Thai hospitality at its best! Right from the doorman, to the reception staff, to housekeeping, to Breakfast staff, everyone is absolutely lovely! Superbly clean, always able to take care of even the smallest requests and at the very heart of Bangkok where everything is accessible. Will be returning there again very very soon!

Room delivery staff on the other side of the phone was a bit rude when we called after 11pm. Did not sound Thai but the F&B Manager and the entire hotel went out of their way to amend this slight behaviour and big thank you to everyone at Rembrandt! You together are truly an amazing team!

The location of the hotel and the facilities were fantastic. The rooms were very large and we could easily keep suitcases open without incumbering our space. The bathroom was spacious and the water pressure was ok. The room was cleaned everyday and fresh water delivered. The staff are only to happy to assist with any enquiry and will help wherever they can.

The changerooms on the pool deck were undergoing renovations during our stay which was a bit inconvenient as there were no bathrooms on that level available to guests. You also were required to walk over to the next building fro breakfast service each day which is fine if you are able bodied but troublesome if unable to navigate stairs etc.

Property was clean and in a good location. Room was very spacious. I feel it was excellent value for money and will definitely stay at the property again. The staff were all fantastic. All requests were promptly actioned by staff. The location was close to several large shopping complexes. There were several cinemas nearby, plus great dining out options. The BTS Skytrain is nearby so very convenient.

A suggestion for the property would be to provide a few extra items in the kitchen. My stay was for 17 nights and while cooking with existing items was possible having additional utensils such as a large cooking/serving spoon, a decent sharp knife, a cutting board, a strainer, tea towels, more than two sets of utensils (knife, fork, spoon), as well as more than two plates/bowls/cups would have also been good. The full size fridge was excellent. The benchtop cooker and microwave were also great.

Breakfast was pretty good. Lots of options to select. At least meet my needs. Just to take note for the first time guest, breakfast are arranged in the Rembrandt Hotel not in the residents building which is just the next building within the same campus. Location was good. Couple of good sports pub are there. Seven Eleven are there. Not so crowded like Nana. Terminal 21 is 10-15 mins walk. Nearby other good mall like Emporium, Emquartier are there within 10 mins distamce.

While we are staying, there is only one lift operational. As we are staying in 33rd floor, so need to wait a long for the lift.

Great location, Sukhumvit Soi 20 between Asoke & Promphong Skytrain station's. Close to major Shopping Centres.

We initially booked a room for 4 people (2xAdults & 2xChildren) ended up with an adjoining hotel room. We also asked for Breakfast, but we were told when we checked-in that breakfast was 300.00THB per person. So, we opted out to do some grocery shopping and we had/made our own breakfast each day at a fraction of what it would have cost us at the Hotel. Nothing negative to say, we always stay in the Sukhumvit are of Bangkok when we are on holiday's, close to everything we need.

The hotel is located in a great spot that is close to everything you will need. We stayed in the hotel apartment room which had everything a family with young kids will need including kitchen and washing machine. Room was big and clean and was serviced everyday. The breakfast was the highlight and I will highly recommend this place for stay in Bangkok.

The white tile area around the swimming pool on Level 11 was very slippery and should be made anti-slip to prevent injuries. Sauna was closed for reno.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We did not know there was 2 buildings for hotel and residences so we were dropped off at the wrong building. However, the bellman was very nice and helped us move our luggage to the correct building. There were a lot of restaurants and massage places outside. A quick 15-minute walk to the BTS and MRT station and super close to the Emsphere mall.

The property appeared to be a bit outdated with worn-out funiture and the bath tub did not look clean enough for us to take a bath in.

We loved the location and all the facilities at the hotel. Some of the staff were super friendly. And the breakfast was really good! There was a pool as well, but sadly the cafe next to the pool was closed. The good thing is that Rembrandt had two buildings, each with their own pool and cafe, which is really nice. Less than 10mins walk from the nearest subway station, Asok.

When we were checking in, the staff didn't seem to care too much. No one guided us what to do or where to wait. The staff behaviour, sometimes just a smile can add so much value, and make someone's day. That was the only drawback. We also called for a cot, and got a rude reply that "please wait, we already informed housekeeping". I expected better hospitality but I am not putting all my focus on this, as overall we had a great stay. I

We booked 2 suites in Rembrandt residences but due to some issues, we were allotted 1 suite and 1 normal room in Rembrandt hotel which is next door. Though we were not happy with 1 room being normal one, we had to take what we got. The facilities were ok but the location is very good.

It was unfortunate that we did not get the type of room we had booked for. Had we got a suite in Rembrandt residences, we could have cooked our own food.

I am coming very often to BKK and this locarion arround Asoke is perfect,BTS,MRT,food,massage ... all on 300m distance ... and yet still in nice calm street without party maniacs . First Time in Rembrandt ... and very satisfied for value,little bit older rooms,yes Time got them ... but very big rooms comfortable, nice pool and gym,landromat inside hotel ... polite and noce staff from ladys on recepcion to all other crew members

For that price it will be not normal to mention something. Coming again in January hope they will finish renovation of roof bar
