The room was really clean and comfortable. A lot of thought was put into the design of the room, the power sockets did not need adaptors and the toilets were automated.

A fairly new hotel in Bangkok and Sukhumvit area. I wanted to go here because it's Japanese inspired with great attention to detail. The finishing of the room and hotel were sleek and clean. The toilet was separate from the bathroom and had a bidet. The vanity had a light-up mirror, there was a humidifier/air-filter, robes, and the water in the sink/shower is filtered. The room itself is soundproofed so it truly was quiet without all the noise from guests or outside. Location is also a 10-15 minute walk from EmSphere mall and a bunch of other cafes/spas. The hotel was located at the end of Sukhumvit road so it was quiet. Check-in was smooth and fuss free.

The TV was a little buggy the last day of our stay and just decided not to turn on or function anymore. Usually not something we'd care about but after getting sick and needing to stay indoors, it would've been nice to have a TV that worked.

It is located in the quiet street, next to many cafees, malls and restaurants. Perfect place to stay if you appreciate japanese minimalistic high-quality design and a peaceful environment. Very comfortable beds. Japanese toilet was a great bonus. Great restaurant. It's a place to have a peaceful and quiet time in the chaotic city. Really enjoyed our stay.

It is located near to the MRT and BTS. It is located near to the new shopping mall, Emsphere. Very well-kept as it is a relatively new hotel.

The walk after turning into the side road as there is no proper walkway. It may make one feel relatively unsafe and insecure due to the lighting too.

We stayed here at the start of our trip to Thailand and since we loved the Sotetsu Grand Fresa so much we changed our plans & returned to celebrate our anniversary. The location is excellent as it is in the Sukhumvit area close to the BTS and MRT but it's on a side street so there is no noise from the main road. This is one of its greatest assets and is non-negligable. The hotel has a minimalist Japanese aesthetic, the rooms are comfortable and decent in size. There are Japanese toilets in every room. The rooftop swimming pool is the perfect temperature. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They were so sweet to decorate our bed and write a card for our anniversary. There's also luggage storage available.

If we're being nitpicky, we thought they should put some high plants (or something else) on the rooftop by the pool to hide the parking garage that's behind it. We missed having a reading light, or a lamp on each side of the bed that can be turned off separately.

Room was lovely and the Japanese toilet was a new experience. Reception very helpful and friendly. One minute walk to Sukhumvit and a few minutes from BTS and MRT. Super easy to get around. Lots of shopping and food nearby.

Pool - smallest pool I’ve seen at a 5 star hotel. It is impossible to use if others are in the pool. My room had no view - only a blank wall to stare at. It's probably the worst "view" I've had (didn't have!) at a hotel.

Everything you would expect of a Japanese property. Functional and well appointed rooms. Evident that much thought had been given in designing the rooms. Love the separate showers and WC, generous supply of daily drinking water, purifier in room, powerful AC, luggage storage + lockers AND above all the staff. Excellent stay !

Absolutely nothing

We like the attention from the staffs and the facilities, including the great location of the hotel itself.Especially K.Kim and K.Faii, the front desk staffs, they are nice and take good care of us.

There are quite a few Chinese guests, and they are usually not polite. They are always loud, and when we have to share the elevator or washing machine, it is quite annoying..

Good location and friendly staff, short walk to Terminal 21 and away from crowds. They uses filtered water for their supply of water. Very clean environment and rooms. Love their bidet toilets with button push open and close lid with auto flush. 2nd floor have ice and coin laundry machines.

Rooms do not have good view which is understandable since it’s between buildings as we are at busy section of Bangkok area.

Great location. Immaculately clean room. Very quiet. Comfortable. Welcoming staff. Free bottled water. Perfect for my solo business trip.

(1) No view from my room at all, just a wall. (2) Although the WiFi showed fast speed test results, it was quite severely throttled for social media - almost unusable. A VPN was an effective workaround.
