is the hotel is very much dated along with the pool area where decking is actual come away from its fixings and sitting in the pool. 1st world problems I know but the fees you are paying are more consistent with a new hotel.

I like the spread and selection. I like the local Thai cuisine . The local selection was delightful. The pastries though simple were delicious. But I remembered during the past visits under a different hotel brand I could select the the combination of my freshly pressed juices (though this is not really important). The piping hot coffee was a great welcome. Btw the everyone from reception, concierge, bell boy, restaurant and club floor staff have been very kind to me during my stay. Polite, attentive and helpful.
