Great location in the Asoke area of Bangkok, it suited all our needs we used this for both the start and the end of the holiday in Bangkok and we both said we would stay there again, just around the corner from good street food and massages and 7 Eleven. also close to BTS and Metro and the excellent Terminal 21 Shopping Mall. We had a very late flight home and 23.00 and the staff allowed us to store all our luggage safely until we flew and still use the facilities and even supplied us with towels so we could use the pool and have a shower before we departed after checking out before 12 am.

The location is FANTASTIC. I have been staying along Sukhumvit Soi 23 for over 8-9 years. Yes, it's right next to Soi Cowboy - not the most "fancy" address. However, it's a 5-min walk to at least 10 eateries ranging from Michelin-star restaurants like the Local, Baan Kanitha, Le Dalat... mid-range restaurants like Uma-uma (Japanese Izakaya), Clubhouse (sports bar), Puang Kaew (20 metres from the hotel), Pak Bakery (30 metres from the hotel) and one of our favourite places to eat and chill: Whisgars! The hotel is just 10-min walk to Terminal 21, Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT stations. PLUS: a very decent and simple breakfast spread. Nothing fancy: selection of breads and pastries, cereals, fruit and salad bar, at least 1 noodle, cooked meat and vegetable items, some hams and sausages, Thai-style porridge and steamed rice. More than enough to get you started every morning.

The place is getting a little tired... probably needs a little tender-loving-care and maintenance to spruce up the rooms and amenities. Sometimes, I get a sagging bed. Otherwise, generally clean and everything works as it should.

Such a lovely hotel. Not too big and was up a dead end laneway so no through traffic and it was reasonably quiet. Excellent location. Plenty of restaurants, bars and massage places within a very short walk. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We stayed here, a place in Chiang Mai and then another place in Bangkok all in about the same price bracket and this hotel was the best by far and suited us perfectly. The pool was too cold to use unfortunately but you can't control the weather.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Great location 5 mins walk from main train station ,bars and restaurants close by , reception and porter really helpfull always a smile , pool area good in sun most of day , bedroom and bathroom we'll laid out with comfy bed ... would happily stay again . Small changes could make big differences

Breakfast had limited choices I.e only one choice of bread ,, staff not the most attentive .. an extra pillow would be appreciated Pool area towels not supplied or changed during whole of our stay .. ash tray in drying area overflowing with butt .. although hand wash in basins by pool no shower gel or conditioner in the two showers ..

The location is very conveniently located while still being a bit away from the noise and too much passage of people around. The staff is always wonderful and very kindly ready to help with anything we ask for. Close to the BTS and the MRT. The breakfast buffet main hot dishes changes everyday and being able to ask for eggs in whatever way we like them , customable choices, is very appreciated. I keep coming back here because it always exceed my expectations.

Be mindful that the close Soi Cowboy street might make you feel uncomfrtable at night if you are travelling alone especially as a female identifying person.

We had a very comfortable stay at two three. The room was nicely decorated and had everything we needed, the staff were helpful and the pool was a great place to cool off after exploring the city. The location was great, just a few minutes walk to both the Metro and Skytrain, we used them nearly every day. Plus a 7 eleven around the corner and Terminal 21 mall in walking distance. I would definitely stay again!

The location was great; close to the station and in a good area, but surprisingly quiet and calm. The pool area was really nice and peaceful. The room was really comfortable. The whole place felt really comfortable. We enjoyed our stay :)

My only complaint was that they didn’t replenish the face cloths. We got one on the first night, we stayed for 4 nights and didn’t receive any replacements for the rest of the time unfortunately. It’s only a small detail but was a bit inconvenient. The rest of our stay was great though.

The hotel has a nice relaxed vibe. It has a gorgeous pool area, which makes for a nice escape from the chaos of Bankok The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well serviced. Exactly what i expect of a 4 star stay in Bangkok. The location is good. Sight seeing locations are a 150/200 baht taxi ride away, but the junction 21 shopping mall is around the corner. Strongly recommend trying the food court there if you stay here. It is also close to asok station and relatively close to sukhumvit. Lumphini Park, which is nearby, also made for a nice stroll in the morning. I was a little uncertain on arrival due to the proximity to sou cowboy, but this is a complete non-issue. It is quite safe, and seeing that side of bangkok was part of the experience. I am staying again before my flight home. I loved it.

Reception was a little unclear on my early check-in booking. I paid extra to check in at 9, which was agreed upon before arrival, but it took a little bit of discussing to work out what exactly was agreed. Maybe a bit of a language barrier caused this, so entirely understandable. 10/10 for the stay
