I stay at this hotel for the second time and once again they made my room ready at 1200 which is an early check in. Staff is fantastic, they are polite and friendly at the same time. Location is great. Two BTS stations are 10 min.walking away. On the street there are many good restaurants, bars, street food options. 24 hour open supermarket is 3 min.away by walking. Hotel is quiet, next to the hotel there is good Indian restaurant. Room is spacious like your own apartment. Cleaning staff work hard and do a great job.

Bath tub might be a bit more modern and clean looking. Towels might be softer and comfy.

The property is so close to Emphere which is why I booked this property. I wasn’t expecting just cross road is the shopping mall that I want to go for the event held at the mall. Amazing I love it a lot as it’s so convenient! The room is good and the aircon is cold I love it a lot as coming back from the hot weather it would be good to come back to a cool room.

The mirror is facing the bed which in a lot of Chinese believe is that it lead to another dimension so I do have to cover up the mirror before sleeping. The bed is slightly hard but I’m able to fall asleep effortlessly. The toilet is slightly rundown but functional, I won’t soak in the bathtub but shower as per normal is good enough.

I like arawana stayed there a couple times ,great location amazing market across the rd,nail shops massage shops at your Arms reach Great taxi and take tuk services. Food is amazing too wowcyiu should try breakfast it's amazing, indian quisine, they really lay it on ,the restaurant staff very friendly very good people, they also offer a night menu ,and that's really good Indian food. I like the curry so much I can still taste it mmm.oh and the pool on the roof with sauna and gym too it's amazing

Well I can't really think of anything It's got everything around the hotel you need with in walking distance

Location was really good.If you like the night life, the sooner you step outside the door left or right.It's all there ready for you. Good places to eat Friendly people very close To soy cowboy, if you like that sort of thing soon.

I didn't complain at the time about the toilet seat, which was cracked and even had a pubic hair in it. But apart from that, wish I got over very quickly. Everything else was fine.

The location is excellent. The staff is very friendly. Especially mister ken he is a very gentleman and helpful. All the services are available around. The rooms are very clean. It's women pool it's very nice. And the breakfast is delicious. Generally the place is calm and quite.I'm clean.I'm very beautiful. I like the machines for serving. Soft drinks in the loopy.

Everything in this place is very good.

I think the room, staff and condition of the room is great. Maybe a small issue on WIFI. Special thanks to Sai, Heera and the lady in housekeeping. Always to provide assistance with a smile.

The towels is time to change. To note about is the breakfast that can do better. 3 kind of eggs. Fried, Omelette and Scrambled on daily basis. They also need to cater for a continental as well. The mattress is hard compared to other 3 star hotel.

It's right across the road from a big Shopping Mall (emsphere) with food court and coffeeshop. Metro and everything else is walking distance. It's a quiet and easy for the taxi to reach

The hotel is a bit dated and the breakfast is not worth your time. The food in Bangkok is amazing but this is just average. No view from the room

Location was opposite Marriott and 10min walk from centre. Rooms were large and bed very clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and I was upgraded to a superior rm for free. Price was about £22 plus £3 for breakfast . Gym had 1 treadmill but that’s all I required. Even a brolly in the cupboard which came in handy .

Pool was very small and gym was small and the shower will need upgrading though worked adequately, just button below fiddly . A little dated but work going on to improve . Again for the price excellent but if you were wanting somewhere posh then you’ll have to pay more ..

The staff were wonderful. The hotel is calming, filled with plants, soft music, a delightful, subtle scent, and even a little waterfall and sculptures with running water. The staff also held onto my bags safely upon request beyond check in/out time so I could explore without carrying luggage. The location is safe and everything you need is within walking distance, including two magnificent shopping centres.

Excellent stuff and their hospitality . In word superb. Room was so nice and wide. All facilities are there.

Breakfast need to more develop. Stuff and facility not enough faster but at all good. As we are in pick season room rent was so high. It shouldn't be.
