This place exudes a typical Thai hospitality. The host was extremely kind and very knowledgeable lady. This 6 floor stay has a lift, food arrangement if you want to eat in and 24 hrs front desk. The rooms were big with everything you need. 5 star cleanliness, comfortable bed and good Air conditioning. The location was fabulous. We could walk 200m and get into the underground Sukhumvit or overhead Asok station. Bang there with the malls, massage and pubs. The price is so good for the facilities.

Baan Sukhumvit is an old-style villa located on Soi 18 just off Sukhumvit road. The location is perfect for accessing Sukhumvit road and also the BTS. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area. It is very clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet given the proximity to Sukhumvit Road. The staff are all extremely helpful. It is great value for money, and I will likely stay there again as I travel to Bangkok a few times a year.

The room was spotlessly clean, and the WiFi was functioning very well. The full English breakfast was very good, as quality ingredients were used, and the bacon was not too salty. The location is superb, just a few minutes from BTS and MRT stations. Above all, the receptionist was courteous and accommodating, making you feel like staying home.

The cable TV signal was relatively poor, but it didn't ruin my stay, as the super-fast Wi-Fi compensated for it!

Nice quiet small hotel down a quiet sub-Soi. Very clean and would stay again. Easily walkable to Sukhumvit road in a few minutes

The room safe was so small that someone could have picked it up and taken it! It also did not fit a laptop!

Good location (30 minutes to BKK, but not close to major night market....looking at 20-30 min by car or 1+hr to walk) comfortable bed friendly staff

price....perhaps Bangkok is significantly different, but this was the 3rd most expensive hotel we've had in 9 weeks in SE Asia and it was nowhere near the 3rd nicest.

The location was central to where we wanted to go, yet it was tucked into a small alley that was quieter than the busier streets. We had a 7-11 nearby and plenty of good restaurant options too!

The roof could have been better set up as a place for guests. I think they use it more to dry laundry. Not much of a complaint though as the rooms were very comfortable and perfect for relaxing away from the noise of Bangkok.

A local gem of excellent value for the money. Unpretentious but cozy, local style with all that one needs in attentive decor. Coquette, with heart and dignity of Thai tradition. The room space is generous with most comfy bed and silky sheets - loved that unique quality. Most kind and caring stuff. I highly recommend it

It surpassed my expectations when first getting there. Nothing to mention as didn’t liking.

A charming, cozy, and quiet small hotel with a warm and inviting atmosphere. My room was an exquisite blend of antique and modern furnishings. I enjoyed the comfy bed and fluffy pillows and the large bathroom. Everything was impeccably clean, and every detail, from the quality of the linens to the carefully chosen decor was made to offer warmth and comfort. I felt pampered by the hotel staff and the manager who prepared an early breakfast for me as I had an early morning flight.

The staff is very kind! Service at a very high level. We ordered food from an outside restaurant and the staff brought us the take away to the room with napkins and cutlery. They bring 4 bottles of water for free. The room is very clean, the design is a bit outdated but in terms of quality everything is fine

The mattress of the bed is a little hard, I like it, but maybe some people will be bothered by it. And the location is not that close to MBK

It’s very accessible. It is near BTS Asok & MRT Sukhumvit train lines. There is a 7eleven near the property too. Hotel wise, everything was very clean and the staff were very nice and friendly too.
