My stay at the Courtyard hotel was an amazing experience and we were surprised with the hospitality and the welcoming from all staff I enjoyed every moment

The room has a few small problems. There is a phone charger cum clock. This clock has an alarm set by someone. And no instructions to power off. It started to ring at Wong time everydy. The room air-conditioning system seems to be activated by a new high tech energy saving device. When you enter the room. It's very warm . But soon it gets cool. But at night when I was sleeping and no motion was detected, room starts to get warm again. Then I moved around and the system started to cool. Bath shower area must be provided with anti skid mat. As the floor gets very slippery after use of soap etc.

Location: 5/5 - The hotel is situated in an ideal location, it has convenient access to Asok BTS Station which is a lifesaver in view of the notorious Bangkok traffic jam. Loved the fact that the hotel is located central enough yet it had multiple access to stir clear of traffic. Staff Friendliness: 5/5 - The staff at the hotel are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, making guests feel valued and appreciated throughout our stay. Kudos to Donny, who made out tiring commute (being stuck in traffic for 2 hours coming in from the airport), all invigorating with his cheerful and personable demeanour. And throughout our stay, he was a total ray of light every time we see him at the front desk. Overall Rating: 5/5 - This hotel receives a top rating for its excellent location and friendly staff, providing guests with a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Everything is new and clean the staff were friendly and very helpful.

The rooms are quite small and the curtains shade did not block the sun or the light which bothered me a little bit.

Didn’t consider the breakfast because of pricing was high especially not expecting US corporate pricing structure

Hotel room were clean and very comfortable. The staff goes above limit to welcome us with little surprise in our room for our anniversary. They were always very friendly, polite and very helpful with some restaurants and transportation arrangements during our stay. Easy access walking distance to metro station and massage places. We highly recommend this place !

I had a great stay at Courtyard Sukhumvit 20! The property is new, very clean, and with very comfortable beds. I enjoyed a dinner and breakfast at the restaurant - all the food was lovely. And the service everywhere was wonderful. Soi 20 is a nice little street - some good restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay again.

room design very nice, spacious. breakfast with a variety of choices and all are delicious. staff all very helpful, friendly and polite. we enjoy the stays very very much.

need to walk 8 to 10min to reach the nearest BTS.
