Located in an area we find superb for transport, restaurants, shopping , safety and general ambiance . The hotel is built on a no frills model with a small staff, tiny lobby etc. but the rooms are spacious and clean with everything you really need. Bathroom is very modern style and all linen is great quality . The price is excellent ! We’ve stayed here several times and will back in 3 months. If you want luxury and five star opulence then this hotel won’t be for you . If you want a comfortable base for your adventures at a good price then you won’t do better than this hotel, providing the location is suitable for you.

Nothing as far as we’re concerned as we have no need for in-house dining, a gym, swimming pool etc.

Location is great. Short walk to Sukhumvit Rd. Plenty of eating options near the hotel (check out Masala Express for really great Indian food , Somboon Seafood also great.) Hotel is basic but very clean. We’ve stayed here before and it’s good value for money.

Nothing worth complaining about.

The location and the facilites are good enough for the money I paid. There are people who complained about breakfast and such. But hey, if you travel to other countries, you should try always the local delicacies. There are plenty of options out there. The nearest BTS and MRT is a few minutes walk, but not an issue since I need to walk more anyway 🤣 and there are always refreshments you cam buy along the way. So it is great!

The air conditioning is too loud, and sometimes the setting is a bit complicated. For me it is either too cold or too hot. Honestly, it is not a big issue. If it can be fixed, nice. If not, then it's also fine 🙂

The place is very convenient around the sukhumvit soi, price is also very attractive in that area. Staffs service were also very good, not many parking area, but they do their best to accommodate to each car. Big double super single bed.

The amenities have to be requested, asked for extra water and wanted to charge 20 baht more on our first night. Room lighting too warm, had to find spots for make up.

The room was big and comfortable, great value for money, the bed was good, great shower and best of all the chair and desk were fantastic for getting some work done for a few hours. The location is 10/10 just a few minutes walk to EM District and Terminal 21.

The only downsides is the aircon controls and light switches are a bit old - the keycard also took a few minutes to workout as if it’s not inserted a certain way it won’t work.

Reasonable price hotel in city center. Prime location. I don't know about facility things but overall good for this money.

At the first we step into our room. We feel that the room is not clean enough. Many strain in the toilet, sofa, bed headboard. We got the room on 7th floor. The hotel should do some room renovation. Because I can see the paint is peeling off from the wall. But later the daily cleaning is good.

Beautiful room. Clean, spacious, big table for working. Friendly service.

I could not get the A/C to modify its fan speed or temperature; it seemed to be always on at full cool and full speed unless it was completely off, in spite of using the remote control to those settings and seeing visual confirmation of those changes on the remote. To be fair, I did not bother reporting this and asking them to see if the remote control was bad, or I was using it wrong. It was late at night and I figured the engineers would have gone home. Also, the shower water temperature fluctuated and I needed to adjust it several times during my shower so as not to freeze or burn myself.

Not far from the very busy sukhumvit road , half way uo soi 20 , is this fablous hotel , pleasant and helpful staff , spacious rooms and beds so comfy its like falling into a river of silk , would highly recommend this hotel for a single stay or what ever your adenga., a 7/11 conveniently located within a short ditance , close to BTS sky train ...and not braking the bank .
