Great location near MRT and BTS 10 min walk from the hotel. Shops, restaurants, shopping centres within walking distance. The hotel has 9 floors with a rooftop and a nice bar with a small swimming pool area to relax. The Asok area was a very convenient choice to explore Bangkok. Also, the staff of the hotel was absolutely amazing. On my birthday, the lady from the reception came to my room with a piece of cake and a birthday card - thank you for this amazing gesture, Eye. We really enjoyed our stay.

There were constructions next to the building. Lot of noise when you lay at the pool.

The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was really nice including a bath and a shower (although the water weren’t that hot). Location is pretty center in the Sukhumvit area. The breakfast was decent, with a small buffet and two main dishes to choose from, so pretty filling.

There was a weird smell on our floor. The buffet could be better at the breakfast. And as i mentioned earlier, the shower water wasn’t that hot.

Each staff member we encountered made us feel valued and cared for, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere that we greatly appreciated. I wish I could tip them all for their hard work and dedication. Their efforts didn't go unnoticed, and they contributed significantly to making our stay memorable and enjoyable. The food was amazing as well. From the breakfast the à la carte options to the room service, every meal was delicious and beautifully presented. The variety and quality of the dishes were impressive, catering to a range of tastes and preferences. It's clear that a lot of thought and care goes into the culinary offerings here, making it a true 5-star experience all around. The place is amazing, the pool on the rooftop is breathtaking as well. Staff was very nice and facilities were in good conditions and room very clean. This hotel is very central to the city and to the huge shopping mall. Will definitely come back again.

Carpet in the hall is a bit rundown and weird stains, it just takes away the charm of the decoration.

Location was great with malls, eateries, massage palours nearby and easy access to both car rides and BTS. We got upgraded and had a spacious room with living space and sizeable bathroom (no bathtub). Beds were comfortable but the pillows were too soft. Staff were pleasant; special mention to Ms Eye who was always smiley, polite and goes the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of.

Had a mosquito fly into my room on the first night and got awoken by bites.. we got bitten too, if we were to stick around the outdoor area near the entrance. Also not too sure how often housekeepers change our sheets/pillowcases, because I’d a minor breakout on my face (I’ve pretty sensitive skin).

This is our second time staying at the property, great location and friendly/helpful staff. Spent my birthday here and there were many complementary items of great quality. Room was ready by the time we arrived.

Some food items on the menu seemed a little overpriced for its quantity. Such as the black mussels.

This stylish boutique hotel is located at the Sukhumvit end of Soi 20 so it's convenient for taxi rides. It's also within easy walking distance of Emsphere, a must-see mall, which is chockfull of restaurants, shops and bars. The hotel staff are without exception friendly, helpful and efficient, and happy to accommodate special requests. The breakfast, served in the on-site restaurant and coffee shop, is exceptional with an a-la-carte breakfast menu serving an extensive selection of Asian and Western dishes. The upstairs bar and pool area, offer great views of the local area. Finally, our room was clean, comfy and stylishly decorated. Can't wait to stay here again!

Gym and pool are both on the small side but make great use of the available space. This is a relatively small hotel, so I was willing to trade facilities for style, personality and a level of personal service that you rarely find in the larger chain hotels.

Always friendly, professional staff. Excellent food and drinks, every time. Upscale, boutique hotel at a location on a less-traveled street , close to restaurants, bars, Terminal 21 shopping center.

What bothered me a little was the muffled sound of chairs moving upstairs, at the bar area, on the next floor up, on the roof. Just played music in the room, to mask the sound, during the day. Light sleepers may want to stay in floors lower than level eight.

its a nice hotel with a small lobby and a parking for few cars , the room was very large and clean ,room design in clean look with nice marble , good and quiet large bathroom although the water pressure was too low, bed was very comfertable ..just no chier to sit in the room ..i must mention the bar in the rooftop ,good people run it with good music and food..

breakfast was not sutiable for a hotel that clame to be 4-5 star , but i must admit the salad was very tasty and food was fresh ,just no enough food selection and orange is from concentrate and not fresh , also the hotel lobby is so small , tiny one elevatore ,remind me a bit the 3 stars hotels in center paris , otherwise the room was very good and stuff were very welcoming and polite ..so its ok
